Went here during rush hour the other day, I like cases of the 24oz style domestic beer and I always have to ask someone to run outback.This young buck jumped to, and then THANKED ME for buying a case so that I didnt empty his shelves. What a cool down to earth thing to say!I left a star out because some days the cx service is slacking and you catch an eye roll after asking for something behind the counter.

Always fast and friendly service! Great lottery selection and the redemption service is awesome! I love being able to print off labels and leave my bags to be added to my account rather than waiting for the bottles to be counted.

Have been going here for years to return bottles and buy beverages.....not any more after today! Usually the people working to count our bottles are super nice and polite, but today this guy waiting on us freaked out because we had a truckload of bottles ($29 worth to be exact). He started giving me all kinds of attitude because I was slowing him down....Im sorry, I thought you were SUPPOSED to bring back bottles to a redemption center...my mistake. There are plenty of other redemption places and liquor stores that Im sure will appreciate our business.....goodbye Roopers.

This is a great place to find clearance beer! Often they will have 12 packs of premium beer for less than $10 as long as you can tolerate beer thats from the previous season. I go almost every time I drive through Auburn because Ive found some great finds there.

To be fair, Ive only ever used their redemption service. Every time, the sorting person was friendly and fast. Ill gladly do it this way than trust the Clynk system which would regularly rip me off.

I turned in over 250 empty seltzer bottles and left with cash. Also great air conditioning!

Dropped off 10 bags of bottles got 7 bucks back thru the drop off and pay on card.. Total rip off since I brought 5 in today and got 18 in cash.. Wont do ur drop off again Ill wait for someone to count it

Sometimes, yer broke and ya just need a drink...well ! Collect you a few cans, bring them to Roopers, and voila ! You can cash them buggers in, and satisfy a wicked thirst.Not only did you clean up a stretch of road of all the cans and bottles, but you took care of a basic need... Dilly dilly.

I am truly irate because I had to wait for 45 minutes today before I got to the counter at the bottle redemption. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes while my bottles (4 half filled bags of mostly 2 liters) were being counted. Please tell me why it should take an hour to return bottles. I will not be coming here again.

I love the bottle redemption, only downfall is the dark haired lady who always looks pregnant is very slow, it took her 20 mins to count 36$ in bottles, last weekend when I came a wonderful young man counted out 106$ in bottles in 15 mins!!

I know this as the bottle redemption place, and it works well as that. I do not drink, but if I did I would probably go here for that too.
