Nothing against the people in store itself, just disappointed in how GNC has dealt with customers, late deliveries, late coupons, no more boxes for the Pro subscription, and little to no effort on part of corporate to honor garbage products return. I suggest ordering your products directly from the manufacturer like Im going to do
Zero COVID safety protocol. No barriers, no sanitation, no distancing. Zero employees wore masks, zero customers were wearing masks, and it was clear the manager there did not want to help my partner and I since we WERE wearing masks. For a store in a health-focused industry, health safety does not seem to be a priority for this GNC branch.

Employees had no knowledge of whats available. They were makeing fun of me laughing when I turned away from asking for a specific supplement that they said they had non of, but after looking myself I find several. I was looking a bit crazy after having a bad day and I dont think its ok to lack in service because someone doesnt look to parr.
