I went to Del Toro Auto to assist my dad with a purchase of a 1 series BMW (driving 2.5 hours from pdx)The asking price was reasonable but we were expecting a pushy salesman like wed experienced at our local dealerships. But to my surprise, Jun was the associate who helped and was very helpful, patient and informative. He was straight forward and honest. This made the purchase easy and I will be back to purchase from Jun if they can get the car I want in stock. Thank you Del Toro Auto sales for making the drive worth while.

This dealership is the most friendly and understanding lot I have ever been to. I got a 2004 Tahoe here and now have a 2009 Mercedes!! Jun was the BEST salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. In March of this year, I bought a Nissan Alitma from Del Toro. These guys are so nice and reasonable.They are very informative and not pushy.Today I had a block in the wheelwell from debris from leaves, pine needles and other things which caused the water to leak onto the carpeting on the passenger side. I called them up to ask if they could help me find what was leaking and they told me to bring the car right down or at my convienence. I brought it down; they found the problem, cleaned out everything, dried the carpeting, without charging me. When I left, they told me to give them a call, if there is any problems in the future.Everyone there are very nice, professional, and they remember you and treat you with dignity and respect. Which these days is hard to find, especially at Used car lots. Thanks Del Toro for treating me like family!

It was a strange negotiating. Especially since it was negotiating price with someone behind a closed door. Gentlemen who was showing me the car didn’t know anything about the car. Information on OfferUp was not correct about the car. But I got lucky I looked through the car and I got the car. I wish the would have at least thrown away the cabin air filter.

Be aware and purchase at your own risk. This place is an absolute joke. They thoroughly enjoy taking advantage of elderly people. Straight lying to their faces to get a sale. My father purchased a car and was guaranteed it was in great condition. Now it’s a used car, so no warranty, but to my father a guarantee and a handshake were just as important. Well, 1 week I to owning the car, electrical functions failed, tires ended replacement, brakes were shot, and the “guaranteed fix of leaking sunroof” was soaking the whole interior. Avoid these people.I’m hoping this gets the attention as they’ve been dodging my calls more than they dodge responsibility.

Poor experience. Called right after a listing went up and expressed my interest, said Id come up that day and give it a test drive. Was told it was in the detailing shop but Id be the first call when it came out. That was Saturday afternoon, called back Monday morning and the car was being sold. Giving 3 stars because there are no dibs or anything like that, but still a bad way to do business.

My girlfriend and I found a vehicle online that was at this dealership. We drove a distance to test drive and hopefully make an offer. They dont let you test drive on your own, so always feel pressured. When it came time to talk about offer, the dealership never made one. The online price was their best offer. We made 2 separate cash offers, which were both turned down. Even when the salesman had to go back and get our drivers license, he didnt come back with an offer. We gave 2 offers and this dealership never countered. Only said the online price is all they will do. Not a way to sell vehicles.

I purchased a 2015 jeep patriot from this dealership, upon purchase I was told my vehicle had many features such as air conditioning [ it does not] also I was told that it had a brand new clutch installed before I had purchased. This was also a lie, after owning the vehicle for less than 2 months I had put over half the amount of the loan into the car for repairs. The only thing I would recommend with this used car dealer is to stay as far away as possible.

I had a great experience here. They were super accommodating, kind, and really worked with me to get me the vehicle I came in for as well as listened to my needs financially. They offer financing through banks and credit unions, you can get gap coverage, and warranty is available. They understood my anxiety around certain issues I’ve had with cars in the past and made sure to cover all of my questions.

Unfortunatley I have to rewrite my earlier review regarding Del Toro Auto Sales. I purchased a vehicle for my niece here maybe two months back if that. Granted its a used BMW, not that old at that, and i repeatedly asked if the vehicle had any issues or would we expect any issues any time soon. The sales Rep. Rico who tended to us (my sister and I and my 16yr old niece) assured that they specialized in BMW and had certified BMW tech in house. In any case the vehicle did not even make 900 miles after purchase; definitely did not make the first oil change before it began to leak oil from the oil. Considering the vehicle was not even two months old to us, and had not even made it to the first 1000 miles from purchase; we asked if they would help with repairing the leak. They refused and simply stated you did buy a used car. You will need to pay for it. Not even a hey we can split the cost with you. Unfortunately as a business owner myself and dealing in customer service myself, I DO NOT recommend Del Tore Auto Sales. As they proved NOT to stand behind the product they sell. I could understand if the car had been driven for months or even over 1000 miles, but this is not the case. they simply turned their backs and called it good. Not very stand up or community supportive particularly during these financial times we are all experiencing as a community.

Did repairs on my car for less than a third of another shop. They even cleaned, waxed my car, and pulled out a dent in the bumper. Honestly, Im a student and cant afford expensive repairs so, Del Toro has been indispensable. Finally, they were super friendly. Definitely go here.

Initially there was an issue with the car (easily fixed) and JC walked me through all of the “issues” another shop told me was wrong which was clearly just the other shop trying to make a buck. I had even replaced the battery as someone else has advised and Del Toro reassured me that it had been brand new and wrote me a check for the amount I had given the other shop.If you have any questions about the car’s functionality I recommend looking thoroughly through their intake documentation. They have a very high standard for their vehicles and it shows. JC is easy to talk to and understanding.Five stars, through and through. Thanks for getting me mobile again.
