If I could do a 0 star experience I would. I have purchased 4 cars previously. I decided to lease a car through this dealership in December of 2019. That was a great experience. But of course that’s the expectations when you’re giving them your money. I keep up my maintenance every 5k miles and always do the recommended mileage. In July 2021 my car was acting weird and when coming to a red light or anytime I would stop the car would turn off. I took my car in July 2, 2021 they called me back and said it would be 7 days for the repair and I needed a new transmission. They let me know they were out of loaner vehicles and I could go across the street to enterprise and rent a vehicle and process a claim for reimbursement through Hyundai. So I did that. A week went by with no update on my vehicle. In order to find out the ETA of my vehicle I had to continue to call the dealership to ask and their answer was “we don’t know”. I had to get the General Manager involve to even get an ETA. Finally September 8th I was able to get my car back with a new transmission. My case for the claim had been filed. It is now November 3rd and the case manager has notified me that they are only willing to pay 22$ a day even though I was charged for 104$ a day by enterprise. This is the worst experience as I have a enterprise bill of 7 thousand dollars and they can only reimburse me 2 thousand of that. When I do not own the car. It is under warranty and the car is only 1.5 years old. It was a brand new car. I highly recommend anyone who leases or even purchases to NOT get a Hyundai. They will not pay for their problems to satisfy the clients. I have to go through a lawyer and small claims to deal with this. Just trying to save someone’s time energy AND MONEY DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a easy, enjoyable time with purchasing my new 2022 Hyundai Tucson, the salesman went way above my expectations. He actually videoed some of the features for me - like the auto assist if someone parked to close to me and I had to back out with being the car....it was very informative and funny at the same time. Went above an beyond on every aspect - would highly recommend. Thank you!

I was in a hurry and had been ran around by my regular dealership. This place was friendly, honest and fair. They don’t lie about what needs to be done in the service department and charged me half what my regular place quoted me. They were extremely friendly, cleaned my vehicle and went above and beyond. To purchase a new car or just get your old one serviced I would highly recommend this place! If I could give more stars I would. It’s refreshing there’s still honest car places out there! Thank goodness!

I was originally going to give them 1 star because my original visit was so bad, but Chris Abreu really made up for it on our second visit. Chris was honest, knowledgeable, didnt pressure us, and didnt waste our time. We dont live in Auburn so respecting out time was important. He also was very understanding of having our baby with us and he even helped watch him!

So, I have to say I think this one hits closer to home than one would like, but I got myself out of a huge mess by making a purchase from a used car scam lot.My salesman and sales manager really stepped it up for me because I was in a poor position to begin with, but they wanted to make sure I left better than I came in. They were no pressure at all Thanks! Thanks to both Keiland and Kane the sales manager for doing what you did.HYUNDAI provides most if not all safety options as a standard options and I got the biggest markdown and rebates possible on a new super affordable amazing car! Such a slime place, please don’t waste your time. My parents arranged to see a vehicle and booked a hotel room and drove 7+ hours to see this vehicle. They talked in detail about a trade-in, and my parents offered to pay a deposit on the vehicle in order to make sure it would still be there when they arrived. They were told “don’t worry about it, it’ll for sure still be here”. After all that driving it wasn’t until they made it to their hotel room late the evening before that they were sent a text saying the vehicle was sold. Such a waste of time, money, and energy. Just incredibly poor customer service, very disappointing.

Went to three Hyundai dealerships in the area including this one, and the sales reps here are definitely the most responsive and communicative. I had no problem reaching them via phone or email for any questions during my buying process. Eventually my sales rep Paul Kim got me a killer deal, located the exact vehicle I wanted from an out-of-state dealership, AND delivered the car straight to my home! Zachery in Finance also took the time to explain the financing contract in thorough detail leaving no room for doubt. Everyone I interacted with was very patient and knowledgeable. This is the place to go if youre serious about buying a new Hyundai!

I enjoyed buying my new car from Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai from being able to research the available cars online, to the sales staff and all their support staff and leaving with exactly the car I wanted at a great price. Everyone was respectful and transparent. It does take awhile to wait for the loan to be processed but this was the only negetive and I dont think theres anything that can be done about this part. I would definitely recommend anyone to shop there if they are in the market for a new car.

Everyone at the Hyundai dealership provided excellent service and was very informative about any cars that you may have questions about. I had two salesmen helping me out, named Kyle and Evan. These two salesmen made sure I got everything I required for a car that I personally requested for. Also, they made sure I was 100% satisfied with the car before talking about any sort of payments, they highly take priority on making sure their customers are happy with the car before giving a customer the best deal for them.

We almost gave up hope because the experience was terrible at that dealership and I didn’t want her to have any more bad experiences.They called and said they could get the the car she wanted. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Sonata from Bud Clary Hyundai in Auburn on Christmas Eve. Neil, the internet sales consultant, and Kane, the sales manager, were great to work with. Both did their best to help me get the car I wanted at a price I was targeting. They went out of their way to get the vehicle with the exact color (exterior and interior) match. Best of all, they were able to match the best deal I had found from a large volume dealer in WA. Above all, they provided a pleasant car buying experience with honesty, transparency, and professionalism, hardly found in most dealerships these days. I would definitely buy the Hyundai brand of cars from here again in the future.

This was my second time visiting Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai and received the same consistent high level of customer service as my first visit. In my experience with dealership visits they usually display a high level of customer service at the onset but than there always seems to be a drop off in customer service with following visits. At Bud Clary this was not the case. Mayra Garcia was my service advisor on both visits and because of the service I received from her, my next new car will be purchased from Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai. She has a high level of customer service that leaves you with a great feeling of satisfaction the moment you drive away. Edit: The guard on the bottom of my car fell off after two weeks. Will need to follow up with a replacement. Frustrating.Calling to schedule an appointment is a pain because it goes to a type of Call Center that isnt familiar with the questions or facility, but once your at the location, the service was good.

Man I thought this place was great until receiving horrible customer service. I thought I was tripping but no this is the 2nd encounter I had with someone extremely rude to me for no reason. I came to get some work done on my car, and it was an issue. I needed an alignment, new breaks ( I was denied) and 4 new tires, fluids. I got there before my appointment time, it was packed with cars. I felt my car was in the way, but I guess. I go in and the lady was just giving me attitude for all of the things I needed done. And I said I wasnt able to schedule all of that online. I waited got everything expect new breaks. How are you going to tell a customer no to something that they know they needed. I was in there January 2021 and Maria was telling me that I should replace them, and it was on my paperwork I brought in. I am upset that she wasnt there, she is out right now. But I doubt I will be back again. My energy cant take it.

Drove over an hour to have an appointment at this dealership to test drive a car. They said the car was on the lot at opening, but it turns out it sold the day before. The salesman didnt bother to look for the car despite us having an appointment to look at that specific car. The salesman knew nothing about the different type of engines and features in other cars, and was overall very unhelpful.

I recently (April 2021) assisted my daughter with her first new car purchase, a 2021 Hyundai Kona SEL Plus AWD. After conducting extensive online research and interaction with numerous dealers throughout the Puget Sound area via text, email and phone, she purchased her new car from Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai. It was a great decision in the end for quite a few reasons ~ vehicle pricing, professional and courteous customer service, fair and honest negotiations, prompt responses to our communications, and following up with integrity on dealership commitments. It’s been a month since buying my car (purchased end of August), and I’m happy with the car itself, but my experience after the sales part has been pretty disappointing.- Firstly, Neil was great, he helped get the process going for the car. I believe Danny also shared the sale but my main point of contact was with Neil. This isn’t necessarily something they are at fault of.- After a week going through the process of getting approval for the car, I finally was able to take it home.- I decided to take it home right when they were closing that night, which they weren’t expecting so we kind of rushed the process and didn’t consider checking the car fully.- I drove home and upon arriving, we noticed there was a scratch on the side of the car exposing the plastic of the bumper. We hadn’t gone anywhere to potentially cause the scratch, so we reached out to let them know that same night that we saw the scratch and hoped it could get taken care of.- I brought the car back to the dealership so they could take a look at it, the manager said they’d send this up the chain to, I believe, get approval and that it may take a week or so.- During this time, I also was awaiting a call to get my 3M applied to the car.- I also noticed shortly after that my back left window isn’t working properly when I try to roll it down, I let Neil know this had come up.- I’ve followed up with Neil a couple times, he’s said he’s following up with their team to see what’s going on. I know that as a sales person he likely doesn’t have much control of the service department and getting approval for the scratch repair.A month later, I still have not received a call to get my 3M applied, no call in regards to the scratch, and still experiencing issues with rolling down one of my windows.I had high hopes for my experience buying my first car, but now it’s basically turned into not wanting to bother with the same dealership ever again.

Yesterday, I was with a friend, who is looking for a new vehicle. We were introduced to a young lady named Hannah at the Hyundai lot. I typically do not write reviews but feel compelled to give Hannah her props. Her customer service was exceptional. She was full of product knowledge and answered all of our questions. If there was a question that she didnt know, she politely said Thats a great question, I do not know that but I will find out and let you know. I was very impressed with Hannah, because she had mentioned that she has only been working at Bud Clary Hyundai for a few short months and had no prior car sales experience. Keilend was an AMAZING sales person. I would strongly suggest him to anyone going to this lot.I waked away with a car I have been searching for months for, and he was very patient with me while the car was pending a recall fix. I would give Keilend as many stars as I could!I did encounter some downsides on the lot, the next day I realized that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced badly (Thankfully I know how to do it... but still) and one tire had 10 less PSI in it....? I should have checked those before, but didnt. Make sure you do a thorough once over when you purchase a car from them, even things you wouldnt think about immediately. Kind of a bummer about that since both are really important aspects and seemed like an oversight since it was in the shop for a month before purchase due to recall, it also wasnt washed. Im not sure if they ever do that, but Im used to it from West Hills in Bremerton. Over all, a decent experience and I am happy with my car, Im just running into things I feel you would see at smaller lots.

I was shopping around for a new car. I started at another dealership looking at the hyundai sonata 2020. The service level was night and day. Brandon, Joy and Gary were so helpful and wonderful to work with. They were quick to reach out and responsive to my questions. They took the time to provide me with the information I needed without pressuring me one way or another and worked with me to adjust my purchase conditions accordingly. I started everything online and it was a wonderful experience overall. We held some great conversations during the time I spent at the dealership and they truly impressed me with their service level, knowledge, no-pressure attitudes and flexibility. They were understanding of my wants and helped me finalize what I should truly get.The other dealerships I had reached out to before werent even attempting to finish a sale, answer questions or even connect with me. Even one I test drove a vehicle at was refusing to work with me unless I went to the dealership (by bus mind you) which would be about 3 hours round trip for me. The people here at Bud Clary are different. If you live in Seattle like I do, I would go out of my way to work with this dealership again over others in the area.

Exasperating... My car is exhibiting all the signs of problems related to Hyundai engine recall. It is currently unsafe to drive. This after required software upgrades and almost $1,000 dollars on repairs. 24-hours after the last repair the same thing is happening. Drove directly to the door only to find out that they are so busy with warranty engine repairs they have decided to shut down the service department for at least 2 weeks.What the hell kind of response is that?How bout pay your mechanics overtime or bring in extra part-time mechanics do something but shutting down and sticking your head in the sand is not the way to treat your customers Ill never buy a Hyundai ever again I should never have left Toyota

The salesperson (AJ Palania) who helped me was beyond great! He was respectful, courteous, friendly, and applied zero pressure during the entire sales process. I reached out initially via email and AJ replied back in a prompt and timely manner. I live up in Bothell and did not feel like driving down to Auburn initially but after a bad experience at another dealership I contacted AJ again who did nothing everything to earn my business. The cars were ready to look at upon arrival and he laid out all financing / payment plans clearly with no shady tactics involved. He let me make up my mind and in the end, I felt really good about how I was treated and the buying experience was top notch. I also had a small issue with the car afterwards where the a scratch on the window had to be fixed. It took a little bit to resolve but none of it was AJs fault. He was extremely communicative throughout and honored his word from the beginning. The manger that day I bought too (Jason) treated me with respect and was friendly. The manager that helped me afterwards dealing with the window issue (Kane) was also professional and did everything to make it right and apologized in the time for the time it took to resolve. Although that part took a little long, I have zero issues as they were all working towards taking care of me throughout the process.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Bud Clary for your next Hyundai. As mentioned, I live out in Bothell and work out in Redmond but will be mentioning anyone looking to buy a car in the future to give AJ and Bud Clary Auburn Hyundai a chance to earn their business. I have a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid with roughly 5,000 miles. This morning it wouldn’t start, most likely a dead battery. I contacted Hyundai and they towed the car to Hyundai Auburn. I received a call from Myra regarding my car stating they probably wouldn’t see it today and maybe they’ll get to it tomorrow. I asked why would it take so long and she asked if I had made an appointment. Made an appointment? My car just stopped working! I asked about a loaner so I could get to work and without hesitation she answered no. How am I supposed to get around without a car? This service department has no regard for personal responsibilities. I left a voicemail with the manager and will update accordingly once I receive a call back. Worse experience I’ve ever received at a dealership!

Popped in late at night after closing and ran into Paul. He was nice enough to locate and open the showroom for the car I was searching for. We made an appt for the next morning he had the cars I wanted to test drive gassed up and ready to go out front when I arrived. Paul was polite, professional, patient and calm. Much better then the sales people I met recently from other dealers. I totally would refer clients to him. He was on point from start to finish. The one missing star is because I felt the $/negotiations/final bill went a little south. Seems like the rates, trade in, and additional options conveniently equaled the total amount that i was willing to spend. Hmm, other then this concern the lot, waiting room and staff are overall professional and on task. I would refer a family or friend to Bud but I would just include a heads up on paying attentionwhen negotiating. Great selection of cars here easy to make a purchase.

Shout out to Myra, who is always so kind, helpful and informative.I had an awful experience when my car broke down on the way to a family vacation, so we had my car towed to Bud Clary. Myra kept me well informed and worked very hard to get me a loaner car so I could still continue to function normally. She mad a horrible situation into a much better one by taking time to let me know exactly what was going on, and helping in every way imaginable.I will continue to go here for car services as needed.

I have had the greatest experience here. I received my new car last night (2020 Hyundai Elantra) which I am in love with! I want to give a special thanks to both of my sales guys JASON & ZAID. I 100% recommend them, they made me feel so comfortable & answered every question and doubt that I had. They even stayed past their shift times until my deal was set! They gave me great advice on steps to take towards my previous car. I am forever grateful & will continue to only make car purchases from here. They are so great that I had my uncle make his purchase from here as well on the same night. My parents have came to them for years and have purchased 2 former cars from this place no issues whatsoever. I recommend coming to this auburn location because the Renton location did not treat me right nor would call me back. It was a waste of my time and money. Do not go there and make the trip to auburn. Another amazing person was MAYRA from services! She was so patient and caring towards me in my time of distress. She really is the sweetest gal ever and was sooo quick at handling business with my 3rd party. Last but not least I want to thank GARY the business manager for helping both my uncle and I with our car signing last night. This place was a true example of TEAM WORK. Thank you very much!!!

I signed for a car that was supposed to have 88 miles on it and considered brand new. Instead I got a car with 600 plus miles and dirty. When I asked if there was a way to fix this or at least clean the car I got ignored.They fit the typical salesman stereotype, they consistently call when they need a sale and when its done, its like you dont even know them.This will be the last time I do business with them.

My lease was due to come to a end on my Mazda CX-9, I had been looking for months it was a tie between the Hyundai palisade and the Kia telluride. I called a lot of places and spoke to a lot of salesman some rude some nice . My last call was to bud clary Hyundai of auburn and Xavier answered the phone, told him what I was looking for how much I could pay and that I had a lease that was ending . He told me to come down they would take care of me . Tuesday night my husband and myself went down test drove just to make sure, and completed the purchase on a Hyundai palisade limited black with cream. I am in love with my car, Xavier was so sweet and so helpful making sure he answered all my questions and Kane finalized the deal making sure we were happy with the payment and my trade.When you have a salesman who is not pushy and makes you feel like you are the most important customer it means the world especially being a female . I cannot recommend this dealership and Xavier enough!

This is the worst Huyndai service Ive ever been, my car is 2016 Hyundai Tucsan 1.6 sport, I had an appointment at 3:30pm for normal maintenance service oil and filter change with tire rotation. I recieved the car after one and half hour they finally completed! Regardless the waiting area has no any amenities or coffee machine when I received my car the second day I had a check engine comes on and blinking while I am riding and the car stoped moving and bad burned oil smells comes from it. Not sure what was the problem. I immediately stoped and and turned of the engine. I started to check the engine air filter and the compartment was filled with oil! And the filter has oil on it seriously! I checked the oil level from the engine and it is more than full level by double!! It means they put more oil in my engine than it recommended! How this error happened at car dealership service! This really not acceptable and I wish I never take my car at this horrible not professional place.Update: after this fault i bring my car back to them and they inspected and replace the sparks plugs and cleaned the engine and replace the engine air filter and washed my car. They refused to give me warranty to the engine and I wish they did. Anyhow better than nothing.Still I get BSD check on on my dashboard and my blind spot stopped working.

STILL the most AMAZING service ever! This is my second car from this dealership, and I’m just as happy as the first time. I got the 2021 Hyundai Sonata, and absolutely LOVE IT! Danny and Jose were awesome from beginning to end. No pressure or cheap sleazy sales tactics. Everyone at Bud Clary Hyundai has definitely played a part in making me a lifelong customer. Staff is always friendly. Techs know how to troubleshoot. I had an issue with my backup camera fogging in winter and being midsummer, the tech was able to reproduce the problem. Saving me another 130 mile trip. Repairs were estimated at 2-4 hours but knowing I had a long drive to get back home and a doctors appointment, I was out in an hour.

They fixed my car took a long time but got me a loaner. My main issue is they sold a car from under my friend after he said he was going to buy it first thing the next day. And while I was picking up my car one customer was complaining about them not fulfilling his contract with them and oil changes. I will probably go to another dealer for my services.

Based on the people directly related to the service, it was definitely five stars! But.... When I arrived, Mayra—definitely five stars for Mayra—at the service counter was expecting a routine multi-point inspection.This job was anything but that. Therein is the reason for my knocking off one star. The person who scheduled my appointment by phone had just written it up that way.To make a long story short: several weeks ago, while traveling out of state, we had run over a curb (no alcohol involved, ha, ha). A few days later, still out of state and not at a Hyundai dealership, I replaced the front tires replaced along with a wheel alignment, but soon afterward there was a noticeable squeal coming from somewhere beneath the car and a vibration through the steering column. Mayra test drove the car, and confirmed both problems. Several hours later the repairs were finished and we were on our way.My complaints: 1. Because the problems were not written up correctly when I made the appointment, we were there most of the day. 2. It takes forever to make an appointment for service in the first place. 3. When unexpected delays occur alternative transportation home, or elsewhere, should be offered.At the dealership where we bought the car none of these three issues were ever a problem. Maybe that is why they had multiple award banners for customer service hanging from the walls; something noticeably missing here.

I would love to seriously give them a 5 star, because the sales team deserve it. I had a bunch of hiccups, and the sales team especially the manager Kane, truly help dissolve them. This was my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle through them. The first time, was literally the same time Bud Clary was taking over from Korum. At that point I purchased a brand new Sonata, which was awesome. This second time was a used car ( needed an all wheel drive), I must say I expected the hiccups, but Kane and his team truly tried to make it a seamless one. For that I appreciate them.

I was aggressively shopping for a 2020 Hyundai Kona and working with five or six dealers to get the best deal. Danny at Bud Clary was up front, straightforward and to the point. No game playing, no bait and switch, and no last minute gotchas. What I liked most about Danny was his absolute transparency about the price, financing and options. Love the service here! I feel bad for coming in without an appointment but they always try to accommodate me every time no matter how busy they are. I really love going to Mayra for anything she really tries her best to make my service there happy and i always leave with a smile knowing that my car will be perfect in the end. I had picked up a used car from a car lot. When my mechanics found evidence of a Head Gasket issue, I immediately took it back. The Auto place offered to verify and fix the head gasket. They sent it to Bud Clary but only asked for a New owner inspection instead of asking for a pressure test, to check for the Head Gasket. When I got the car back, I asked to see the paperwork and all I could find was the inspection, no pressure test. They blamed Bud Clary Hyundai for Not doing their job and Forgetting to do the test. When I went to Bud Clary, I found them believable and Honest. They were never told to do the test. But Bud Clary did the pressure test and my Head Gaskets were fine, but they helped show me not to trust this auto dealer.
