I’ve been taking my cars here for several years and they are the best mechanics I have seen in a long time. They have never let me down and they have fixed everything I have asked them to do and then some. They are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and quick. What more could one ask for?

I just have to let everybody know how great this company is and the guys that work there.. I live in Des Moines and I could not come down and pick up my truck it was Friday and theyre closed for the weekends so I called them and I told him that I couldnt make it down there to get my truck I had no ride to get me there... well.. to my surprise they offered to come get me and bring me down to the shop to pick up my truck they didnt charge me for that I even offered him gas money and they told me no.... Then when I got there my idle was a little high on my truck and the mechanic took a few minutes out to adjust it I offered him money but he said no... Because he could hear how hi the idle was.. and my truck was in there for a total differentl reason.... Ive never met anybody like the guys who work at Auburn drivetrain always respectful and pleasant and professional..and for this I give five stars even more if I could.

Great service!!! They told me my clutch couldnt get on lift for 3 days but job got done early and got it done in a day. After the 500 mile breakin everything is working great and it was $700 cheaper than the other transmission shops i called.

Quality repair work, friendly service

I have been bringing my cars here since Jan 2020 when they bought this bought this business from the last company. In April I brought one of my cars over to their shop which had been hit while parked. I knew it was going to need new rear suspension and new tail light at the minimum, but when I went to went pick it up, they did a little bit of extra. I so appreciate this crew of mechanics. They care about their customers and the cars they drive of course. You can tell that they just want to do the best job possible for a fair price. Thank you again Auburn Drivetrain!!

They fixed my transmission and it is great

Took my Civic in for timing belt/water pump and had them replace a rotor for me that was giving me a hard time. My car was done exactly when they said it would be and the cost was exactly what they said it would cost.Definitely no loose parts, no damage to my car, the mechanic knew his stuff, and they were very personable. I would for sure bring my car back for other work if I need it. Hold up your end of the deal and so will they was my experience.

WARNING!!!! DONT GO HERE TO SAVE A BUC!!!!! They almost killed my family with there shady work. They forgot to tighten down the support that holds the engine and transmission in the car. Who does that? My engine came within 2 threads of falling out! The negligence and work quality is appalling! That was also the second trans they put in my car. The first leaked from day 1. They also messed up the shift linkage, which they wont cover, and they left a huge ding in my door. These guys are horrible! negative 5 stars if I could.

Did 2 transmission replacements. About same time.One honda van burned down a few months after because transmission over heated and caught fire.Second acura transmission started to slip about 2 years from repair. ......even though they said they are putting improved parts than what it came with.NO joke dont think they really know what they are doing.

What a horrible experience. we were was forced to take truck here for a (new transmission) which is what I we were told I was getting... instead its a rebuild.they overfilled our transmission by 4 quarts, bolts on our transmission pan came loose, they cut our muffler and we had to take it to Meineke to repair damage to muffler and fix exhaust gaskets that were also broken. WE have a warranty but drove a few thousand miles mostly taking it to there shop to have repaired. Asked if they can readjust due to the multiple times forced to take it back to them to fix it right.... They said NO!!!! Obviously they dont believe in there workmanship.We recently received a ticket from King County Courts for parking. While our truck was in their shop they got a parking ticket... They never took care of. They were suppose to pay it. I ended up paying it before it went to collections.USE CAUTION WHEN USING THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Do not recommend this place i took my car for transmission work they didnt do a good job so i took it back and left my car worst, they also since they dont have space they hit my car from behind. I talked to them about that they didnt do a good service and they keep deniying that it does work and its in good condition when i know its not. They talked back to me in a very rude way. THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE.

Just dont. My car was infested wth rats while I waited 5 months for an engine rebuild. Not only did they expect me to put my child in her chewed up fecees covered car seat (knowing my vehicles interior was completely damaged and reeked of rat urine, leaving that detail out before I traveled from Pierce County to pick it up), they put a warranty on my engine through their shop. Today, I went in because under the hood was smoking and it would cost me nothing since it was under warranty..picked up my car afterwards and it was smoking before I made it down the street. They left pieces of damaged product in my car that is definitely a fire hazard, and when I got my vehicle home in the driveway, it left a huge oil puddle in a matter of 3 hours...but you know...my car dont have any oil leaks cause they fixed that too. Its in worse shape than it was prior to being repaired. Ive had this shop responsible for my vehicle 3x and every time I leave, Im leaving with a different problem than what I came there for in the first place.
