Great selection of shoes, my girlfriend and I came here to buy some shoes for my birthday. I chose the white ultra boosts. The price wasnt terrible, and the staff was very helpful. Overall a good place for shoes.

This has got to be the absolute worse store for customer service. Had a bad experience there a month ago when the young man put 2 different sizes in my sons shoe box and we had to go all the way back for them to correct and were treated as if it were our fault for not checking the box before leaving the store (past experience the reps have always looked at both shoes individually while ringing them out which he had appeared to be doing.) The manager did step in and apologized before we left.Decided we would give them another shot while visiting Great Lakes mall again yesterday and after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to ask if we needed assistance I approached a worker just standing around and asked for a size 7 in a particular shoe. (Mind you the display was a size 7 that I handed him)Myself and my husband sat on the bench and he comes out with the 1 shoe and while passing by hands it to me without any verbal communication. I put it on and it was a little short. I looked and it was a 6.5. I waved him down and told him it was wrong size he did not say anything or even apologize. He took the shoe went in the back came back out and with the same disinterest providing Any type of good customer service he walked away. I began putting it on and thought I would check the size before and low and behold this one was a 7.5. I waved to a different worker and told her that after 2 attempts this guy had brought out 2 different sizes other than what I asked for and that the display was the size I needed. She got the guy and told him it was also the wrong size and he began laughing as he took the shoe and went into the back room. We waited for a second no response and by the time I had my original shoe back on he still was not out on the floor so we left. Again there was NEVER any apologies for the mistakes and continued lack of customer service. The District manager for this location needs to take a serious look at his choice of store management for allowing such poor behavior and work ethics that are ongoing In this location. I will gladly make our future purchases elsewhere since it is obvious this location does so well it has no need to display good customer service to its patrons.

Cant remember the employees name, but he was wearing Kobes and was extremely nice. Normally I feel like Im bothering people when I ask to try shoes on, but he was cool about it and genuinely seemed like he cared about the shoes and what I was interested in. Even though I didnt buy anything then, Ill definitely be back to grab a pair from him.

Terrible terrible customer service need more training

I was having trouble finding a specific shoe in the correct size and lost my receipt, had been over 45 days and the manager was Awesome! She let me return the shoes and shipped the right size to my home!!!!

Visited the store on a Tuesday evening around 7 pm and the store is dead empty except for the guy working there. My husband liked 2 pairs of shoe and he decided to take the blue one and he couldn’t reach the box so asked the guy called Jeff who is working there for help. Instead of first helping us with the shoe the guy grabbed the other pair of shoe from my husbands hand and started walking away, my husband thought it was a mistake so he again told him that he needs the blue one and not the one that the guy grabbed from his hand. The guy said I would like to first keep this in place and then I will return and help you! Kidding me ????? We still were calm even though that was rude. He came and asked what size harshly as if we were wasting his time and we said 12 then he said it’s right down there and gave us a look. We were extremely offended but we needed to get it and leave as we have something planned. Finally at the cash register he ranged us very reluctantly and we left after taking that. The finale is that with all the tags and stuff on him, he looked like the store manager.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. Said my shoes were worn after walking in them for 10 minutes wouldnt make a return made a scene facetiming another employee to look at the shoes while laughing in my face about it told me theirs only a 30 days return policy when the receipt clearly states 45 days then told me I have a additude and threw me out of the store when I just sat there the whole time and took their humiliation. I will never go back here .
