Delivery from Joe was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Couldnt believe he had to do it all by himself. What I didnt like was his manager when on the phone. I had young children around and he was dropping the F-Bomb like every other word. My children could hear and he wasnt even on speaker. Ive never heard a more rude human. Very glad he wasnt in my house. Thought about using Aarons next time, but Joe made it worth using rent a center.

If you are in desperate need of something, please dont use this store. Try Great Rooms. They are respectful and will work with you. My main complaint with this company is Kenny. This guy called me Baby not once but a few times and continued to do so when I told him to stop.He was very condescending. I actually paid my account off today and I would never never use them again. Theyre not even noticed by the BBB. They have over 5000 complaints against them. Please stay clear of this so called company!

DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY R CROOKS. THE MANAGER IS A UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER. 1 DAY LATE AND TRYING TO MAKE US PAY 2 WEEKS. THE STORE MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES. PAYMENT AMOUNT IS ALWAYS CHANGING. WE R DUE ON MONDAYS AND TODAY IS TUESDAY SO $5 LATE FEE WHICH IS $35 TOTAL BUT MANAGER PROCEDDED TO TELL ME I HAVE TO PAY 2 WEEKS. THEN I SAID NO THATS NOT WHAT AGREEMENT SAYS AND SHE SAID SHE IS PUTTING IN REQUEST TO PICK UP FURNITURE AND H8NG UP ON ME. I TRIED TO CALL BACK AND SHE HING UP AGAIN. VERY UNPROEFESSIONAL MANAGER. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY R RUDE AND CROOKED.

Ive been a customer of rent a center since 2006, with buying furniture, never realized how much money u guys actually charge. this company is a rip off. youll never have to worry about my business again, when people have hard times and they are your customers you as a company just worry about money. and when you have a customer that will pay up and just ask or tell you their situation to see if you can work with them until they can get back on track all you do is think of a payment, not your customer, thats why you loose customers. Now Aarons has my business

I put down on a bed where you put 20 down and get up to 3 weeks but the didnt tell me that it starts from the time you had put the money down i didnt get the bed till Wednesday with was the 6 Days After I Paid for it and now where telling me i have a payment coming up... Worst experience ever. 17 days past due as of tommorow. My choices given by store manager andreia was to pay by Thursday (tommorow) or return product or it will be turned over to the sheriffs office. She cant explain to me where the amount shes stating that is past due is coming from and countinued to tell me its your problem not mine, Im not late on my payment. Mind you Ive had a issue with my direct deposit and offered to come in Friday June 9th and pay payment. I never knew 17 days past due would cause legal action to be taken.Also I cant forget to add that she refused to give me corporates number advising me that they will only refer me back to her.By far the worst customer service Ive ever received!Currently waiting on a supervisor to CB. Corporate was very helpful and respectful but agreed that the amount given does not make sense but according to her each store can make rule of there own (which also doesnt make sense)Long story short..... No where in the contract does it state that after 17 days past due legal action will be taken nor can anyone advise me per contract where the amount they advise me is due is coming from. I am a first time customer so I cant say anything for RAC as a company but I will say this store is a joke.

Rent a center in Arburndale Florida is horrible I was late on payment they come to the house when I was at work tried getting in my house my neighbors said and now I have been after them all day to pick it up and they hang up on you not a way to run a business I dont even give them a 1 star if I were u rent somewhere else at least they work with you and are not rude with ya
