I gave it a 4 star because this Converse store is closing so things were somewhat picked over. However we found some amazing deals

I will NEVER spend a penny in this store. The WHOLE mall let me in without my mask. This ONE store refused me and had someone personally sitting at the door refusing to let me enter.

This place is great! I have prone feet and need shoe inserts, and the employees have found me great work around options both times I went in.

Great service. The employees today were so great. We couldnt find a size for our toddler and he searched the boxes n the back for it. And he didnt makes us feel like we were in the way. Thanks!

The floor staff was great. However, the cashier had zero manners and didnt even acknowledge me and my wife until he had to let me know how much my total was. Then my wife asked him if they had a discount for militar. He didnt answer until my card had processed.

Very disappointed with the service and help to resolve my problem. I bought shoes for my wife for Christmas, the associate that was assisting me was very nice and assured me that if they didnt fit that I could bring them back and exchange them for the size that worked. Unfortunately, the size that my wife wears and the Converse sizing was a little off, they were just a little to small. My wife returned to the store where I purchased them and tried to exchange them for the next size up, the associate that helped my wife was very rude and not very helpful so my wife came home and said that she was so frustrated and wasnt going to deal with it. Very upsetting...... I went to the Converse store myself and they assured me that they would make it right, I was happy to hear this. Once again, let down. They thought they might have the shoes in stock, they didnt. They said they would refund me to my card and apologized. I had told here that somewhere along the line I had misplaced my receipt, she said that she would just refund it to the card that I purchased them on, I was ok with this. Unfortunately, the associate started the refund process, the store manager told her to stop, that they couldnt refund me without my receipt, now I really wasnt happy! I asked if they could order the correct size shoes in, she said that they couldnt make special orders and that I could go online and order them using the gift card they gave me but it would cost more. Or I could drive to one of there other stores and see if they had them in stock :( At this point I was beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service and lies, I left with a gift card that wont get me what I wanted to get my wife for Christmas. I should have just ordered these through Amazon and not supported my local shopping center, point taken. Converse, I cant imagine that your retail stores can last long with this type of customer service, I could have just saved myself 2 trips to your store and received Free shipping with free returns. The prices are just very attractive. Its worth stopping by if you like their shoes. I regretted that I had not bought shoes for the child in advance, while there was an opportunity. But because of one pair, of course, I dont want to go to this outlet. The only thing is that their shoes are still narrow and small in size.
