We just came 2220 difficult miles to get to the Seattle area. We had almost daily road hazard issues and Penske people came through each time like champions! We actually were able to keep our basic schedule and get to our next hotels in time for a good nights sleep each night. The Truck Stop in Auburn, WA is our drop-off point and the folks here are top notch. They are friendly, helpful and professional. I recommend both Penske and this location for their people and quality of services. Also - Having made a few long trips now - I can testify to experiencing a superior ride in Penske trucks and to arriving at my destination relatively refreshed over what happened with other rental brands.
