My daughters expedition broke down on a Friday evening and we had it towed to Auburn Ford.Their friendly service personal was courteous and honest and said they would try to get to it by the middle of the next week.By that time they had already diagnosed the problem and ordered parts and the vehicle was ready to go the next day.Kimberly and the technician even stayed late that night to complete the work.With current backlog that service centers are experiencing these days I was very pleasantly surprised that they were able to take in a drop off without an appointment and complete the work so quickly.I tip my hat with the sincerest expression of gratitude to Kimberly and the entire service dept at Auburn Ford for getting my daughters vehicle done with such a high degree of professionalism, concern and speed..

Ive been using Auburn Ford for over 20 years for routine maintenance and sometimes extensive repair on my older F250 truck. Ive never been disappointed and they always treated me with respect and understanding. For those reasons, when I needed a new truck, I instantly thought of this dealership. Once again, I am not disappointed, I am elated with their thoroughness and that I was kept abreast the entire time, waiting for Ford to complete my build and the closing process. The truck is exactly as I anticipated, couldnt be happier. Heres to another 20 years of service.

Service is always All good and friendly.I did have 3 electrical problems (horn, auto light turn off, close back latch switch) that were not working.You charge $139 each for each diagnostic. I only chose horn and it diagnosed broken horn (I knew that) and new horn would be another $200, which I declined, but still had to pay $139 for the diagnostic.I think $139 for a diagnostic is pretty high. Not sure why it costs so much.

Had my F250 serviced at my hometown dealer, Auburn Ford. As always they didnt disappoint. The night drop option is awesome! The mechanic addressed all of my issues and the service advisor Nick was very prompt in making contact with me to discuss what was needed and what wasnt. Nick and everyone else are always so professional and attentive to my concerns. I also want to add this dealership isnt your normal dealer where they try to price gouge you to death...the price was very fair for the service I had done (brakes & full service oil change). I left very happy as felt I received a great deal on my service. I highly recommend seeing Nick for any of your service needs!

Great dealer to work with. Order an new explorer with no hassles or markups. Only complaint would be some better communications once the order is in and a VIN is generated for the order so you could track the order on the Ford site. time frame for the order was up in the air as the world we live in in at the time of this review is crazy. If looking for a new Ford, this is a dealer that can help.

Friendly, helpful customer service, very honest & upfront about expected repair time & cost. My car ws ready 2days of the expected 3-5 & cost a tiny bit less than quoted! Only thing, I brought in my car with 1 non-working tail-light & left with both tail-lights nonfunctional! & yet my car passed 100% diagnostic s & the mechanic said everything was FIXED & working 😳😣 hopefully we can get that sorted out ASAP. But, yeah- Id definitely go to Auburn FORD again!

I routinely choose this Auburn Ford over Folsom Ford (which I live closer to) because they are super professional and give such quality care. Kimberly, along with the other service staff members, have always made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. Best Ford Dealer in the Placer County area!! I have my F350 and my wife’s Expedition serviced here and always treated well and very easy to drop off and pick up. Smaller dealership but family owned (the family actually works here) and you get treated as through it is family owned and operated……which means you are respected and even called by your name when you walk in the Service door. Parts is great as well very easy to work with and respectful. Sales is great because theres no pressure, they have the answer to your questions or they get them for you in a timely manner.

My new Transit 350 air conditioning went out at 3,000 miles.I have 6 Company vehicles & depend on them so my employees can earn a living, so I keep new vehicles so we don’t get an interruption in our work week.I stop by Auburn Ford on 08/12/21 to ask about an appointment to have it address & taken care of. Nick Torre helped me & I explained that it is a work Vehicle that carries a lot of equipment that employees needed to do their job & explained I can leave it for 1 day but will need it back at the end of the day so we can keep working. He said he understood & made an appointment for 08/18/21.When I arrived for my appointment Kimberly Heath informed me they would do what they could but don’t know how many days it would take. I responded by telling her that I made an appointment a week ago so I had a slot for them to work on it. She told me they would try to Diagnose it today. I explained to her that I needed the Van for the next day & would be back at the end of the day to pick it up even if it is not repaired today it can get diagnosed & schedule another day to have the work done.When I arrived at 5:05 pm I was informed by Kimberly that I was out of luck they didn’t have a chance to Diagnose it.Rather frustrating to make an appointment a week previous & they don’t even make time to look at or work on the vehicle.I am in a Service Industry & I know if my customers are not happy they will soon be Ex Customers.Not exactly sure why you would give someone an appointment date that you can not honor.I guess it is like making a Reservation at a Restaurant and when you show up & they tell you we will seat you “IF” we get an opening.Just another let down by the lack of Professionalism in so many Industries.

Brian was very helpful, as were Steve and the other gentleman who helped me with our Fusion hybrid (cant remember his name!). We were going back and forth between the Fusion S and the Fusion Hybrid. Brian wasnt pushy at all, and was so patient! He helped us with the pros and cons and we took a good 20 minutes to make a decision.We decided on the Fusion Hybrid and are very happy with our choice. We had to call Brian after we left because we had left our garage door opener in our trade in. He said hed be sure to get it for us. We are grateful that he gave us his card with his cell number.Im glad we decided to stay local (we live in Cool). I came a long way from Calaveras County to Auburn Ford (2 hours). I had discussed my needs on the phone with Juan, and he was responsive. Upon arrival, staff were friendly and cooperative and quite professional, especially John Andrews who showed me the vehicle. Id also compliment Frank Payne, the Asst. Manager for his cooperation. Steve in Finance went some extra to connect with my old Bay Area credit union and finalize the deal. All in all, this was one of my best auto buying experiences.

Made the trip up to Auburn from Roseville after a friend shared the great experience and deal he got on a recent F-150 purchase. I worked with Juan who helped me place a custom order on an F-250 Tremor. Juan kept me informed as the truck went into production and finally shipped from Kentucky. Aimee went the extra mile to secure financing at a competitive rate that beat the APR on all other lenders we had secured pre-approvals from. Aimee and Juan were friendly and professional while also demonstrating great senses of humor. Overall excellent experience from start to finish. Will be returning to Auburn Ford for our next new vehicle purchase.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The service department and level of customer centricity, communication, empathy, and ability to fulfill contractual obligations of providing a loaner, was completely absent. Appointment was scheduled 5 days in advance to have our brand new Ford Transit passenger wagons brake lines checked as we had a slow leak. Upon arrival we were informed that they do not have a loaner for our family, even though we were sure to purchase that as part of the extended warranty package, but they would also have to keep the vehicle for an extended period of time (overnight or longer) in order to get to it as they were busy. I would expect that any new vehicle having issues like this would garner immediate attention especially with an appointment being scheduled. They provided my wife with no options to get home and provided sub par communication as she wandered around with three kids 6 and under. Once they actually checked the vehicle, they confirmed the brake lines were loose and needed to be tightened. 4.5 hours after our appointment, we received our vehicle and left for home. Once we jumped back into the van, assuming all was fixed, all dash lights came on and every warning started to not only hit the dashboard, but also the Ford Pass application. The service manager, Mark Harris, not only showed a complete lack of respect for the situation he created with his service department, but took a condescending tone towards my wife who was emotionally distraught as she was back there with 3 little kids and trying to get to our older boys little league baseball game. They refused her service and Mark refused to have someone from the service garage come out to look and see what was going on. Knowing the impact this has on our schedule as we were in their earlier, Mark continued to belittle my wife and say he was sorry we have 5 kids, sorry we were missing the baseball game, and sorry this will likely impact our trip at the end of this week. I hope Mark Harris learns the meaning of empathy and customer support as he is apparently a leader in the service department at Auburn Ford. We will be taking this issue directly to Ford. The only Auburn Ford team member that was empathetic and wanted to help was Denise and I would like to personally thank her for trying to support my wife in that moment. Mark, James, & Kim need to do a better job of understanding the impact on a large family or ANYONE losing their brand new vehicle, and offer solutions, not condescending remarks on the impact their poor service had on our day and possible week ahead. We will be taking our Ford vehicle to Roseville Future Ford as once my wife was refused service, she was left stranded on the side of the freeway and had to wait 2.5 hours for a tow truck big enough for the Transit. Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville is receiving our Transit this evening to resolve the issue that was created by the Auburn Ford team. Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville has already agreed to look at our vehicle first thing in the morning, and also provide us with a loaner that will fit our family. I cannot recommend the Ford service center at the Auburn location. We purchased our vehicle at Folsom Lake Ford and had an incredible experience with the team there. The Auburn FORD service center is a disappointment across the board. Save yourself the time and effort. Mark Harris, it is important for you to know that having a large family is our choice, and I do not need your condescending tone towards my wife. Something tells me that if I was there you wouldve had a different tone. You should treat ALL with respect. Maybe it was our large family or my wife dealing with the issue, either way it is a lesson I hope you learn as I promise you I will make all in the area aware of how you treat members of the community.

Save your money take your vehicle somewhere else to get serviced this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life I tried calling the dealership weeks ago to schedule right time. I reckon there’s only one other person in the waiting room I was told my oil change will take less than an hour after waiting for two hours I asked the service what is happening with my vehicle and after 30 more minutes of waiting I see them pull it in to start the oil change I was so frustrated due to the fact that I have a newborn baby in a three year old and I’ve been sitting in the lobby now for 2 1/2 hours I was crying. 20 minutes later they park my car in front and nobody comes to get me to tell me it’s ready as I’m loading my things and my kids into the car to leave the manager comes out with the paperwork and tries to give me a free car wash however I declined I will never go back there again.

We had to work in a budget and had been met by competing dealers using high pressure sales tactics for over priced vehicles, at auburn ford that was not the case. One star and I dont even think they deserve that my batteries are 3 months old they told me I needed to replace them $500 for a power cable actually 730 tell me my high pressure oil pump is bad and I RP is also bad well see I dont believe them that both are bad kind of amazing for both of them to go out at the exact same time kind of almost impossible kind of feel like theyre trying to screw me and scam me while I took my truck out of there and would not recommend anyone else to take their vehicle there

I couldnt be happier with my truck buying experience at Auburn Ford. Inventory was low so they worked with me to order the exact truck I wanted. Two months later it showed up. Everything was as promised. Juan, my salesman, knew everything about the truck. Walked me through everything, and I was out the door in a few hours. Four months ago I discovered that the rear seat release cable on my Ford escape was broken. I took the car to Auburn Ford and asked them to replace the cable. They told me that first their technician would have to diagnose the problem. So I paid them $140 to tell me yes the cable is broken but we dont have the part its on backorder..Apparently the diagnostic fee is not applied to the final repair. I ordered the cable through their parts department and it arrived this week.It was replaced today with a labor cost of $280. So my total labor cost to replace this cable was $420.A little excessive I believe. I know it was not the dealerships fault that they at the part on backorder but had they checked for the part when I told them it was the cable it would have saved me $140.I will most certainly never go back to Auburn Ford.

Vehicle continually goes dead, in one day. With battery dead the computer malfunctions saying vehicle is empty of gas, and that the ignition needs to be turned off to start the engine when no one is inside the vehicle. Ive been told that the computer runs all the time. Thats why the battery goes dead. Seems to me if you turn off the ignition it should turn off the computer. When the computer is running the doors to the vehicle become unlocked. Which means the car could be stolen at any time. You can turn off the ignition, lock the doors and come back in 20 minutes and the doors are unlocked. NO ONE has explained how that happens. So you can never park your car anywhere and leave it because it becomes unlocked in 20 Minutes or less. I think the vehicle has a defective computer or a faulty ignition, which makes the vehicle useless to anyone because there is no way to protect the safety of the vehicle or to maintain the charge in the vehicle. Its a piece of junk. If you went to the movies and came back after the show the vehicle could be stolen. I Persist that if the ignition is turned off the computer should be turned off to maintain the vehicles safety. Something is dreadfully wrong with the vehicle in some way. And it seems to me that not even the dealerships technitions cant even find the problem. Im wondering if anyone has looked for the obvious, Like the check how the ignition works.Francine Dvoracek

Juan our Salesman was easy going, had an enormous amount of product knowledge, and was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly what we were looking for. James Brown the service manager overheard my conversation with a service agent of my situation that was, driving 500 miles with a loud and dangerous noise coming from underneath my Ford 150, 2018 truck and was afraid of a situation that could result in a accident as I was on a trip half way through it when I stop in Auburn Calif. when I Goggle Ford location. Today July 5 a holiday, Monday day after Independence Day . The service manager took control of my predicament . Test drove my car then had it arrange immediately to fix it without delay . As they were so busy and the service agent said it would be two weeks before I could be helped . What a awesome feeling I felt that this person went to this incredible level to help me . Two things I want to say . Ford inc. thank you for trusting this man and his position and allow him the position to do what he did for me and secondly I personally want to thank Mr. James Brown for his kindness, his intuition and notice dangers and protected me from a most dangerous situation . My car was vandalized two days before my appointment for a recall repair and I couldnt get a rental so Kimberly, a service writer went way above and beyond to get my car fixed asap. My insurance was covering the vandalism so she went out of her way to gather and send Jason the insurance adjuster everything he needed to approve the repair without being there and it saved me at least a day or two without my car. She really expedited all the repair work and they did a wonderful job and and I am very happy with the results. My car is in great shape and I would recommend her and Auburn Ford to everybody !!! I was really in a jam and she saved me.

Made an appointment for 9:15am to get a brake fluid leak check. My transit is brand new and we received it from the manufacturer in December. When I arrived with 3 of my children the service rep told me that it would take all day, maybe into tomorrow. I was shocked. This is also a problem for my family as this is the only car we own that fits all of us. She said to me that she had cars in there since Thursday that havent been looked at (how is that my problem and if its such a problem, then why did they take my appointment??). I arrived and almost no cars were in the shop being looked at which was surprising considering they claimed to be severely backlogged. I tried to take it on the chin and asked for a loaner. They have no loaners. I tried to be a good sport again when the the rep told me shed try to look at it soon as I was clearly not expecting this to take all day; nearly 3 hours went by and they hadnt even opened the hood. I had told her I was going across the street, she could have called me told me that it wasnt going to be quick after she gave me a false sense of hope. They have terrible communication here, clearly backed up but still take appointments that apparently mean nothing. We will schedule all future Ford service appointments in Roseville or Folsom. Im still shocked by the experience. My husband had to get involved and escalate the situation and the manager was nothing but rude and non accommodating. We used to have a Toyota and had all of our service appointments there with nothing but great experiences.

Ive been looking for a new Ford F-250 Platinum truck for over a month. After looking and searching all the dealers didnt realize I had missed Auburn Ford. Everywhere I looked everyone came up empty. I came to looking at the internet and Saw Auburn Ford come up. So I decided to not call and just drive up there which is about an hour away. To my delight they had exactly what I wanted and actually the best selection of Ford trucks that Ive seen out of probably 15 dealers. They welcomed me and were ready to help me find the vehicle I needed. Their salesman were very helpful and they went through all the invoice and showed me all the options to make sure the vehicle was exactly what I wanted. It wasnt ready to deliver when I found the vehicle Ive been trying to find. They told me I could get the truck the same day so I drove home and picked up my wife and came back and picked up the vehicle as a ready it for me to take. With the limited availability of these trucks I didnt think they would do anything for me regarding the price. To my surprise they gave me a great deal and the service was excellent. No pressure sales and I was happy to buy the truck of my dreams. Do not hesitate if you need a new truck or any vehicle for that matter to go to Auburn Ford as they were excellent probably the best buying experience Ive ever had for a vehicle. No

Best dealership experience ever, coming from someone that worked in service at a dealership. Kimberly has been my go to service advisor for a reason. She truly cares about the customers best interest, not their commission on service packages. I’ve had terrible dealership service experience and Kimberly has been completely understanding and helpful with guiding me through the maintenance on my mustang. The lot Porter PJ was very respectful and easy with my mustang, especially being a manual transmission. He was very kind and friendly, and seems to have a passion for cars, and taking care of them. I can’t see myself bringing my 5.0 mustang anywhere else but Auburn Ford.

Scheduled service on my brakes 2 weeks out... drive 45min to the dealership and get there an hour early to be told they couldnt do my brakes before they close and they wanted me to leave my car over the weekend and maybe they could fit it in monday just for brakes. Waste of my time and money.
