Came in for a bad NOx sensor. They had me in and out in just a couple hours and back on the road making money. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. ALL of the staff were super friendly and helpful. 10/10
Hello, we purchased a 579 Peterbilt from Dave Sil at Reefer Peterbilt. He was very pleasant to deal with and told us we will have no surprises and he was very experienced and had been there for years. He let us know the cruise control that was broken on the truck was now fixed and it will be a good truck for us. That is where the good story ends. We paid for the truck be drove to us (Montana) unfortunately it made it only 200 miles until it broke down. We understand it was a used truck and sold as is. When it hardly makes it out of the state it makes we wonder if they simply dumped the truck on us. We called and left multiple messages and emails regarding the situation (not even a returned call or email from Dave). After we paid another dealer to get it repaired we got the truck home and ended up putting another $4,000 into oil leaks/AC Unit/ Cruise Control/ and air leaks. Hopefully Reefer Peterbilt corrects the issues. Even if they were not willing to help with repairs, a returned phone call or email would have shown some class. We purchase multiple Petes each year and we will not be recommending Reefer.
Professional Knowledgable staff. All work completed in a timely manner. Guaranteed fast friendly service no matter how long it takes...
Had my order ready to pick up when they said it would be ready. Took a minute to find the parts area (its in the back on the right)
One of the worst experiences ever ... had our truck in the shop for 1 week doing diagnostics and then had to wait an additional 3 days for them to get a tool for testing .Charged me $1500.00 and they said sorry we couldn’t find the problem, the mechanic said “ keep going until it blows up and bring it back”.Completely un professional, although Shelby in the service dept is awesome... the people in the shop however or management will take you for a ride .I went to Peterbilt dealer for a reason not to have this problem.. it seems I was better off taking it to any other repair shop in the area.
I am not a customer oh, but I was here to apply for a job oh, and I must say when I came in through wrong doors not knowing the place, everybody was polite professional was doing their job and work extremely polite. They are a second-generation family-owned business at the website will tell you, but they seemed incredibly professional.
Theyre cool 😎
This past Spring we bought a Pre-Owned Semi Tractor Michigan Special from Reefer Peterbilt and about a month ago we heard some noise coming from the motor, which only had 130,000 miles on it. We called Dave Silwanowicz and after some investigating we found out the problem was a bad cam and lifters. Dave and Reefer Peterbilt stepped up to the plate and helped us out with the problem on the motor even though there was no warranty on the truck and it was a defect from Cummins. We had a very good experience with Reefer Peterbilt and would recommend them to everyone. My next truck new or used will be bought at Reefer Peterbilt. I want to thank Dave Silwanowicz and the Reefer Family again for all your great services. We had a great experience with you guys.
Great people
People out there take care of you
Get great service. And friendly
I highly do NOT recommend doing business with these folks. My husband and I bought a 2012 388 Peterbilt that we were promised that it was a great truck. We were told we were in competition with the mechanics best friend, so of course we assumed it had to be a great truck. We flew from CA to look at the truck after a test drive we noticed a major oil leak. They had to replace the main seal before we could drive it home. Once we got the the truck home we had less then 5,000 miles on it before the turbo went out(keep in mind we drove it 3200 miles to get home), less the 800 miles later we had to do an entire motor rebuild. During our rebuild our mechanic noticed that oil pan was only jb welded. I attempted to make contact with the dealership just to see if they would be willing to at least help with parts. It took the general manager Tom Wellsman 7 days to call me back after dodging my calls all he could tell me was you bought a used truck that’s the way it goes. Even though each time I was put on hold the recording goes on and on about how they stand behind used semis and how you should t have to pick price of quality. They also claimed to have the best pre owned semis. When I reached out to a lawyer in the area they advised they sued them in the past. Unfortunately Do to the financial crisis we were already in we could not afford the retainer for the lawyer. I have so much more to write but I am hoping this will help someone avoid getting ripped off.
Got my truck back on the road really fast! Very cheap considering what i could have been charged not knowing a thing about this new emissions
Their customer service is 100% on point I love this place everybody there professional
Absolutely HORRIBLE! Not only them but Peterbilt in general. Paid 100k for a brand new truck, 2 weeks after putting into service and with only 1700 miles on it would not shift. Had towed to Reefer for repair, after 4 months of having my truck, numerous calls to Reefer and Peterbilt service, and emails to Greg Reefer himself with no response, I was told I could pick it up, 4 MONTHS! I had it 2 days and it happened again. Had it towed back for ANOTHER 2 month stay for same problem, all said and done, now they refuse to pay the tow bills! I have owned 15 or so Peterbilt trucks over the last 15 years and have purchased at least 4 of them brand new. I will not be wasting my money on them or Reefer Peterbilt anymore, will be buying Freightliners from now on. Last trip to Reefer Peterbilt spent 4500.00 on replacing injectors on a truck that was there for a month, had it 2 days and it would not start. Had it towed back for a 250.00 fuel pump that fixed the problem. Hacks!

Did not properly reattach my driveshaft and it fell off while they were test driving it before returning my vehicle to me. They are refusing to repair it unless I pay for the damage they caused. Do no do business with this shop.
Great an timely service.
Parts guys are super chill and know what they are doing. Good people to work with
Great service and honest peope
Very convenient and helpful
Peterbilts tag line used to be PETERBILT CLASS . Well if youve been to either of Reefers facilities you would know theres 0class when it comes to there muddy, nasty lots . If there to CHEAP to flip for asphalt or concrete, you would think they could put in a foot of crushed concrete or limestone !!!! What do they think of there customers and employees to leave them wallowing in the mud forever !! Definitely NOT A CLASS ACT !!
Staff is very helpful and friendly.
