Weve always trusted Bedzzz Express with our mattress needs. The customer service is always great. They have a lot to chose from and a well stocked showroom to actually see and feel the quality. They are also sensitive to budget and what kind of usage its going to get. Obviously, if its a mattress you use every night, youre going to need better quality. If its for a guest room, you have wiggle room. They have every option today from mattresses in a box to the mattress and boxspring set. And they have the knowledge to explain the differences. Chris Ceman advised us on the perfect bed for us! Not too firm, but a soft top and my husband and I don’t feel each other’s every move like we did on our old mattress. I can’t believe how much better we feel after a good night’s rest! We also bought the best sheets I’ve ever slept on from them. We purchased a king headboard too which matches our decor perfectly. The delivery guys were on time, and careful not to bang up the walls going up the stairs. I couldn’t have asked for higher quality and satisfaction.

I received great service at this Bedzzzexpress when I was needing to purchase a new mattress. They asked what we were looking for and helped us select the type mattress suitable for our needs. They were efficient in arranging our delivery and making our transaction. We also needed sheets and they recommended the most wonderful Woven Bamboo sheets! Went in for the first time today, fully expecting to be steered towards a brand I hadn’t researched. I was going to check several stores that carried the brand I wanted. Chris was very helpful with the questions I had and only showed me mattresses that fit within the parameters I was looking for. He directed me to the exact two mattresses that our online reading had narrowed it to. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy and ended up ordering exactly what I wanted. His price was better than I found online and I’d rather shop local.

We needed a box springs and frame to move our dad into memory care as the nation shut down due to covid. The owner of the local store took my credit card info over the phone, met us with the bed outside the door of the store and helped load it in our SUV. This was the last day he was open before the mandatory shut down. He enabled my dad to move into a safer care situation than he was in.

We purchased from a satellite store in Columbus Ga, we live in Phenix City Al. We saw the advertisement in a local paper and thought even though we had owned a Tempur-Pedic in the past and were not pleased with it because of the heat retention in the mattress, we tried many other brand mattresses with mixed results but none we were happy with, so we decided to try Tempur-Pedic again WOW! what a change cool! The staff at the store explained how the new technology had been added to the mattress. I might add no high pressure to make a sale. quick response to questions and a very good shopping experience. Delivery and set up were fast also. That is a good store and I will recommend to anyone interested. Thanks

My partner and I traveled over from Central/Western Georgian to the Bedzzz Express location in Auburn Alabama on Saturday June 29.We had been looking online for a matress and had seen that the Nectar matress brand had been highly rated. We wanted to test the matress out for ourselves first though, so off we went to Bedzzz Express.Kate greeted us and took a good deal of time with us answering all the questions we had. Knowing full well that we had traveled as far as we did and that we werent going to be purchasing in store that day, but online.She was wonderful, and the store was well organized and inviting. And, frankly, the same price I paid online later in the day when I got home was exactly what I would have paid in store, so no worries there..I would suggest this place to anyone looking to purchase a new matress.Ask for Kate.

Shopping for beds can be a challenging experience, but shopping here was painless and fun. The service was great and easy.

Great service! I originally ordered a queen mattress because the bed I had purchased a bed that could be adjusted to fit a full or a queen. However, once the mattress arrived, it was very obvious that it could not be adjusted to fit the length of a queen without purchasing new parts for the bed. Beds Express took the mattress they had just delivered, and then returned with a new full size mattress within twenty minutes. This wasnt even their fault, and they were quick to help with fixing the problem. Chris even offered to give me a queen frame if I wished to keep the queen mattress instead. It was a pleasure working with them. This is the second mattress we have purchased from a Bedzzz Express, and I dont know that I will ever go anywhere else.
