Very bad experience😡😡😡 I was having trouble with my vehicle. I had this dealership look at my car and they told me it was a bad cell in the battery and was about to go dead. They was going to charge me $230 to put a new battery in, but I declined. They had an attitude about the issue because I said I was going to let some else look it. I then proceeded to Advance Auto to have them look it. They tested it and the alternator and everything was normal and reading good. So I feel they was trying to con me for money.Thank u so much will never use this dealership again 😡😡😡I would of lost $230 to y’all ‼️‼️‼️

My 2017 Chevy volt was having an occasional issue where it wouldnt start. The tech had it diagnosed in 15 minutes. My car was ready to go in less than 24 hours from drop off, and they had to order the part. Very nice ladies at the service desk as well!
Felt extorted. Threatened with no warranty if I didnt pay the diagnostic fee, price kept changing. But credit where credit is due, they changed the part I asked them to change and fixed my self diagnosed problem. Bad customer service, felt like I was bothering them.
