The coustermer service is greatly lacking and the Geek squad kept saying that they had the right to refuse service, as if I had no shoes or shirt on. I was only asking a question. Ive had several employees make rude comments. And Im totally uncomfortable shopping there in person. I actually want to return my TV because I purchased an open box not realizing it would be the floor model and not have a stand or remote. 2 guys put it in my car and a neighbor helped me bring it in my house. Im older and pretty much alone, not able to get it back in the car
Great customer associates, if you can get there attention....it seems they have lines of customers keeping them busy and if you get one Im sure you will be fortunate.
Super helpful employees here and extremely patient and helful. We took a while deciding on which laptop to get and they hung in there with us and I was super impressed!
The customer service is awesome, As well as if they dont have your specific product in stock they will do what they can as quick as they can to get that specific item transfered from another store to this one. Great experience overall.

I originally went in here to look for some form of birthday gift for a friend that was listed on their site, but they had almost nothing on the shelves for video game merchandise and a small selection of games. I dont want to give them a 1 star since I know they have plenty of other useful items here, but I am definitely disappointed at the range of selection on gaming items. I hate having to go to more than one place looking for something, but I suppose next time Ill call ahead to make sure Im not wasting my time.

Reminder* Never shop at Best Buy!!! Their return policy is literally the worst, and their customer service always leaves me fuming! I dont understand how this place is still in business after literally every purchase I make from here I regret! Not only that, but their attitudes towards customers is just sad. Watched multiple customers deal with similar frustrations while waiting to be helped, and it made me just want to walk out and saw screw the whole thing, mark it off as a $30 loss. Shame on you Best Buy
It is a best buy with a terrible selection. If they do have what you need they can often price match which can be useful if you dont have a day to wait for online delivery.
I went to the store with an unusual request today. Although they were not able to honor the request, the staff helping me went way out of their way and worked very hard to try to honor what I had asked. They explored many options to help, taking a lot of time. The extra effort was much appreciated.It is important to support brick and mortar stores. Im glad Best Buy is here and hope they ever will be. You cant get this kind of service online.
If you gotta have it right now, this is a good place to get it. Great service, ez returns. I start my shopping here to touch and feel the products I am looking to buy. If the price is too high, I look for demo or display units, then to the internet to compare and check the stories told by the sales folks. The laptop I am using was bought at BB, on a sale. I have had it 4 years, not a wimper, very nice unit.
Bridget and Alex were friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful of what needed to be done with my old laptop. It is back in working order in only a few days. Everyone I met from the gentleman at the door to the ones I asked directions to other parts of the store were friendly and helpful. Great store!!

Seemed like a lot of products either not be stocked quickly enough from their inventory OR maybe trying to clear old stick to make room for the new stuff but it just seemed thinned out.
All peace season monitors are overpriced and under resourced. Selling a desktop with less than 8 gig of RAM is pointless these days. Even for Grandma.
Ive been I here several times and each time Im met with rude incompetent workers. I dislike writing negative reviews but for this it felt worth it.
Came to pick up my computer. I was greeted with a smile and asked if he could direct me. At the Geek Squad desk the tech was calm and kind and explaned everything I needed to know. It is very frustrating to have computer problems when youre not a techy but Best Buy Staff are always patient.
Nice store nice people.the store have most of off stuff you can find. The Geek Squad protection also excellent services.

*Edit The employees here hilariously avoid customers. You can make eye contact, nod, raise hand and they quickly turn to take care of some other item. I stood around the printer section for quite awhile without being assisted or even asked. Although, If you take your mask off for a quick second, someone will rush over 🤦♂️Many shelves were empty and disorganized. They do occasionally have decent sales on random things
I normally like to shop local, but I ran in to get a charger for my phone and I needed to know where to find it. It turns out that I have to sign in and wait for an employee to call on me just to show me where the phone cords are. There was approximately a 15 minute wait. I walked out and ordered it online. I probably will never go into that store again because of this policy.

They have no one in that entire store that can answer the phone to talk to customers. Instead you get differed to an automated service that just asks you questions..
Myopic employee couldnt manage to figure out how to sell two video games because of a system glitch. Seems to me he should figure out how to satisfy the customer and sort out their problems on the backend. jmho
Maybe you could get as lucky as I did looking for a printer, in as much as the printer rep was there and over the top helpful. I feel as though I got the perfect printer for my application. Great to be able to go in to a store and see, touch and be informed on a fairly big decision. Dang, theyre not cheap. Anyways, give them a shot.
Best Buy usually has everything your looking for and have very good sales. They carry most all brands, so far everytime Im trying to find exactly what I want in electronics, Im very picky, I find it at Best Buy and so far everything Ive bought has been on sale and is exactly what I wanted. Theyre fast, professional, everything is packed carefully and delivered promptly. Thanks Best Buy, I think everyone will be happy you shopped with Best Buy. I only shop online now with Best Buy and still get great service.
Store is on the smaller side, but I love that I wasnt a mob scene on the weekend before xmas. For online orders they had an outdoor tent set up to get you, confirm order status, and get your item. Good system in place inside to get help from an employee if needed.

My smartphone had mysteriously stopped working totally, and I fully expected to have to go through the process of waiting several weeks to get a replacement for my Samsung Galaxy S20. The woman, who helped me at the Geek Squad counter took my phone, went to the back, came back, and showed me it was working 100%. What she did back in the back of the room there, I will never know, but it was a miracle.
Salesman talked me into a higher prices laptop and let me think I could stream on my tv with HDMI and the computer doesnt have a HDMI port.

Their customer service was not great at all. They were not helpful and were not friendly. We had to drive hours to come to their store in person which was a major inconvenience due to the fact that their phone tree system has absolutely destroyed the customers ability to contact the store directly and correct any kind of online or in store purchases that were not properly placed by employees and technicians of best buy. Our experience has been an absolute headache and beyond inconvenient.
Can’t get a person on the phone. Tried the Roseville store also...Same issue. I’ve called seven times and been on hold for as long as 10 minutes each. I’ve tried asking for different departments, customer service, and even a manager. Not once has a person picked up the phone.

Scheduled a radio install at this location because they had the earliest available at 2 weeks out. When I show up to my 10:00am appointment, no one is at the install bay. A few minutes later 2 gentleman walk right past me, unlock the door and proceed inside. Not a greeting or any type of hello as they walked right past where I had been waiting. I proceed to follow them inside only to be told, our lobby is closed, go wait outside!. Again this was my first greeting by either employee. I then proceed to wait outside for 10 more minutes before they finally roll up the doors. They still offer no greeting of any kind but confirm they will be installing a double din in my truck and asked where my parts were. I advised them that they should have the parts as they shipped here when I paid at the other store. Very rudely, the guy says, you have to go to customer pickup first and get your parts. None of this was explained to me as a customer but I guess I shouldve known. I could go on and on about how unprofessional they were after the install as well. Didnt show me anything or confirm that everything worked. Just handed me my keys and asked me to sign here. I then tested everything on my own while this guy stood there with a dumb look on his face. Go to any other location. These guys dont care at all even when you bring it up to management. They would get zero stars if possible for lack of service and professionalism.
Bought two phones. Could not transfer information. They sent us 67 miles to Corp. Store. 2 hrs they fixed the phones
I had called the store to speak with somebody to see if they had an item in stock nobody answered so I drove 40 minutes to my nearest Best Buy in Auburn CA, When I got there they did not have what I wanted but I was informed that the following week on a Thursday they would have the item in stock. Not Thursday I called and just talking to somebody at the corporate office and was told that they did get their shipment in and they do have that product available. When I drove another 40 minutes to go to the store to buy what I wanted they did not have the item available for me. They told me that they also did not have another item available that I was looking at after they told me that it was in stock. Overall Best Buy needs to get act together. Little to say I took the $$ I was going to spend on a new MacBook and camera to another store.

They were able unfreeze my jitterbug phone. Didnt have to buy a new one. What a relief. We all rely on our phones and what it does for us. Big thanks to the tech. No charge.

Because Apple is closed, we were required to take our Apple phone to Best Buy for repair. We were told it would take 5-7 days. It has been 10 days and it looks like they have done nothing with the phone per their tracking system. When we called for an update, it was extremely difficult because the store does not accept direct phone calls. You gave to go through their regional call center which took over an hour. Then we were told it would take two weeks to fix the phone. Had we known this information up front, we would have postponed the repair. Then we found out that the phone is sitting in a drawer at Best Buy while Apple ships a new phone to the store. In the meantime, we have been left without the use of the phone features that do still work. This has been extremely poor customer service on this Applecare warranty and on the part of Best Buy.

Excellent customer service. Their shelves are pretty empty right now. They just opened back up and a lot of their products come out of Asia which are not shipping to the US right now. That said, they will help you to order what you are looking for. I ordered a PlayStation remote and was told I should receive it in under a week.

Best buy here in auburn ca has a great team of people doing their jobs. The store is also very well organized and keep safe for the employees as well as the customers.

Its a nice, clean store and the employees are always helpful. I especially respect the expertise of the people who work the phone counter.I needed a microwave, so I tried curbside pickup today. It worked perfectly. I ordered online, and we got our microwave in five minutes at the store.

Best Buy has very friendly and helpful salesman, if not for them this would be a 1 star review. Delivery of our washer & dryer was a fail! After waiting 8 hours on a Friday for the delivery to arrive between 8am-12pm I called to be told the delivery was delayed and theyll call me when theyre on their way, no call back?? One day from work missed (whoops). Fast forward 5 days later when Best Buy had the next available delivery, The Geek Squad shows up in this😱😬(pic attached) obviously Best Buy cant afford to look professional, makes me wonder if I should have passed on the 5 year protection plan. I wouldnt want this squad back on my property. Best Buy is very unprofessional and lack in ownership after treating their customer with terrible service.👎Shame on you Best Buy for your bad service.

Buying a new android phone? If they tell you that everything will transfer over from your old phone, DONT BELIEVE THEM. all the important stuff, the Samsung and the Google stuff will transfer over but youll be days reinstalling apps, etc.
Meh... I think thats the term to used for mediocrity. Sadly, the local store now seems to be filled with young, indifferent individuals whose focus is the screen in front of them and not the customer coming through the door.This is a new experience for me at this store, as I have shipped there since its opening for my electronic needs.Not three months ago I was there and the service was quite good and the associates I worked with didnt treat my presence in the store as an inconvenience .I know its easier and simpler to blame the people in the store, but this is a training issue, and it seems to be the product of a corporate culture that now seems to place no value on quality customer service because they dont see enough profit in it.
Half the sound bars that they have on hand dont work. I thought that was the whole point is being able to demo.
Bought smash bros here when it came out and the manager took it out of my hands. I guess I got ahold of it before I was supposed to? That wasnt my fault though. It wasnt a horrible altercation, I just found it really strange. Other than that its a good store. What you expect from best buy.

Its aways easy to be a Best Buy customer. I recently purchased a Sharp 58 inch hdtv on line and picked it up in the auburn store. I had been watching this item for a few months and the wait paid off as I saved 250.00! Tv is easy hook up to direct tv and we use all the built in apps for tons of viewing choices. Easy to wall mount and you can change the color and brightness levels to best suit the room, from bright to dark. Great picture, price, and in store pickup. Best Buy has proven they have competive pricing and a knowledgeable staff. I strongly recommend best buy for your next electronic or appliance purchase.
Its easy to find people, and each one I spoke with knew about three item I asked about. The one guy I had asked about certain fans, didnt know slot about them, but was willing to look them up online to try to get the answers. The information I was looking for wasnt on the box. We just bought a TV from them and they were really helpful with the whole process, and setting up the installing of the mount, and delivery.
Im happy with their online ordering and pickup procedures. Its fast and the cashiers are friendly.
I will never shop Best Buy again. Appointment times are changed without your knowledge. Customer service simply does not exist. Five phone calls of at least 15 minutes each and No One could help with a simple Geek Squad scheduling foul up. Television hook ups have not been completed as scheduled and we have no way of knowing if, or when someone is arriving.
