Erin and Tara helped me find some Clear coat for a project on my car. They were sooo helpful, very grounded and personable, and overall very satisfactory customer service. They picked out a very good quality paint for me to use and hopefully it turns out well!
Terra was so patient and understanding. Erin was very helpful too. I was very welcomed and happy when I left.
They went the extra mile for a novice like me. I recommend this shop highly.
Terra went out of her way to get my paint mixed up when she was trying to get her body shop orders out first thing in the morning. Saved me from painting during heat of day….thank you again Terra!
Terrible customer service, absolutely disrespectful, paint product was not matching as it has to be, and it was not matching event to the store variant of colors they had. Take your business somewhere else, you will save money, time and be respected.

What a great group of people. Extremely knowledgeable. Very helpful. The products that I have bought there are very good quality at a fair price. You get what you pay for. The equipment that I bought their very fair priced good quality stuff. I recommend this store to anyone. The only thing I would change is their hours on Saturday. Extremely knowledgeable staff, they know their stuff. I cant figure out why the bad reviews. Been shopping at this store for 20 plus years. The product is great if you know how to apply it. I go out of my way & drive past many other paint shops in the Puget sound region to visit this small shop. The fact that they know my name after only making a couple purchases keeps me coming back! Plus they nail EVERY factory color match color I ask for!

I have been doing business with Erin & Natalie for over 3 years. Have not found a more professional & knowledgeable crew anywhere else. I run a custom paint shop & have many crazy requests, the have never told me no. They support my business 1000%
Cant ask for better assistance when needed. Erin and Natalie and crew know how to take care of business, whether a business or walk in. I try not to convey my needs on them, but if I find myself in a bind, theyll find an answer to help me. Product is not the cheapest on the market, but you get what you pay for. Use it as its supposed to be, and youll be glad you did. You wont have to do it over.Act professional and courteous when youre there, and youll receive professional, courteous service in return.Theres nothing better than hearing Natalie or Erin answer the phone when I call! I know Im in good hands! Been doing business with them too long to look elsewhere, unnecessarily.
Ive been in this store 3 times in the past 4 year and ever time has been a very unpleasant experiencethe customer service was awful, they make you feel like your a inconvenience to them.the first time i went into there store l asked the man behind the counter if he could match the paint on a spoiler i had brought in he took the spoiler and i got a very important call and had to leave when i got back he told me i owed them 429.00 dollars for paint i explained that i didnt order paint i wanted to know if they could match the paint he kept my spoiler hostage for the money [i never got it back] they suck i found a different paint store a mile north that actually appreciates your business run. hide. this WESCO SUCKS
This place lies. They treated me like garbage from the time I first walked into this place. The manager Natalie lied to me. They sold me a broken part and when I tried to return it the manager said she wouldnt take it. I had a receipt and it was a day after I bought it. It was not a cheap part either they basically took my money and didnt make it right dont buy from this Wesco the manager has been here for 12 + years and she lies.
Can be busy at times, but the professional help is worth the wait. Great knowledge staff!

I agree with the last posted review the customer service sucks. My experience consisted of a woman that was very arrogant and rude. I wouldnt recommend going to Wesco in Auburn Way the business ethics that they have are very poor and unbecoming. There are a few other auto supply stores in the area, I would recommend going them they have a better product than Wesco anyway. Wesco will probably be out of business soon maybe thats why there so angry.

I cant believe this place is in business costumer services sucks. They also have really bad product Ive used there stuff twice disappointed the first time gave them a second chance and regret it. Dont buy there stuff!
