Need more reasonable prices and more staff to assist the customers.

I like the store, it always smells wonderful. Being there is almost like being a little kid walking through a new place with your parents. I like it and would go back.

They had the very item that we needed for our kitchen, at a great price. We really appreciated that their staff was willing to hold the item u til we arrived at their store today. Awesome service.

You can find a lot of great deals here. I think the scents you smell in the store make it very comforting and relaxing to just browse around until you find what youre looking for. I appreciate the cashiers consistently asking if you have a coupon. The last time I was there the cashier graciously applied a coupon to my daughters order.

Nothing upsets me more than asking a store representative how much something costs and being told to go find a scanner or a store display to find the price myself. The irritation from the store personnel was felt and almost put me off buying anything. Finding prices on merchandise was nonexistent. Of the four items I looked at, I could only find the price on one of the items (25% success rate). I was then inconvenienced to find the water closet. Managing through the Bed Bath & Beyond myriad of knee pillows, dog ramps and plungers to find the WC 🚽 required advanced map reading skills and navigation. The bathroom was without butt gaskets and resembled high school bathrooms from the 1980’s. I guess I wasn’t planning on moving in but I would think that at a “Bath” type store the bathroom would be “Beyond” my expectations.

It was hard to find help. But when I did they were very courtious. I really needed to be quick on this trip and I spent most of my time looking for someone to open a case. When I found help she didnt have keys, so I decided to pass on the item. 🤷🏼‍♀️

The service desk was very efficient in processing my return; the reason for my return was I had been shipped a different item intentionally because they didnt have what I ordered! They included a note stating this fact. Dont order online!

I saw online that they sold yoga toespacers and was keen to see what they were like. First time in this store so I didnt know what else I would find or what to expect. I found great holiday/Christmas bargains at 50% off and a really helpful lady who asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. She walked with me to the other end of the store saying that she didnt think they had any left. Unfortunately for me she was right. They also have lots of products for mainly inside the home like kitchenware & appliances, Scholl shoe inners, drinking flasks etc

Great products. However you have to give your email and phone number for any purchase. You can not buy anything with out giving it to them. It doesnt matter what form of payment. I hate the courtesy calls and spam emails. Its inconvenient when the only phone number I have is a cellphone.

I visited Bed Bath & Beyond today at Great Lakes Crossing. When I was ready to check out there were only two registers opened and about 6 people in line. The staff quickly called for back up and opened up two additional registers. Vanessa was my cashier and she was EXTREMELY apologetic for the wait and her customer service was excellent. She greeted me, apologized for the wait, made small talk and was efficient with the transaction. Such an amazing employee you have. Thank you Vanessa for making this a great experience!

Being used to the BB&B in my old neighborhood, I was disappointed. Its a much smaller store than I was accustomed to. There is no cosmetics/toiletries department and the line at the cashier took forever.

You cant go wrong with Bed Bath & Beyond. I went here for bath salts and yes I liked my purchase because they were a little different from the ones I had purchased some years before. The atmosphere was wonderfully fragrant. The smell was so inviting as well as pleasant. The service was quick. Shout out to Bed Bath & Beyond...GOOD JOB!!!!!!

Your not gonna believe this. But they have more than be stuff and bathing stuff. They have a whole lot more. Like kitchen stuff picture frames, out door fur nature, and beyond.

Staff was beyond helpful. Ben in small appliances answered my questions about several items. Pleasant young man. Jill at checkout was busy but also pleasant and helped me with registery

Very nice place tons to look at too. Can spend hours in this store and they always have something nice on clearance which is a bonus. Love walking around and taking a look at the store whenever Im nearby. They have everything from shampoo to back massagers which is cool and they always have places to sit and try the massaging chairs and stuff. Cool. Set up too you walk kinda in a circle around the store. Love the atmosphere too and great selection of different foods and pops.

I love this store. I Have to visit every time I go to Great Lakes Crossing. The store is really big, clean, neat, well merchandised, and organized. They have some of everything there. They even have an As Seen On TV section of the store. I love it. The selection of candles are amazing. I love the kitchen gadgets section of the store. It has little things that you never knew that you needed. Everything about this store I absolutely love.
