This store has always been my favorite the staff are always friendly the candles always have been my favorite and there perfumes are great I always come to this one and if your looking for something in the store they well help you find what you we’re looking for

Came here to buy body cream. The two ladies who help me were lovely. Everything was well stock. I wanted to buy so many. Will be back to buy more.

This store is huge! The workers are friendly and there is a lot of stock of each scent and type of product. The store is very clean.

I called Birch Run, Fairlane and Auburn Hills, looking for a specific scent. Leslie, from Great Lakes Crossing, was very helpful. She was professional and nice... she suggested going into any location to check out the new scents, similar to the scent I was looking for. I really hope she’s valued. She was great!

Bath and Body Works is my second home. The wallpaper throughout my entire house is just the bath and body works logo. And let me just say, this store did not disappoint! The workers were almost as nice as those at Chick Fil A, but no one can top them😆. When I go here, I bring my two favorite kids and leave the other one at home. I give him Kraft mac and cheese to eat while I’m gone. My latest experience at this store was unbeatable. I really stocked up on body care and candles. One of the candles even had FOUR wicks in it, instead of three. YIPPEE😆😆😆. Overall, probably the worst B and B I’ve ever been to.

I was just in that store trying to buy candles and the cashier couldn’t count the cash I gave her so not shopping in that store ever

This location inside the mall has some awesome, very service-oriented employees but must admit that sometimes, they seem to have LESS inventory on hand than other standalone Bath & Bodyworks stores.

Has variety of products for skin care and the staff are very polite. The products might not be organic but smells great.

Great selection and sales...something for everyone

My friend and I went in there recently being careful not to overspend (as we usually do at BB&B). Rachel and Katie were both very helpful in informing us on what’s new and good deals. We left smelling great with money still in our pocket! Both were very friendly and let us take our time regardless of it being close to closing time. Rachel was very personable and helpful at the register. Overall, great experience, good hires!

Came into shop for opening hour today at 11am and no one was at the cash register to ring me out, I decided to put my items back and walk out. Other locations have Associates waiting for customers at registers right at opening hour.

Love this place! The wallflowers are my favorite they make your whole house smell amazing. And the body wash leaves your skin feeling silky smooth. Also love the 5 for $6 hand sanitizers. Lots of great scents to choose from.

Its like heaven. They have new scents almost every week. The fall scents are amazing. Very nice people that work there and recommend good candles, lotions, and body spray.Its personally my favorite place.

Walked in to ask about a specific product and we were not sure if they would have it in stock as this was an outlet mall. Our question was ignored and we were greeted with an abhorrent attitude by the sales associate who only told us they didnt have the item in stock. Very off putting to receive a lecture from the staff that it wasnt an outlet and they seemed eager to get us out of their store. Well happily take our business elsewhere than be shooed out of a store by a sales associate.

Good collection of perfume and they have some offers all the time. Best of all offers is Buy 3 Get 3.

I love bath and body works its my favorite place to go to get lotions, candles, hand gel etc.... Also the staff is good never have a problem. 🙂👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🌞

Great freindly place products are wonderful. Prices are a little high. Sales do seem to make the products more affordable. Wish it was not buy so many get the same amount free. Would rather see 1/2 off so I dont feel the pressure to buy more then I need.
