I had an excellent experience after dropping by a couple of times for home improvement items. The first time I thought folks were incredibly helpful because it was close to closing time, however, I stopped by the next day and the experience was the same. No issues finding cheerful non-pushy help, and had multiple options on the items I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Don’t ever take anything to be serviced or worked on there. All they did was put fuel and bar oil in my chainsaw and that was it. You could tell it sat on the floor since I dropped it off. I would have known right off the bat they didn’t do $hit if it was me who picked it back up. What a rip off.

Staff is helpful beyond compare and they always have (*or can get) what I need ! Sometimes I go just for fun :)

This is the place to get a car key made and great customer service. They were very nice and Jason had great customer service on the phone. When I got there Jason and Cameron was a great help. As I waited and walked around the store different gentlemen asked if they could help me. It felt great to walk in a store and get great customer service from the time I called on the phone and when I got there and also check out. Cameron did a great job on programming my key and it didn’t take long and it wasn’t too expensive. Ace Hardware you get a 10+ from me.

From the time I entered the front door everyone was so pleasant, courteous and helpful. Directing me to the department or aisle that I needed. Answering questions that I had about paint, lite bulbs and switches. I really do appreciate great customer service at a time when so many stores dont have it. After going to Lowe’s and Home Depot, I gave Ace Hardware a try. The commercials don’t lie, it is the helpful hardware place. Greeted upon entering the store with associates providing assistance, they even provided home delivery with a much cheaper price and the delivery associates aren’t disgruntled or in a rush. They have a customer for life, is there anyway to give more stars!!

A good clean and organized home improvement store with fast service and no shortage of associates to help. The store is small but carries most things you would need on a daily basis. I removed one star because most of the associates are too young and inexperienced to give technical advice.

Old fashioned down home friendly service that used to be the norm but is hard to find these days. Definitely consider University Ave before you throw your money away at the big box stores!

Specifically regarding Chandler and Garrett, our service could not have been better. Making a substantial purchase such as a commercial lawnmower is not one made lightly. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all of our questions with patience and more information on their products than anyone else weve talked to. Couldnt have asked for better. We dont live locally and in fact drove over an hour to visit this store to find the mowers we were looking for and we will he returning to this location for any future needs.

If you are looking for healthy plants clean of diseases and pests, I would recommend this location - next to the mall. I have purchased several types from there and have not been disappointed. They are also willing to order items for you if they dont have it in stock. Plus the staff know their stuff!!

This is a nice hardware store with seasonal patio and yard decorations, products, plants, mulch, dog food and miscellaneous hardware items from screws to electrical items and parts. Nice, clean organised store with friendly assistance and cashiers.Very convenient without having to drive to hardware stores at Tiger Town. ACE also has candles and handmade soaps amongst other cool items.
