Ordered a single, plain (no embroidery, nothing) hat on 8/2. Called 3 separate occasions checking on status. Was told first it would ship within 2 days. Second, was told it was shipping that same day. Third, was told they didnt know what happened that they took it to USPS already. Tracking shows that was untrue. Tracking finally shows it to be delivered 8/27, tbd. Shipping to/from are 3 hours apart. Shouldnt take a month to be delivered. No apologies or communication have been received. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

I had bridesmaids flannels embroidered here, and the quality was wonderful! Tammy worked with me, and she spent a lot of time helping me pick the perfect design and color for the monograms. She did proofs for me while I waited. Their customer service is excellent, and they completed my order quickly even during the Christmas rush. Highly recommend!

The sales person was very nice. I explained that I needed my order ready the following week as it was my granddaughters birthday gift. They said it would be no problem. I got it just in time, but they didn’t call. I finally stopped by & it was ready. The work was good & reasonable price. I would go back again.

Made an order over the phone and email before Christmas & was told it would be ready Christmas Eve (for a gift)Called a few days before to confirm it was still on track and they said it had to be sent off to digitize but would still be done in time. Never received a call or email to get my approval for digitize image so I’m happy I called bc they were never going to contact me it seemed.Never got notification that it was ready so finally called January 7th and they said they must have lost my order & no longer had records of my order

I love them it isnt nothing they cant do they are the best they have did our church table cloths our T -shirts and much more they are the best they are friendly and nice group of ppl and we all like their work keep up the good job guys your the best in Auburn.

I visited this location to have an authentic baseball jersey embroidered with a number on the back and the front. I spoke with many representatives who claim that they are familiar with the process as “they do this all the time.” Unfortunately, my expectations were far from the ending result. First, the number on the back of the jersey was perfect; the front was another story. The placement on the front of the jersey was on the wrong side and almost at my hip. I had to have the jersey sent back to have it fixed and I am still extremely disappointed. Not only did they place a hole in the jersey by removing the old patch but the placement is STILL not accurate. You’d think it would be easy enough to search “Auburn baseball jersey” find an image and duplicate it but based on my experience that’s too much to ask for. Daniel Ray was extremely pleasant and great to work with, but I wasn’t pleased with the blame being placed on the embroider. He/she only does what they are instructed to do and from the looks of it no one can get it right. Use caution when sending your items to this establishment.

First time customer here! Shirts came in weeks after I was told they would be ready. No communication that other contracts precede any other customers until I paid for my order. Was routinely told my order would be ready that day when I called and in fact they wouldn’t be ready. Shirts were cotton and not blend like I specified. Paid for order while other shirts weren’t completed just so I could have my stuff. Those other shirts then took two more weeks. Some shirts were not even screen printed so I had to go back in and get those re-done. My shirts that I bought before hand and had them complete are off-centered and have white ink spots over them. They never even said sorry. Shopper beware.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied 29 days past due and to top it all off, when I was notified my order was ready, went to pick them up and screen printing was the wrong color that I chose and final design that they sent to me for approval. Was told that is as close as they could get it. Will not use them again

Great quality and exceptional customer service!

The worst experience I have ever had. I have been working on a t-shirt fundraiser since February with them and it has been a complete struggle. I have to email them multiple times to get a single answer, and when they do finally answer its days later. I have had multiple issues with them including missing shirts from the order and shirts that looked sloppy in terms of design. Months later and the issues still havent been resolved. Everytime I call its they should be here in 3 to 4 days, they should be done tomorrow at the latest, and Andrew happens to be conveniently out of the office when I call. I had heard from my colleagues that they had trouble with this company but had decided to give them a chance, and I completely regret it. One of the most stressful and irritating experiences I have dealt with. Other than this review I have been nothing but cooperative but I will make sure that none of my colleagues use them in the future.

Took 2 1/2 months for an order that was supposed to take 3 weeks and I still never received the order after being told it would be finished on 3 separate occasions. Poor communication and commitment to product.

They were able to monogram a blanket for me the VERY last minute, and they were so amazingly nice. Love this place!
