I have been going to VIP for many years. They are always courteous and friendly. If Im waiting in the waiting room and they find something that I didnt come in for they will come in and tell me about it. I can choose to have them do it right then or schedule another appointment. Matt was my go to guy but he has left the company to pursue other interests and we all miss him but the crew that is there now are just as courteous and friendly. I would certainly recommend them to all my friends.

I came in for a headlight installation (I had purchased the light elsewhere) and they scheduled it for later in the day, did it quickly, and charged me nothing. Classy. I also watched them deal with a very difficult client who was making a scene in the office for all to hear and they kept their temper and humanity and resolved the situation very professionally. This was clearly a customer off the rails and not something they had done.

The VIP team also performed a complete inspection of my jeep and found I needed wipers as well as tires. They were courteous and understood I had a budget to stick to when it came to purchasing four, much-needed tires. They were expedient with their work and I was out of there in no time. This is a good crew who understands customer service. Kudos to VIP for employing a top-notch staff.

Brought my truck in for tires, tie-rods, and alignment. As usual service was very good. I was there for a couple hours and was pleased to see how good customer service was. I will be using VIP in Auburn for my future vehicle service.

The low tire pressure light came on in my car. Brought it in to Auburn to be checked out. Scheduled an appointment for tomorrow and they checked air pressure of tires and put air in them. Tomorrow they will check to make sure something (a porcupine I ran over) didnt puncture one of the tires. They are always helpful. Love their new garage.

Just letting you know the service was outstanding!! I will be coming back in to get my tires done. I brought my vehicle there because it has been making some type of ticking that was coming from behind the glovebox. I also recorded the noise. I was able to play that to them and they knew right away what it was. They also priced me out some tires and an alignment which I will be bringing my car in shortly for that. Nice place also!

I needed to have a state inspection sticker completed. It turned out that I needed some work on my car as well which was done in a timely fashion. The manager of the store gave me a ride back to my house because I had to get back to work and did not anticipate the work on my car, very kind and happy with the results!

I needed some tires real quick because my daughter ran into a curb and damaged the sidewall. The other competitors in the area couldnt help me for a couple days. Bob got me some better tires for only $50 more than competitors. Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable. I made an appt. for the next day and i was out in about an hour.

I absolutely love the VIP here in Auburn Maine. Bob the manager is all for his customers and goes above and beyond for them. I went in to have my 4 new snow tires put on my 2018 Infinity. While I was there he mentioned my rear brakes were almost toast. He then fixed my brakes under warranty. When he didnt have to say anything at all. Not to mention I was in for an oil change two weeks ago and because of his customer service and great personality I was able to figure out what tires to buy and followed thru. VIP is very lucky to have this guy. Not many like him anymore.

They did a multipoint inspection and quickly eliminated what I thought was wrong. They installed 4 new tires, replaced the front sway bar and bushings and completed the differential Service in less than 3 hours. I was impressed with the employees and the quality of the work. I think Ive found my new local car shop.

Brought my 2010 Saab 9-3 Convertible in for an inspection, turns out I needed new tires. They gave me a great deal on Sumitomo tires. Was the end of the day, needed the tires for a sticker (had original tires still), they got them on, no down time, they did a great job!

A few months ago I underwent an oil change, lube, filter and tire entire rotation. The service was completed expeditiously. The time duration was perfect. I was called at the end of this service in order to pick up my car. I have been to this service facility multiple times and the services was completed without difficulty, all employees are pleasant and very professional

Absolutely amazing service. I have had good and bad experiences with VIP since I first started driving. Moving to a new town you never know what to expect. I got my first write up of things that needed to be done from a dealership but they werent able to do exhaust work, so I decided to give the VIP in Auburn a chance. I had to have a whole days worth of work to get my truck up to inspection. Not only did Auburn VIP do the work for less than what the dealership originally quoted me, they also did it in less time. I was back on the road, even during a snow storm at that, in less than 7 hours. Props to Bob and his team. They went above and beyond. I definitely will be continuing my repairs and maintenance with them.

Shopping for tires, I was reluctant to purchase through VIP based on past experiences in my local shop. I contacted several tire service centers and continued to land back to VIP as my option unless I had them shipped direct to me. My local store was out of stock, so I contacted the Auburn location.Bob the store manager answered the phone and I was so impressed with his demeanor that I decided to go ahead and bring my car in. Upon arrival I was greeted by him, and he was totally prepared and got my car in and serviced as promised with no additional wait time involved. He called me during tire change and explained some other services that may be helpful, but he was not pushy, which I really appreciated. His approach was so service friendly and trustworthy. Thanks to him, I have a completely new perspective on VIP. Thank you for a fantastic experience and actually demonstrating true customer service!

Not trustworthy. They try to take advantage of people by telling them they NEED work that is maybe suggested/recommended - took my truck in for an inspection sticker and they said it NEEDED rear shocks to pass. I have air shocks - neither were leaking and ride quality was fine. Took to a different shop in the area and got a sticker no problem. Also if you go in for an oil change, be ready to wait an extra half-hour for them to look over the entire vehicle for things to fix. Wont be back.

Jason and Dustin were outstanding. One of the best customer service experiences of my life. Im from out of state and my car broke down 30 miles from the VIP location. Failed alternator. Tow truck took me to VIP as an AAA-recommended location. Due to the late time of the day, I thought Id be spending the night before getting my car back. They diagnosed and fixed the problem incredibly quickly. Even working after hours to finish up and get me on my way that night. Communicated with me all the way through. Fair price. Highly recommend these guys.

After moving to the New Gloucester area, I decided to go to the Auburn VIP location. It took one visit to know that my decision was a great one. Theyre genuine in their concern for your vehicle and your safety. Everything about my service visits there have been easy, and theyre always willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have. First time at VIP today. They took care of me and my Tacoma very well. Super nice people as well as great customer service. No lengthy wait time got out of there faster then any other place. I do appreciate how there was no mess in my truck after. I’ve had people leave rusty parts on my seat in the past. Will definitely be going back here for my Tacomas needs. I finally didn’t leave a place feeling scammed!!! Also waiting room is very clean!!

Everyone was so professional, attentive, and handled my multiple phone calls, inquiring about additional services and did not once falter on the professionalism and quality of my add-ons. Despite requesting an oil change and all four tire quote (to then call back and request that the tires be put on the same day after the time was already taken to build a quote), which were not initially part of the scheduled maintenance, VIP team members were still able to accommodate all my needs. They were all fantastic to work with, highly recommend!!!

What an awesome deal we got on four snow tires installed for my wifes BMW. Bob told me about a promotion where you pay a little now but you get free winter and spring tire change over. The car was done on time and the new tires chewed up the snow! Thanks VIP.

I did a lot of shopping, trying to get the best deal for a new set of tires and found VIP to be very competitive. This is my first time buying VIP-brand tires (265/70/R/17E Wild Country), so I cant review them until Ive driven several miles, but I mainly wanted a quiet tire, and on my way home I noticed that they were extremely quiet. I bought these today on sale (B3G1). Will be back in a year to review again.

Brought my 11 Subaru Forester in with a grinding noise coming from the front right wheel, without having called ahead I was as surprised as I was grateful that the exceptionally well mannered and friendly employee informed me that they would be able to assess any damage and corresponding work that would need to be done right then and there. I was in need of new brake pads and rotors which were provided at a more than reasonable price and promptly installed in under an hour. Nothing but the best to say about my experience here and I fully intend to give any future business I might have to my VIP Tires & Service located just down the road from me in Auburn.

In April, I went in for a 4 wheel alignment and 4 new tires. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. Matt answered all my questions and the service was completed quicker than promised. I will definitely do business there again. Thank you, VIP.

I have to admit, I settled on VIP to do an alignment on my f250 OBS because my normal shop was too busy. Well, I wont say that I settled there ever again. The conduct and temperment of each employee, from management, techs, and the customer assistance team members was top notch. They happened to be short handed a tech on the day I went, so naturally there were a few upset customers who didnt expect a long wait. The employees all conducted themselves with extreme professionalism and made sure that each customer understood that they were all going to be helped and their vehicles would be worked on as needed, but it may take a bit longer due to the issue at hand. After waiting for a bit, the manager came and got me, he explained everything they had done to my truck, and showed me the printout of the work performed in the alignment process. My tires were mounted, and I was on my way. I half expected it to pull a little to one side of the road or the other, but it drove straight as an arrow. Hats off to every employee at the center street VIP, you all are all pros, and I will happily bring any of my vehicles back to you for any and all alignment needs!

My husband and I came in for snow tires in the middle of December.Matt (manager), was incredibly nice, and get this....respectful. Customer service is alive and well here. He and his staff were also very thorough and informative. We needed our headlights buffed out and another repair, and they took care of that too.Prices are great, service is great. This is the place to go.

I have been going to VIP since about 2006. I have had nothing but the best experience there. They check my record and tell me when I should think about having something done. No pressure, just informing me of things like that need to be done in order to keep my car running in good condition. In the last week I had two things done:1. I had my car washed and shampooed inside. It is wonderful to have car that is almost 4 years old and to have really clean carpets.2. I went back to have my oil changed. I was about a thousand miles past the recommended mileage. I looked at my oil life and it was at 40%. So I asked why the difference in my oil life and the time they suggested to get it changed. I got a very interesting answer:The oil life is based on perfect conditions, 65-70 degrees, totally flat land and no stop and go traffic. I never knew all of those factors affected your oil. I questioned them and they were not the least bit defensive. Instead I was able to learn something.I highly recommend this business to anyone who wants someone that is honest, does what they claim to do, stands behind their work, and is also willing to teach you something about your vehicle

I went to get my car inspected and all I can say was my experience was perfect. When I got there I met Matt, he is a very kind and respectful guy and made my first time getting my vehicle inspected a breeze. They dont try to charge you for unnecessary things and when things do need replacing, nothing is overpriced, very fair prices. I plan on taking my vehicle there from now on and will be using them for an upcoming oil change.
