DO NOT COME HERE. Slow, rude terrible service. They take forever on oil changes even when they are slow. The mechanic and garage manager are shady and lied about the condition of my brakes and rotors, and tried to manipulate me into replacing my front brake pads and rotors even though they had just replaced everything 8 months earlier at the same location. when I asked for an inspection because they were slightly squeaking and vibrating, After a huge hassle of trying to get accurate details about the condition of my brakes, turned out my brake pads were at 8Mm thickness (perfectly safe and at the high end of the state standard of safety) and my rotors were fine and no damage. Bottom line they targeted me as an easy $110 for labor to replace parts that were fine and do not need replacing, they were rushed, gave no details, insisted my brakes were worn and really needed replacing. Only after I went out of my way to question and bug them for the truth I realized they were being dishonest and just trying to get extra money for unnecessary repair. Never going here again, comepletely dishonest and sleezy.

This place is a lot less Speed and a lot more ee 😬 if you are just getting an oil change they are mostly fast, depending on the amount of people. Anything else though be prepared to kick your heels and wait, wait, wait. That would be fine normally but they don’t communicate well and where I went they decided to put my car on the back burner so a good portion of their employees could stop to help the owner load up some firewood from a tree they’d had cut back. Overall I wasted a lot of time, the service was terrible - only one employee was nice, polite, concerned and at all informative.

Streamlined service, and I especially appreciated that they parked my van specifically for me to be able to get my sons wheelchair loaded easily. This attention to my situation meant a lot.

I had my oil changed on a Thursday (5/8) and the service technician suggested that I needed my transmission fluid changed. Since I wasnt sure of the history of the car I asked if I could also have the transmission filter changed at the same time. The service person said that they were too busy at the moment to do that but if I came at 8:00 am when they first opened that it could be done if I was willing to leave the car for a few hours. Today (Saturday 5/10) I arrived at 7:30 (2nd in line) and when it was my turn to be written up by the technician (a different person from Thursday) balked at my request. He wanted only to change the fluid and, despite it being listed on their services offered board, continued to insist that they dont change filters. He finally conceded that they do change filters but it required two services and would cost $100 more than I was originally quoted on Thursday. It is obvious why he didnt want the job and was happy to see me leave. They deal in volume. Drain the oil, slap on a new filter done; next customer. It is disingenuous to advertise a service and then not provide it, or in my case, jack-up the price to discourage me and send me on my way. One angry customer among dozens who got their oil changed is a good day in their books. Plus they didnt have to be bothered with a pesky job that actually might have challenged their abilities or fast routine. Obviously they have lost me as a future customer and my four cars and truck will go elsewhere for service. They caused me to waste both time and money (gas). I feel that I was a victim of a bait and switch in regards to the price and treated in a dishonest manner. The next letter is going to the State Office of Consumer Affairs.

This location is awesome, we went to smog an infrequently used vehicle that recently lost power. Their technicians knew it wouldnt pass until all the sensors had run and told us this information. Will definitely bring car back once the sensors are ready.

Was a bit concerned when I was told my car only required 4 quarts of oil, as it is in fact more, as shown in the Factory Service Manual (when replacing filter). But for the price, speed, and friendliness, solid 4 stars.I guess I do have a question, however: the 17 point inspection, on the receipt it shows a few items as Not Applicable, front differential for instance. As is the case, my car does not employ front wheel drive; that being said, it very much does have a viscous type limited slip rear differential, but it was listed as not applicable as well. Was this merely not part of the special running presently?I really, hand on heart, dont mind, but... Im quite sure that some of the items marked one way, were not in fact checked, or were incorrectly listed.Its of no consequence to me, and likely many others. Ive heard only nice things of for shop, but those foibles may catch someone out, potentially. Wearing masks in and around cars may be an example of a thing relevant and concerning to a not so insignificant group.I mean this all with the best of intentions, and not to be negative, merely objective, and letting the business know, such that they can have as much information to use in making decisions they feel are in both their interests and that of their customer base.Thanks, all!

Awesome service and staff.

This is the 2nd speedee oil place I have went to where something went wrong. They were quick and seemed like they knew what they were doing but the next time I bring my car in for an oil change, it turns out they stripped the threads on my drain plug so now I have to pay for an entire new oil pan replacement and another oil change- which I just got one 3 days ago. It’s going to be over $400 for me, and I don’t have that kind of money.

Great service, took maybe thirty-forty minutes for an oil change, and they topped off all my fluids and upon casual inspection of my air filter and brake pads they told me what I needed to replace in the future. I went ahead and fixed the air filter on the spot- so much smoke, and it didnt feel like too much of an upsell- and it was still done early! I also felt comfortable with all of the Covid protocols they had in place- masks required inside, lots of waiting outside, and wipes for your car. Awesome job team Auburn!

Smogging of my Subaru--save yourself the time and effort of going elsewhere for the smogging of your vehicle. These people, who do not take appointments can help you at your convenience, and while they must do as many as 100 cars a day, their work is efficient, fast, and though a little more expensive than some other smog centers, the service provided by Ashley, the sales clerk, is simply representative of all the employees there.

I use this place regularly for oil and filter changes. The crew is well trained and reasonably quick. The counter staff is friendly and I dont get too much up sell. Prices are reasonable with the coupons that come every few weeks in the mail.

It is about time for another oil change (4500 miles), but I decided not to with Speedee due to our last experience. My wife took her car for an oil change last April. They changed the oil and also replaced the belt and air filter for $158. Within a week the belt fell off due to improper tension and a few weeks later I noticed a lot of oil on the garage floor. They replaced the belt with some reluctance and I might not have caught it falling off except the battery went dead as it was not being charged. Later after seeing the oil leakage and inspecting under the car, I found oil all around the oil filter and on the garage floor from not being tight enough so I tightened it and added oil myself.

Curt helped me in a nearby parking lot. Went out of his way to jump my car and get me on my way. Great service!

Quick in & out service & I drive an F450 that holds 14 quarts of oil.

They rushed me into a full synthetic job on my Grandmas Honda with 12000 miles. I asked to get the windshield wipers replaced and they told me they were good and pushed my car out despite the fact I knew they were bad they could not be bothered and just were happy that they could pump a high end oil change on a car that did not need it.

Quick and easy service. Very accommodating to covid rules. Let me know about several problems with my vehicle i had no idea were there. Also very nice workers!

I drove up with a leak and a dangling piece of plastic shielding. They investigated the leak and fixed the plate immediately, and they did so free of charge! I was stunned by their friendliness and kindness and will definitely be going back.

Super busy place, but they handle it so professionally that you never feel it as a customer and very thorough, some oilchange chains have things that are repeatedly forgotten(drain plugs,ect) but watching their method and their check list format in use they have made it virtually impossible to make a mistake...my car died on the dyno. It was awesome i had to push it out of the place. Then a week later it broke their machine....i am a satisfied customer all the same because of the treatment i received and while i paid for the 1st failed smog which was a painful $80 and a thank you i wasnt charged for the next two even though they spent a fair amount of time beginning the process for me that was huge and i will drive the 100 miles every time for the services and smogs on my vehicles.

Well I gave a 5 star but now had to drop it to a 1 as I sent my daughter for a smog on her van. they got there around 1 and was told the tech had left for the day. when she stated she thought that the smog hours were until 4 the gentleman simply turned his back and walked away. I tried calling the manager Dustin to tell him how shocked and disappointed I was. He researched it and called back to say he believes his staff and they dont feel they were disrespectful. I has someone who has delivered world class service for over 40 years, I asked him if he thought it was his staff he needed to side with or our perception of disrespect. Dustin said he felt we were going around in circles and was clear he wanted to end the phone call. I consider this a missed opportunity to provide service recovery. I have 6 vehicles my household had been getting serviced there for 4 years... So dissatisfied.

Been going here for years. Super friendly service. Always a bit of a wait at times because theyre always busy but thats where the bargain is for the price. Least expensive spot in town, but worth the short wait.

I got my oil changed on 8/7. Fortunately, I always double check any work that is done on my truck. Had I not oppened my hood as soon as I got home, and continued on my 10 hour drive as planned, I could have destroyed my brand new clutch if not worse. The break master resevior cap was missing and the resevior was drained as all the clutch fluid came spilling all over my engine. I had to return the next day, only to wait an hour and a half just for a cap the size of a golf ball to be put back where it should have never been taken off in the first place. The best part? I didnt even get so much as an apology let alone a refund for my wasted time. Im amazed these amatures are still in business.

They stayed open for me the night before a holiday. They were super sweet, and I felt very well taken care of. Ive been here a couple of times, and I like them.

Waited an hour and forty five minutes because the service advisors couldnt remember who was in line in what order.When I mentioned to Shauna as I was paying about the time it took her response was Im not in charge of who goes first when the response should have been Im sorry you waited so long and I will mention this to the service advisors. Also if the technician moved any slower they wouldnt pass a snail and they constantly chit chatted with each other instead of working.I will NOT return to this business.Failed to mention in this review that when I called to verify hours etc. Shauna mentioned that not only do they cover the seats but that they also sanitize the interior after the vehicle has been serviced. This did not happen!!!!I was at a vantage point where I could see into the service bay and as soon as they were done servicing my vehicle they pulled it out side without sanitizing.Its not the fact that they didnt sanitize its the fact that a step in the service that was promised was not delivered.

I was very pleased with the friendliness, dignity and professionalism. Most oil change places Ive been to tend to hire without considering the customers safety feelings. Understandably theyre mechanics and will get dirty, but there is a respect issue some lack. This was a very comfortable and safe environment as well as respectful workers who didnt talk down to me nor were they pushing extra products on me nor taking advantage of my vulnerability.

Great people, great prices, some things that I never would have known were going bad they fixed them all. I find that they are so busy because they are so good everybody in town wants their car fixed there. I find if you leave your car there for service it is better and they call you when it is done...just like the big car dealers. 5 star!!!

Late on Friday afternoon.... Threw a belt on our Explorer... Ford dealer was no help. Went to Les Schwab... They dont do belts... They called SpeeDee oil change... They could help and man did they! They ordered the belt and had us back on the road in less than an hour!!! Great folks
