A great family run operation. Didnt have and couldnt get through their suppliers the front glass for my classic car, but were very helpful in providing possible sources for me to check. They will install the glass for a reasonable price if/when I can locate it.

Amazing service. After being sent around in circles by my insurance I said screw is and went to turttles. My main concern was spreading. The patch job did exactly what I wanted it to when it comes to preventing spread. I will for sure go back to have my windshield replaced when it needs it. As well already had another vehicles windshield replaced here and it has been great. No leaks and looks great. Here is a before and after. This crack was terrible and a hard one to work with but he gave it a shot anyways.

Great Shop. The staff was super friendly and nice. Had a window regulator assembly go out at 11 pm on Thursday night, causing my window to be recessed into the down position and not movable. Had to tape a plastic bag over the open window through the night and hope for noone to break into my vehicle and hope no bugs or critters would find a new home. On top of that I couldnt wait several days because I had work coming up for the next 48 hrs and then a week long trip scheduled right after getting off. Turttles was able to squeeze me in and saved the day. They did quality work and have a great shop. They have some pretty sweet pictures too from when they used to build motorcycles. I would definitely go back when I need window work and I would highly recommend them to friends, family, and everyone reading this.👍🏼👍🏼

Windshield replaced at my home. Service was alright at first. A crack began coming out of the window frame. I called and he scheduled an appointment to come look at the crack. I texted him pictures and he was quick to claim it was a rock. The crack originated from the frame of the windshield. He did not show up to the appointment he scheduled and did not reply to follow up texts. If there was no issue with the windshield this would have been a fine review. Ghosting your customers is a terrible way to do business. If youre considering this place for auto glass, use caution.

Called turtles 🐢 glass about a windsheild for a old Toyota he had an amazing price for the glass that beat out every other competitor in the Sacramento region, the service they performed on my vehicle was top notch this isn’t my first time having to buy glass and they made it a pleasure to spend my money with them. The guys taught me how to properly install a windsheild too.Best in service and class hands down this is the shop to get your glass don’t even bother going anywhere else. They were able to find the glass to repair my rear passenger window, which was out of stock and no one else was able to find.They were very nice and went above and beyond. We were very happy with their service. They were on time, reasonably priced, and even did a nice job cleaning the broken glass our truck.

I originally asked for a windshield replacement that would have cost over $500 but when Turttel examined the windshield he said he could repair the chipped area instead of replacement which would cost only $45. He could have just said a replacement was necessary but instead saved me the difference. I highly recommend this business for its honesty and professionalism.

Unfortunately I had a rock fly up and chip/crack in my windshield. I filed a claim with my insurance immediately and was hoping to get my car fixed same day. They contacted a few places that could not get me in for two weeks. They contacted Turtles auto glass and had me talk with them. They got me in within the hour. Zach was the young man who repaired my windshield. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very professional and got the job done quickly and the quality of work is amazing. Thank you so much Turtle (yes that is his name) and Zach for getting me in immediately. It took some stress off of my already stressful day!

Need 2 chips fixed on my windshield.Took me in as a walk in and had me out done and fixed in 20 minutes for 55.00.Great people and service if I could give 10 stars I would. Need a windshield fixed or replaced this is the place. Safelite wanted 160.00 and a 3 day wait to get it fixed.

I spent some time calling around Auburn to find an affordable company that could get it done fast. We have used Turttles Auto Glass, twice now. The first was a replacement. I called 5 shops, total, they were cheaper than 3 and the same price as one of them. My deciding factor was ease of setting up the appointment and how quickly he could get the glass. The 2nd time, he came all the way up to Foresthill, to do a $45 repair on a crack. Called one day and was here two days later. I wont shop anywhere else!!!

Unfortunately I have bad luck with car windshields and just got a new vehicle about a month ago. Sure enough on the way to work this morning I had a rock fly up from the truck in front of me and crack! It was still small enough I considered to just have the crack repaired before it spread. I called Turttles Glass, which is approved by USAA Insurance. They were at my work place soon after I called in. Technician Zack, sorry if I spelled that wrong, was awesome, attentive and a really nice guy. I cant even see where the crack is now! Unbelievable! Thanks Zack and Turttles Auto Glass!

October 2019Got a cracked windshield in my Acura MDX. Called them, gave them the VIN and had it replaced a couple days later. Because I have lane departure camera I had to get system calibrated. Turtle was very responsive and professional. I will call them with any further work. Their price was reasonable and they stuck to it. Thanks from DA. Auburn,CA

These guys are awesome. They replaced the windshield in my 2018 RAV4. The quality and service is great, and they had all of the equipment to recalibrate the crash avoidance system.

Summary (changed brand of glass to lower grade without asking, windshield installed has a defect, door jams or foot sills left dirty, driver side pillar not put back together properly, and large bead of silicone oozed out by the vin plate.) see pictures.Turtle seems to be a nice guy, was good on the phone and in person.Price was the best I could find being that my windshield has lane departure and it needed to replaced and re calibration done.I asked on the phone what brand glass he would use and he said the brand I was looking for. So I booked the appointment.Job was done on time, and so I came to pick up the car.Upon picking up the car with the new windshield installed I noticed a different brand glass, lower quality as far as what people say on the internet anyway.I asked him why that second grade glass is installed and he said the one I wanted was out of stock so he got the next best glass available. I did not like this but it was already installed... He also said to be honest, they are all the same quality and thickness. So I went with it.Then when I pulled off the tape I noticed A defect in the glass. I think the tape over it was just coincidence, I dont think it was meant to cover it. I asked him to come out and look at the defect. He said well if it spreads or gets any bigger Ill replace it. I asked how long and he said one year. That didnt sound that great to me but I went along with it being that it was already installed and I came from out of town with a family member to pick up the car.Once I got home I noticed the dirty door sills. A wipe down would have been nice as I had just detailed inside.Then I noticed the driver side pillar, which was not properly put back together. I popped the cover off and put it back the right way.Then today I checked my dash vin plate for something and noticed the large bead of silicon.Overall, this could have gone so much better. I ended up with the cheaper glass brand that I didnt want, and a windshield with a defect...Not really happy about this. But Im a reasonable person and didnt want to make a huge deal of it.Make sure its the same glass brand you ordered and look for defects etc...Turtle, I appreciate you doing the job, but wish you would have called when the brand of glass I wanted wasnt available...

Called Turtle at 5:30pm Monday night, and they were out the next day with a brand new windshield. Customer service and pricing... the best! Great job Turtle!

Turttle does an AMAZING job on my windshields! I have been using him for years. I would recommend Turttles Auto Glass to anyone. Knowledgeable and Friendly. I do ask for Pilkington Glass every time and have ALWAYS received it.
