The place is ALWAYS clean. The staff is usually very helpful and friendly. There are a couple of people that would LOVE to be somewhere else BUT you find that in every industry that there is. The icecream is the BEST & the cakes are off the hook. They are not as expensive as people think. So the next time you WANT, NEED OR JUST HAVE TO HAVE A TREAT go over & try it out. They have drinks and icecream for everyone even if youre watching your calories.

Poor service at Baskin Robbins! My server dropped the best part of my sundae (the cherry) and did not replace it. She tossed my kids ice cream at her. Bad customer service

The owners son Hayden is disgusting I donβt recommend people to come to this place!! Heβs sick and looks at every girl inappropriately. He also never washes his hands after touching money. I wouldnβt recommend bringing your kids here

Service I experienced was a zero. Yesenia was rude, had no patience with my β5year oldβ and attempted to make a Sundae overflowing with fudge...honestly there wasnβt even ice cream inside. I have better experience at the Merced location.
My experience here was great since the ice cream was delicious and the location itself was very nicely located in the small shopping center. They had a wide variety of ice cream options and the staff were very friendly and nice. I would definitely consider coming here again and Iβd definitely recommend this place for anyone.
Online the closing time said 10 pm. When I showed up at 8:55 pm, the door was unlocked. We started to walk in and were immediately told they were closed. I said, Its not 9 pm yet. The worker said, No one has been her the last 15 minutes and weve shut it all down.The online hours need to be changed. Also, if the business hours say a specific time, that should be honored!!! All we wanted was a prepackaged ice cream.
I was impressed by the service. There was a big crowd there but the staff did an excellent job working with everyone and getting their orders done. The ice cream is always good.
I tried to call them for 2 days and left messages to order a cake for my son. No one answered the many calls I made or returned my call when I left a message. Very frustrating!!!

A few months ago we went there at 842pm and half the lights off. Employee acted like they were closed. Hours say 9pm. They reluctantly said they maybe could help us, but they had already closed out the register. We left.
