Had no idea this store existed! Wonderful selection of watches for ladies and gentlemen also some are unisex. Staff quick to assist. Store pretty cramped though. They also sale accessories such as wallets, handbags, eyeglasse cases etc which felt like good quality, but store became a little too full for me to get the full experience. Warranty on products were very good for the components of the watch. Cost was very affordable in varying price ranges and dependent upon the type of watch youre interested in. They also sold various brands I must return as one of my z fossils need a new battery, that service is even affordable if youre outside of your warranty.
I needed a messenger bag, and my wife is always hunting for a new decent purse.Fossil came in clutch, and for under $180 my wife and I walked away with brand new leather bags just like we were looking for.Staff was exceptional and store was equally great.
I had a great experience with this store and the employees. Julie, the manager, was very helpful and they showed me the 2 for $98 deal they were having. The selection was so great I not only ended up buying two.....I came back a couple of days later and bought TWO MORE! LOL I apologize that I forgot the names of the two people that helped me on both occasions. I hope it will suffice to say they were so fantastic that I will surely be back in the future. Thank you to a great group of people. Signed a very satisfied customer...for life!
I have bought a few fossils so far and the deals I got here were just unbeatable. They have surprisingly up to date collections. Not like some outlet stores that only have older collections. I was even lucky enough to find a limited series there. Some of my all-time favorite watches I got here and I am always coming back to check what goodies they have.
Nice selection of watches and give you a free watch box by fossil. Also have smart watches, bags, bracelets, wallets, belts, watch boxes and more. I love that they can engrave on your watch and dont take too long. Optimistic staff.
Horrible experience. Ive bought numerous watches from the Birch run location never had a problem and ended up having to go to the one at Great lakes crossing due to the other location closing which is over and hour and a half from where we live just to be told we have to wait over 45 minutes to have a battery replaced when they only had 2-3 customers in the store. How ridiculous is that! I will never buy another watch from them again especially when you cant ever get a battery replaced after already having a long drive to get there.

Over the past 2 decades I have collected nearly 20 Fossil watches, and I love every one of them.The store at Great Lakes Crossing is a convenient location that allows me to pop in on a regular basis and check out the newest styles. The employees here are kind and knowledgeable. They are always fast to help when I need new batteries or to send a watch in for repairs.Good stuff Fossil!

The staff here is phenomenal! I just had the very best customer service I have ever had from any company at this location. I brought in 4 watches that needed batteries. One watch that I brought in apparently wasn’t ticking. The warranty was just expired but because it was my birthday they offered me an even exchange for a new one plus no charge for the other 3 batteries. I have always loved the company and now I will exclusively shop through this location because of the amazing customer service. Thank you!
My watch charger died a couple of weeks ago, went there just looking and ended up getting a replacement. Both employees were really helpful and courteous!

This location is far bigger comparing it to Somerset Mall.. Many more watches to chose from carries a larger variety of stuff! The staff is amazing here Julie is super bubbly and awesome 😃 Cody and the manager Aaron are very helpful.. I had an issue with the pairing of my phone to my smart watch, the team spent 45 minutes to resolve the issue, one individual stayed 20 minutes after his shift ended to help resolve my issue. Outstanding team with excellent service.

You get the best deals before and after thanksgiving. Don’t waste your time standing in queue on thanksgiving. But you get good collection on Labour day weekend and I guess cyber Monday. Always watch online to steal the deal

Found a great wallet for a great price. comes with a one year warranty and a digital receipt. The staff I dealt with was running all around the store finding wallets that matched what I was looking for and ultimately I found the perfect one.
I got a fossil sport for Christmas and they have been very nice and knowledgeable teaching me the features and helping me with the setup.
Best customer service! They exchanged an item for me that the finish had worn off on, no questions asked. I’ll continue to be happy fossil customer due to this. I have several wallets, purses and jewelry from here.

Timings says they close at 9pm, they closed before 8pm. Drove 1.5 hours to reach there. They were still inside and wont even say anything else besides We are closed. Just shut the store completely instead of operating on your own convenience.
The staff at the fossil store was very courteous and helpful especially the cashier......he was very friendly and kind.....he treated me with respect.....I shared with him that I was from Saginaw....and he shared with me that his wife was a student at Delta College here( while completing purchase)...and that he was helping her through school....I felt very welcomed and appreciated at this store at the crossings mall.....I will be shopping there again.....thank you Fossil employees!!!!! We came in for a smart watch, and we were sent from one side to another, where the watch was not even exposed. The guy in the men side was completly lost when I showed him the watch we were interested in. He pointed his colleague on the other side which didnt had it. He preffered to approach a person who wasnt even a potential buyer.

Their execution of Thanksgiving evening Black Friday was a very big fail. It took over an hour to check out. The entire place was nothing but a big mess. Not even the store employees knew what was what. Never coming back.
