This location was really clean, very well organized and well stocked. Great selection and variety of snacks and beverages and great selection of beer as well. They have fresh pizza on site, and you can get a large pizza with unlimited toppings for 10 bucks. And the pizza is really good for a gas station. They also have burgers and deli sandwiches available as well for a lunch or dinner option. Took away the one star because of the location of the store, it can be difficult getting in and out of the the stores lot

As I arrived at 9:53pm a young man was standing at the door, key in hand and notified me that the store was closing. I thought that the store was open 24 hours, as the info online says. But even if they are no longer open around the clock 9:53pm is a strange time to close. Most other businesses close at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00 etc. I just wanted to use the bathroom and make a quick purchase for the road.

Got some pizza from here today and I must say that it is one of the best Ive had in auburn. It wasnt greasy or overly salty at all. Just so delicious. Will have it again :3

I frequent this store for my cigarettes and sometimes a snack or an energy drink when on my break almost every day, and on two occasions, my last two visits I get there about 15 to 10 minutes before 10pm, and im told both times they were closed, but the sign says open from 7am to 10pm, the same young man with the miserable look on his face told me they were closed, this is ridiculous, I wish I could do that at my place of work, close early whenever I felt like it, absolutely ridiculous.

This is a brand new Fastrac. Huge facility and has all of the most updated decor. A sub shop, pizza, and an area to eat set off to the side so you do not have to sit while people are shopping. It is a very convenient location.

Great and convenient place to get gas

I go to other Fastracs around upstate NY. I almost ended up in the hospital today because I got a breakfast burrito and it was made different than other places. I have a food allergy and I ate (then spit out) their burrito. I am beyond mad. You should LIST THE INGREDIENTS so everyone can read them! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY - I AM SO VERY VERY ANGRY RIGHT NOW!

The auburn in fastrac used to be my go-to gas station because of how nice the gas station is and how large their selection is, and because of the excellent associates they employ. I can’t say that is true anymore after the appalling experience my husband and I had with an employee - Suzanne S according to her name tag - where she refused to process his payment because of a relationship they had NINE YEARS ago. He did not speak to her or recognize her prior to the interaction because of just how long he had gone without seeing her. She not only refused to sell us something based on personal bias regardless of her position as a paid employee of this facility, she had the audacity and lack of professionalism to curse at him and told him to “get out of [her] f***ing store”. When I went in to purchase the cell phone charger that I needed, she was on her cell phone cursing about running into “that f***er,” forcing an older gentleman to wait for service instead of putting her feelings aside and doing her job, and when I confronted her about their interaction and told her how unprofessional it was, she told me that I could talk to her manager because she didn’t f***ing care what I had to say. I was not only surprised that someone would allow their personal life to interfere with doing their job, but that her place of employment wouldn’t care how unacceptable and appalling her actions were. No matter how nice a gas station is, the top factor in customer retention - especially when there are PLENTY of alternate options - is associates who are helpful, friendly, and professional. Apparently this gas station does not value their customers - or their money - as reflected by this heinous customer service experience. My advice would be to go to any of the other options in the area - one with employees who understand how to do their jobs.

TWICE now pumps wont read there member cards, you know the ones that are so you dont have to run back and forth and pre-pay!!! Waste of time this place!!!

Nice new gas station and convinces store.

Milkshakes are amazing, slushies are amazing, subs are ok (the bread is really dry though)! A complete improvement from how it used to be.

Very good prepared foods, service, and store cleanliness. This location offers ethanol free gas and free air as well.
