Do not order from this company. Outside of Megan, the customer service is horrible. I ordered two wheels on July 21. After waiting a few days, I called to get an idea on when the wheels would be shipped. I was promised a call back the first time, but never received one. The next time I called I got Megan and she was able to check on my order and give me an expected ship date. It shipped later than what was originally stated, but I got a tracking number on July 30. When the shipment arrived, only one wheel had been shipped. I reached back out to Midwest and was again promised a call back, but never received one. I reached out to Megan and she was able to give me an expected ship date again. The second wheel did not ship when expected again. It finally shipped on August 18 and arrived on August 21, a month after I ordered the wheels. Megan was always helpful. The other folks I talked to at Midwest were not helpful at not. Always promising to check on my order and call me back and then never calling.

Best advice is to call in your order. When you do call ask for Megan; don’t bother talking to anyone else. I was looking for a semi rare wheel and Megan stayed on it and found it.The guys in the office all gave false stories and and then just wanted to refund my money.Megan found the wheel after some time and was the only transparent honest contact I had during this 3 week time period.

I had 4 wheels on a 2018 GTI with severe curb rash from street parking in Boston. I ordered the replacement wheels from Midwest and they were out of stock. I assumed it would be a while before I could get them, but then got a phone call a week later letting me know they were on the way. They arrived packaged incredibly well for protection and looked absolutely flawless. My car looks brand new again. I cant recommend highly enough. If you need new wheels, start your search here.

I would not recommend doing business with Mike, he is a total crook. Could not deliver on my wheels so I canceled my order and he has yet to refund me my money. Would not answer my phone calls, never returned my messages and so far hasnt returned my 1,000 dollars I paid for my wheels he couldnt deliver. Poor customer service and would never recommend him for anything.

Mike was very accommodating as I searched for replacement wheels for my Porsche 911. He sent me pics of the specific Porsche part number on the back of his wheel so I could verify it was identical to mine. Shipping was free and the wheel arrived three days later. The wheel he sent is absolutely immaculate. I wish more people in the automotive industry were this up front and easy to work with!! Highly recommend!

My husband saw a listing for a spare tire and purchased it. The picture was a wheel and tire and they only sent the wheel. He called to ask about it and after calling for the 7th time this week, a girl finally answered and was less than helpful and rude. The listing had no indication that it was just a wheel. Just shop somewhere else.

I was warned this place was awful but ended up shopping here anyway. I should have listened, this place sure is awful. Poor customer service (must be something in the water) and product description. Save your precious time and shop elsewhere.

There was an issue with one of the rims, but Mike and his staff sent me a RMA number and I got the rim returned and a new one was sent out right away. Fast shipping and delivery but the rim was not the right color! Would not return the rim because I mounted a tire on it! Wouldnt stand behind their product and screwed me on a mismatched rim that looks terrible. Do NOT use these people!

When I bought a premium alloy wheel for my 2013 Ford Taurus SHO back in early 2019 the Ford logo cap did not properly seat in the center of the wheel. Now later in the year the wheel has corroded as it was not properly treated with any anti corrosion application and so it looks completely rusted over. For a $500 wheel I expected higher quality but I am incredibly disappointed as I will likely need to replace the wheel if the corrosion does not come off. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a wheel late Wednesday evening & received it by 4pm Saturday with standard shipping. Was able to get ahold of them with a question regarding the order by 10am Thursday morning & it had already been sent out so that was awesome. Ordered two front chrome rims for my 2013 Corvette after finding out mine were bent when purchasing new tires. I was concerned but when they arrived they were absolutely immaculate in every way. Midwestern Wheel and tire gets an A+ from me. I placed my order for a rim on a Saturday, it was shipped on Monday and I received it the next day. I know it was reconditioned, but it looked brand-new. I called Monday morning because I had a question about the rim and the shipping process. They were very nice and answered all my questions. While I was talking on the phone I received two emails, one from Midwestern and one from UPS with updates on the shipping. I highly recommend Midwestern Wheel and tire.

They were very helpful in helping me find a tire rim I was looking for. Also, they put it on for me. Very nice people. Building was a little hard to find, no signage. It was well worth the search!

I was a bit hesitant after reading a few of the previous reviews but all for no reason. My wheel arrived safe and sound and as promised - it looks great, saved me 400.00 over what the dealer wanted to charge me. Would definitely do business with these guys again if the need arise.

I ordered a pair of rims to replace a pair of bent ones. I took them to get installed and was told that they would not fit by the installers.Keep in mind that this place only does tires. After 7 emails back and forth and a $100 shipping fee to send them back, I got lectured to by Midwest that these rims were perfect and I should have contacted them.I didnt realize that email suddenly wasnt a form of communication.On top of that, the rims got damaged in transit back and I got charged $65 bucks for repainting.I am out $165 and plus the original shipping fee and I have nothing to show for it except a life lesson on purchasing rims through the internet.

Ordered a refurbished BMW rim and came in quick, looked great, and rides smooth. Much better price than other places I looked as well.

Incredibly poor service. Ordered a rim via their website on a Saturday. Immediately received confirmation and was billed for the order. After not hearing anything for 4 days, I emailed them. Heard nothing. Emailed again on day 6 - still nothing. Called them - they did NOT have the rim in stock. Claimed that they received one in that was not in good condition. Were still looking, but stated that they would have to credit my order. Said that with 1000s of wheels in stock, they cant keep track of everything. An email or phone call stating that they didnt have one, but were looking would have been normal/average customer service. So, I basically lost a week. Dont order from them. Dont believe that it appears that they have your product in stock. Keep looking.

Buyer beware. Refinished items for sale online are not yet refinished and may end up being scrapped out. Great part is, you will wait around for them to call you back with the status because they said they would, and they won’t. Youll have to search long and hard, like I tried, to find any better prices than Midwest Wheel & Tire. I have purchase two replacement rims for my Saab 97x and all went well. Got to me quick, they were excellent condition, one had to be rushed and had to deal with Mike there to get some things straightened out. But he treats you right. Doubt youll find better, more personal service on-line...so dont bother looking. Order it from Midwest and be done.

I ordered a single wheel for my corvette. The wheel came to me damage. I called Mike and Brendon. After sending them pictures of the wheel, they offered to take it back. I suggested an exchange but they did not have another in stock but offered to find one for me. That same day, Brendon called me right before I was out the door headed to work and told me he had found me one and that Its on the way to me. I wasnt expecting for it happen so fast but it did. The wheel showed up today in perfect condition. Thank you Brendon for taking care of me. I would definitely recommend Midwest Wheel and Tire.

Prompt initial service, shipped the wheels to the wrong address, which caused delay in transit. Wheels were installed and then started to change color. Had wheels refurbished by an professional on my end who advised that the vendor used a primer to hide wheel imperfections, which caused the top coat to discolor. When advised of the problem the vendor initially agreed to take corrective measures, then fell off the face of the earth. If you are looking for somebody you can trust to help you correct their mistakes, I would recommend using someone else. Nice wheels and decent prices overall, though given the problems I may as well have just have bought from the dealer and saved myself the hassle, delays and third-party costs.

I was leery buying wheels online. I purchased a new 2017 Ford Edge Sport with 21-inch wheels, and unfortunately needed to down size to 19-inch wheels to meet my comfort need. Mike Figlok explained and answered all my questions. Midwest Wheel & Tires -- I just want to say thank you for providing me four outstanding OEM wheels. I was surprised as to how clean, crisp, and dare I say better than what I would have expected if obtained from my Ford dealership, and for a fraction of the cost (hence my being leery of too good to be true). I do not know if any of the wheels had to be resurfaced (or if that is even the correct terminology), but if they did, they did a good job because they look great! Thank you for providing me peace of mind and a set of good looking-like- new wheels.

Mike Figlak at Midwest Wheel & Tire provided me with one of the worst customer service experiences I can remember. To begin, Mike Figlak at Midwest Wheel & Tire decided to ignore our shipping address request and when my wife called to have this corrected she was privy to Mike Figlaks lecture on how people do not ship and bill to different addresses unless there is something shady going on.(WHAT!!). Simply trying to return a wheel included an unfulfilled promise of a phone call, and multiple ignored attempts to reach Mike Figlak on his Live Chat which is not live - it goes to an email and then Mike Figlak admitted to me he decides if they are important enough to respond to - if Mike Figlak at Midwest Wheel and Tire does not feel your request for customer service is important enough to him, Mike Figlak at Midwest Wheel and Tire will put your request in his deleted inbox. At one point I was even subject to Mike Figlaks Nietzsche-like rantings of consumerism, and how Americans suffer from the Walmart effect. He raised his voice to me over the phone at one point and hung up on me for asking if I could possibly get some assistance with the shipping cost of a return, an question I would have happily taken a respectful no to. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for wheel and tire needs, unless you are trying to support someone who puts the customers last - both purposefully and admittedly, like Mike Figlak at Midwest Tire and Wheel. Thanks Mike Figlak at Midwest Wheel & Tire for the wonderful experience. I highly recommend online consumers with tire and wheel needs look elsewhere than Mike Figlak at Midwest Tire and Wheel, there are lots of competitors to Mike Figlak at Midwest Tire and Wheel who can provide customer service which does not include Mike Figlak at Midwest Tire and Wheel raising his voice to you over the phone, Mike Figlak at Midwest Tire and Wheel ignoring your customer service chat requests, and Mike Figlak at Midwest Tire and Wheel lecturing you on consumerism in America, because Mike Figlak at Midwest Tire and Wheel does not care about customer service.

Ordered a wheel for my wife’s car. They said the wheel we ordered was damaged before shipment so they were going to ship another one. This company never shipped the replacement tire and never contacted us. It took us emailing their customer support after a month of waiting for them to tell us they don’t know when another tire will be in. I will never order anything from them.

I purchased a set of 20 black chevy factory rims and tires roughly $1700.They were described as being perfect factory condition.The problem with the rims were the color.One rim was black as it should be the other 3 were anthracite and did not match my black truck or the black centercaps that were on the rims.Mike offered to fix problem by reimbursing me to have one wheel painted but stopped answering my emails and calls when I wanted to have the 3 wheels painted to match the one wheel that was the correct shade of black.It was a real headache for me cause I ordered them online and wasnt anything I could do but bite the bullet and pay the get these rims repainted.Would not recommend

Its a warehouse and dont even sell used tires. Waste of time.

Sent an aluminum rim to have repaired. Spent several days trying to get ahold of them to get a status on the rim and got no answer or call back after leaving a message. Took a week of the run around before they sent it back to me. Would never go there again!
