Do NOT go here for COVID testing. They make you have an appointment and you sit for over an hour and a half past your appointment time. I get tested weekly for work and will not being going back. It’s happened multiple weeks so it’s not a one off. Absolutely terrible management, It’s not difficult to print the test label and hand the test out the window. Come on, you can do better than that.

I HATE THIS CVS. THE PHARMACY HAS LOT OF EMPLOYEES WALKING AROUND, I DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING. SOMETIMES THE EMPLOYEES WILL LOOK AT YOU THROUGH THE WINDOW WITH A BLIND STARE. YESTERDAY, I HAD A COVID TEST AND I WAITED IN LINE FOR 45 MIN (I HAD AN APPOINTMENT) I RAN OUT OF GAS. THEY NEED TO ASSIST THE PEOPLE WITH APPOINTMENTS FIRST, THEN THE PRESCRIPTION REFILLS. THEY CAN WAIT. HATE THIS CVS. POOR MANAGEMENT.

If you’re doing your covid swab here, don’t even waste your time going early. THEY WILL NOT SEE YOU UNTIL THE EXACT TIME ON YOUR SCHEDULED TIME SLOT. And then, you will have to wait when it’s your time… (eye rolls) and they wait is 30-40mins.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH CVS REGARDING A COVID TEST. THEY GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMENT AND DEMAND YOU ARRIVE ON TIME THEN MAKE YOU WAIT IN A LONG LINE BECAUSE NO ONE IS READY TO ASSIST ANYONE WITH A COVID TEST. I CALLED THE STORE TWICE ASKING WHY ALL HE PEOPLE IN LINE WERE NOT BEING ASSISTED AND ALL I GOT AS A RESPONSE WAS WE ARE ALL BUSY, YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT. AFTER WAITING 35 MINUTES, I PUT MY CAR IN DRIVE AND LEFT THAT HORRIBLE PLACE.PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE FOR ASSISTANCE - CVS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU OR ANYONE.

I started going to this store recently and liked going there especially for the coupons. The customer service is pretty good with the exception of one employee. Every time I see her, she is wearing a black Victoria secret mask and she’s extremely thin. I had asked for a product in the cosmetic section and instead of giving it to me, she told me she would hold it at the front and would give it to me when I was ready to checkout. Well i forgot to ask for it and she forgot to give it to me and I ended up leaving the store with the product. A few days later, I came to see if the product was still there and it was not. She didn’t seem to care at all about and just continued on about her away completely ignoring me. Coming from a person who has worked in retail, I think her level of customer service was subpar. I like this store but because of one employee, my impression as a customer has changed. Sucks that one employee ruins it for the rest of the team.

It is a pleasure how they treat me on arrival. Today, the pharmacist, Mr Ranbir took extra steps to help with my medication, Ms. Perla,with a smile in her face while attending customers. Alfonso carrying fora Spanish speaking customer. Ms. Lucero, shes always so helpful. Thank you CVS team.

I usually go to the CVS in Target across town...much better service. Unfortunately, this time they did not have my prescription in stock. Did not have a choice but to get it here at CVS here off Bellevue. Well like what I was dreading...worst customer service! Dropped off medication at 2pm they said it won’t be ready until 6pm due to being back up. Anyhow, went to pick up my medication at 6pm and they forgot to process it!!! Say what!! I was livid! They were able to do it in 20 minutes it obviously there was no excuse for that! Never will I will come again!!!

I spent over 40minutes waiting for pharmacy to pick up. I finally drive to pharmacy only to find out they dont have what I need. CVS sends me next door and tells me to have SAVE MART contact CVS and have the prescription transferred. SAVE MART sent the request to CVS over 1 hour ago. No response. I have called 2x and cant get an answer in the pharmacy. I will NOT use CVS ever again!

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They never pick up the phone. I have waited over 30 minutes for them to pick up and still no luck. They also drop the ball on sending approval requests to the doctor. Going to totally switch my mom to Rite Aid. Maybe she wont run out of her meds anymore before they get refilled.

Wait time is horrible & they always give a later time from the initial one & even at that the prescriptions are never ready.

WORSE PHARMACY ON THE PLANET! My prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be. Even the pharmacist took my prescription information and didn’t even submit it into the system ( thanks Shantelle)..

The staff is courteous and helpful. The pharmacy staff has been a HUGE help with solving insurance problems.

Hey have by far the worst service. You have to wait about 30 min in the drive thru just to pick up a prescription.

I like this CVS. They are usually helpful and courteous. And the do have a parking lot even though I accidently said they didnt.

Jessica the manager at 1830 3/14/20 needs to be fired. She would not honor a flyer. She’s hoarding items for herself as well.

Pharmacy is terrible. Never on time with prescriptions, theyve told me to come back at a certain time and still dont have the medicine ready. Was an all day wait. Will probably never use them again.

They take forever to help you super annoying. Specially when you see 5 people but only 2 are at the counter.
