Nearly everything that caught our eye had really big dings, or like it got dropped in shipping. Several of the cabinets had misaligned doors.They post a security guard in the store, even though the smallest item you could try to steal would be a 5ft floor lamp.Outlet store absolutely.

The salesperson was very helpful. There are a lot of odd pieces, but if you check back a lot you can probably get a good deal. The couches were comfortable.

Arhaus is a fantastic company. Beautiful and well built furniture. I had been looking for another counter stool to match my existing set. I had a great interaction with Genevieve at the Auburn Hills MI Arhaus Loft. She took pictures, measured dimension, and set aside the exact stool I was looking for. I drove from Cleveland to Michigan just to get this product. Well worth the 3 hour trip. Genevieve provided an excellent customer experience from start to finish. I will continue to be a loyal client of Arhaus.

My husband and I went into the store and bought a couch and sofa table last weekend (Over $3k for both). When we went in the next day to pickup the table and saw it being moved we noticed a crack in the top. I asked if we could just leave the table and just take the couch. We were told that the it was final sale, although it had not yet left the store and had been less than 24 hours after we bought it. After speaking with the manager- she explained that there was nothing she could do and that we should have noticed the crack the prior day. Unbelievable. You would think that with a final sale policy the sales associates would make sure to point out any flaws so that people know. We paid over $3k for the sofa and table (table was $550 alone) and were forced to take a table that would cost even more to repair. On top of that- I asked for the table to be wrapped and that we would return. An hour later we came back to find that it wasnt wrapped and also the worker gouged the top when loading it. It wasnt even worth bringing up to them because clearly after they get your money they do not care. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. And if you do, be sure to go over everything with a fine tooth comb, because there will be a defect and nobody will make you aware. To me, its not worth the hassle for the discount.UPDATE: Someone from Arhaus replied to my review asking me to email them, which I did the same day. I NEVER heard anything back!

Great store!! I live outside of Cleveland and my entire house is from Arhaus Loft in Berea, OH. Went to the Auburn Hills Arhaus Loft with family looking for excellent quality and exceptional style for their house and our Michigan cabin. Found fabulous stuff and AMAZING prices. If you’re looking for cheap furniture, go somewhere else. If you want luxury furniture at incredible prices, come the The Loft.

I came in for a possible Christmas gift for family. Overall customer service seemed to be very much lacking here (even for a outlet). A young man named Carl was the only employee that made me feel comfortable shopping and had good design insight. I felt otherwise ignored. If you decide to shop here, ask for him.

Went in to find a love seat and the security guards harassed us because my 2 yr old was not wearing a mask. The order states 5 and up need a mask.

Nice place for an outlet store! There was quite a lot to choose from when I was there a couple of weeks ago. I think most items are returns from customers and overstock not damaged items. Arhaus outlet staff were friendly and helpful. Ive not purchased anything yet, but Ill be back!

Rarely does a retail experience wow me. I was truly impressed by Jeanine’s charisma and knowledge of Arhaus products.I’ve been going between Arhaus in Troy and the arhaus outlet mall for almost a year to furnish a house I recently purchased and was plagued by indecisions. Jeanine helped me make some solid decisions and I’m super appreciative for all the help. I love love love the final product!Incidentally they have occasional pop up sales (ex 30% on all dining or 50% on outdoor furniture) and there’s no way to know what they are unless you call the store.
