They were so helpful and the truck that I originally reserved didnt start due to a dead battery, so they immediately put me in a different truck without any issues and when I returned the truck 2 days early they refunded the money in seconds!!

Giving it 5 stars for the great customer service I received, they were very accommodating to my needs and my time, offered me a great deal on storage and a rental truck if I returned the truck to another location close by. Only issue I had was when I entered my storage unit it had NOT been emptied out, and instead immediately being given a new unit I was asked if I wanted to wait to have it cleaned out, I declined and was then given another unit on the same floor in a better spot. Otherwise, great facility, very clean, easy to get around and incredibly secure as you have to use a key card to check in/out to open your storage unit or alarms will go off.

Rented a ubox here and stored it. Had to get into it once in 2 months called 2 days in advance to pull it out, not ready.Now here to pick it up and hey! I know you called 3 days ago but we dont have any body Im the warehouse to pull it out. Im sorry you have a crew waiting for it. How about 6 hours from now.Cheap but no concern for time.

No different from other U-Haul locations. Prices are higher than competitors and the wait times can be a little long. Employees are ok but could definitely stand to learn better customer service skills.
