This store is awesome! The staff was really nice and helpful! They have great prices on name brand items, and have 1/2 off sales from time to time. You can even create your own sample bag, for $10 you get a cosmetic bag, plus you get to choose 6 of their samples.

I traveled more than a half hour to get to Great Lakes Crossing mall. I am having a brunch tomorrow for women who lost a mother. I came to buy my mothers favorite perfume, Clinique Happy Heart, to wear for tomorrows event. Your selfish, rude, lazy associate at The Cosmetics Company Store ruined something very important for me.I visited the store at 8:50 pm. No other store was closed. The associate literally slammed the door in my face and told me she could not let me in.There were at least 10 customers still in the store. Some were shopping and some were in line. As I made my way to Guest Services to file a complaint, I passed more than 20 stores. Not one of them had the gate even partially closed. The official mall policy is to close no door before 9:00 pm.

The Cosmetics Company Store is fantastic! I had never heard of this store before my recent visit. They offer discounted pricing on cosmetics such as MAC, Estee Lauder, Clinique, etc. They are only in Outlet malls. I bought several MAC lip products at at least 50% off the retail price. They were full size products. Some of the colors were the limited edition colors. They sell face makeup & care, and fragrance products as well. Ill definitely visit again.

This place is wonderful! Great discounts on Estee Lauder, MAC, Clinique and more.... Store is very clean, good selection and usually an extra sale going on. Sales associates have always been nice, so dont go by some other reviews. Well be back!!

The staff in the store was very impolite and potentially a racist. she kicked me out because I’m an Asian :) I’ll give them 0 star if there’s an option.

If it was a chance to give the -100 I would give below 0 to this store especially to the employees, to the manager Harlan, the bigest lier, to Gino who works there, the WORST employee that store could have. Im very dissapointed with them, they lied to me, and then they accused me. They lie to customers. Im a regular customer, spend thousands of $ every month in that store and when you have an issue with what you purchased, they treated me very bad, unproffesional, rude. Lying to me. DONT BUY from that store guys. Be careful from these 2 employees.

Close at 5pm today with no reason. Waste my trip.
