We are new to the area and werent sure what was going on with our AC. We also didnt know who to call. Mason & Grant was the second company we called, but the first to have a person answer. The woman who answered the phone was professional, took all our information, and told me she would let me know as soon as someone was available. A couple hours later, I received a return call and the gentleman asked for more information and told me what he thought the issue was. Although he wasnt able to come that day due to the weather, we appreciated the call and to know we werent forgotten. The next day, right when he said to expect a call, the tech called to say he was on his way. After thoroughly checking out the system, just to be sure there wasnt another problem, he confirmed the issue was exactly what hed said it was the day before on the phone. In short order, he had our AC back up and running. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. We were impressed. And when the bill came, it was very reasonable. We will definitely call Mason & Grant for all our HVAC servicing and repair needs!

Tyler helped out last minute when our central A/C froze. This was our vacation home that we rent out and and we were out of town. He arrived at the appointed time to assess the situation and told us he would be there the Friday after 4th of July to fix.
