After frustrating and unsuccessful attempts to purchase furniture at two competitors, I finally went to the Ethan Allen store in Auburn Hills. I should have started there! My experience with Donna Haworth couldn’t have been better. She was knowledgeable, patient, personable, professional and suggested items and fabrics to match my preferences. I love that EA’s customer service includes the designers actually coming to your home and taking accurate measurements of your spaces. Then back at the store, the designer can place properly sized pieces of the furniture you like in a 2D computer-generated model so you can see how your entire room will look. This was invaluable for me because it would have been difficult for me to visualize otherwise. Thank you Donna for helping me find exactly what I wanted in my living room, including a sofa, 2 pillows, two chairs, a coffee table and an area rug. I’m a very satisfied customer and I’ll be back since my living room is still a work in progress. With Ethan Allen, I truly did get what I paid for… including outstanding customer service in choosing the style and fabrics that I could could see and touch, excellent communication along the way and “white glove” delivery.

After a very frustrating experience with an independent decorator we walked in to Ethan Allen and met Donna Haworth. What a breath of fresh air! She was easy to talk and work with. And she listened!. Rather than pushing a preconceived decorating plan, she asked a lot of questions, showed us a lot of options, and helped guide us to what we really wanted. Even when we did not know what that was all the time.She gave us confidence with our first floor decorating project and helped us find the perfect sectional, pillow fabric, re-upholstery fabric, desk chair and many other details. Without forcing us into an Ethan Allen only design she helped us put together an exciting and cohesive plan. I worked with Meghan Flynn on my living room design project. She was a pleasure to work with along with her fabulous ideas on color, design, and furniture selection. It was extremely easy to communicate with her and share ideas via email, text or phone calls. Ethan Allen has a lot to offer, adding in Meghan as your designer is a bonus.

We loved our experience buying furniture from Donna. You walk in the store (Auburn Hills) and it is just different than shopping at any other furniture store. We ordered two chairs, couch, dining table with four chairs and several pillows. Everyone from Donna, delivery and customer service is amazing. We moved during COVID which was difficult and could not get any deliveries but once things were up and running they communicated with us and furniture was delivered. I wish we couldve furnished our entire home from Ethan Allen the experience was so great! We had the most beautiful kitchen table Custom made for our space and it couldnt be more perfect. Its elegant, the chairs are comfortable and everything is super high quality, not to mention, our sales person was with us every step of the way and very communicative!

Weve purchased a lot of furniture from Ethan Allen in past years, but this was the first time doing so from the Auburn Hills store. Colleen was our designer and sales person, and our experience working with her was excellent! She has a great sense of style, and was very attuned to understanding what we wanted and finding furniture that was well suited to our home and decorating goals. Wed happily work with Colleen for our future projects, and highly recommend her. I should also point out that the store seems well managed, and the other staff we interacted with were all friendly and professional. Kudos too to the delivery team (Rick and his colleague.) We were in good hands with them.

I worked with Delora at the Auburn Hills location -- she was fantastic to work with. I purchased a Quincy bed and I am in LOVE with it! It is also made in America -- which makes me love it just a little more! This bed is a timeless piece that I know will look good no matter how I can the decor or paint. The quality of this bed does not compare to anything else that I have owned. I would highly recommend both working with Delora and purchasing from Ethan Allen!

Five years ago I wrote a review for Delora Bishop. I did my best to accentuate her talents, along with her exceptional eye for size and shape of furniture and accessories. When someone is as gifted and talented as Delora it is difficult to find enough adjectives to describe her awesomeness. After five years, she came to our house yesterday to help us with where to hang a new picture, and where things in a bedroom should be placed. She also measured our master bedroom for a new king bed. She was patient, thorough and as always kind. This classy lady is a treasure not only to her customers,but also to Ethan Allen.

Colleen Gahry was great. So helpful, professional and friendly. My Marcus sofa came right on time and looks fantastic. The quality is high and appropriate for the price. Everyone loves it. I’m planning another purchase in the next year.

This was our first time purchasing furniture at Ethan Allen. We worked with Delora and she was amazing. She walked us through the process with ease and was there whenever we needed her. The delivery was very good as well. One of the 21 items was damaged and the delivery team identified it and refused to deliver it. Delivery team was very courteous and mindful of my property.Delora came out to my home within an hour of the furniture being delivered and spent more than one hour helping to organize/place the articles. The experience was perfect! I highly recommend Ethan Allen in Auburn Hills, MI.

Our furniture was delivered this week under not great circumstances. We were having a driveway poured that day and the delivery guys had to maneuver around trucks and workers to get the furniture into the house. They, the delivery guys, did and excellent job! Everything was delivered in perfect condition.

I loved Colleen Robb at Ethan Allen. She helped us replace our sofa and chair and listened to our needs. She selected something timeless and transitional that we couldnt be happier with and was spot on with the color and fabric choices. Would recommend to anyone.

Just received delivery of a beautiful coffee table and end table. Delivery took a very long time, but they are just perfect. I ordered online directly from Ethan Allen and had the most wonderful representative *Corey* helping me through the process. He was a delight to work with and made sure we received delivery in time for a much anticipated houseful of guests. Very good experience.

Just took delivery of furniture for 3 rooms, the entire experience dealing with the staff from inception to delivery and set up was second to none. The attention in design to fit our spaces and the quality of our furniture has resulted in a beautiful result. Great store but not what i expected

Love the chair I ordered. Great customer service in store. Delivery not as much. Colleen seemed irritated when I called to check on my order. Was told I would be called for delivery window by Heather. Wasn’t called on Thursday about Friday delivery. I called her Friday morning to inquire and received a very rude it is coming between 9:30 and 12:30 am. No apologies. I rushed home because it was 9:45 when she informed me of this and followed the truck up my driveway.

My overall experience was very good. When I had an issue with a fabric choice, they helped correct it for me with no problems. I will shop there again in the future.

The staff at Ethan Allen were wonderful and helped us to create the dining room we had hoped for! Donna was a fantastic resource for interior design ideas.

I was a little apprehensive about having Dolora Bishop come to my home. She nailed it! She has the ability to understand your style and not make it about her style. Delivery guys were great. I love the quality of the furniture.
