He knows his stuff and took the time to answer all our questions.Later, the installation team fastened the awning to the wall and ensured all functioned properly. They were cheerful and professional. Jake called to follow up afterward to see if we were completely happy. Joe is great! They came out to take measurements the day after I called and had a rendering to me within a few days. They helped with the city application too. They came early to install the awning in Monument Square so that they didnt disrupt my business or my neighbors. Excellent and I will use for awning needs in the future!
