They do not keep their word. I highly recommend not working with Jonathon. I drove directly after work about an hour to the dealership to get the truck I wanted but a minor hiccup because the truck needed a repair but they said it would be ready it wasn’t and they were not able to fix it that day so they said they would hold it for me. The next day I came back the truck is great, (except maybe the 4 low didn’t work) sat through hours of paperwork and financing and they told me they would contact the the bank in the first thing in the morning (because it was after hours) to see if I got approved for the loan. They didn’t they sold it to someone else. Yep 2 days, 6 hours of driving, running my credit score, and all necessary paperwork only for them to sell it to someone else. Not worth it no matter how good the price.

Amazing people, was able to get in a car today went to 2 other dealerships none could help us. They were able to get us in a car and are very friendly. Went to auto resources a few days ago they told us one thing went back yesterday and they told us another. They do not stand by their word. Auto world stood by their word worked with Jonathan and he was very friendly and helpful.

So far has only looking online for a car as mine was totaled out 5/10, yesterday the insurance gave me information regarding my options.And that told me. I had my daughter on the call and she and my son examined the paperwork. Told me today is a fair offer, I’m interested in the 2014 Toyota Corolla, black in color. And will be a cash purchase when insurance pays me.

The worst customer service that I have literally ever experienced! I dont write reviews much but I had to speak on this one...I have been looking for a car for a while now and this was by far the worst experience Ive had with a saleman. During negotiations, Baltazar was crude, disrespectful, and insulting. The vehicle was marked at 17,990 on their website. I was to pay the cash price which normally is a lot less than the marked price. He stated the cash price would be 17,500 and the actual listed price was 18,990 (I never saw this in writing anywhere) so then he stated that the 17,500 was a deal. He said there are premium new 20+ inch rims/tires and a premium sound system. When I did my walk around the car, the rims were already scratched and the tires had half the amount of tred that a new tire would have. The sound system sounded good, though some of the stereo buttons did not work nor did the backup camera. 17,500 is at the highest range in a fair price for this car which includes the extra features-Ive done my homework. I wanted to keep my business local - Baltazar didnt like when I asked him to come down on the price since I know I could find better prices in a different city but wanted to keep my business in the 209. He then rudely told me to go buy where I can get better prices; I was shocked at how disrespectful his tone and response was. Im use to salesmen being a bit pushy but they have never been so unrefined in their approach. He was so worked up that he was yelling. So much for keeping it local. Im going to be telling this experience to all my friends and family. Please save your time and money to be treated with some respect and get a better deal at a different shop!UPDATE:Owners Response: were sorry you couldnt purchase a vehicle from us, but you offering us a price so low and comparing it to an older model year and with over 160,000 miles thats almost twice as what ours has, and our unit is in great shape, tires are new we have the receipts. but good luck on your search and we would just like to thank your parents for their purchase from us, pleasure doing business.Response to Owner: This is NOT about the price, this is about your customer service (or lack there of). It has been approximately 1 month since I went to your lot and the vehicle is still there and the price has dropped $1K - now its listed at $16,999 (updated screenshot of website with price). I did offer at the low range of fair KBB at $15K when you were at $18K (which is/was not in the fair range of KBB even with all of the extras this car has). I had a number that was above $15K that I was willing to pay, this is called negotiation. You stated you have been in the business for a long time so I figured you knew how to negotiate, though you proved me wrong on that point. We could have made a deal that day but you chose to take a different route. Now the vehicle has been sitting on your lot for three months (two months before I came to your lot), and it dropped $1K in less than a month. You have other fees to keep that car on your lot; you chose to lose money. My friends and family will not buy from you. Yes, last year you swindled my almost 70 year old dad to buy a car from you. That car was in need of repairs and a deep cleaning. My dad had to run around to get this car up to par. Your lot is a disappointment.Like I said before, I dont usually write reviews, but I couldnt stay silent about this event. Please stay away from this lot if you value self-respect and your money.

Cool group of people. Went in on Fathers Day and they helped me into a Rebel. There were some issues ( both exterior mirrors were either non functioning or broken). Baltazar and Johnathan both said to hit em up this week and theyll make it right. Ill update as soon as I can to see if they stick to their word, but Im not worried, they seem on the Up & Up.

Really bad customer service, sales people are a joke, dont buy from them go somewhere else, dont lose your time or effort going there, bad business. There is other car lots around with better quality cars, price, and most of all better customer service, who doesnt want top notch customer service, we all do, but this car lot doesnt have it or they dont care, more likely they dont care. Lets do everyone a favorite and boycott this business, so they could close theyre doors for good.

I’m getting straight to it. My fiancé and I were into one of the cars they had, we gave them our info and heard nothing for 2 days. Understanding the pandemic going on the dealer or salesman could have told us it would be a few days to get an answer. We called back and the salesman forgot about our application and just said we will need $7k down on a $18,000 vehicle, we had the $7k and told him about it.. the salesman then said he will give us a call back once he gets the process going. We eventually got a better deal elsewhere after 3 days not hearing from him and turns out he never sent our application to any of the finance companies. All we got was useless phone calls that went nowhere. I strongly believe $7,000 was more than enough on a down payment, I KNOW he just didn’t want to work with us.

I think that as clients we deserve to be treated as such I personally have not bought any car in that place a relative of mine bought a car there the car I buy has a mechanical problem try to speak to the manager of the place to explain the problem and try to find a solution but the answer was rude and mocking knowing that it is not possible to sell you a car and present problems within two weeks of buying I understand that you sometimes sign contracts but it is not right to take advantage of that knowing the problem you have And so you sell it is my own opinion and the sad thing about this is what happens all the time when a person is new and buys for the first time. Its just an opinion I think this shouldnt happen
