Busy. Super clean store. You are always greeted when enter the store. I buy shoes their and the staff very helpful

Terrible customer service. I would not shop there again. We purchased a kayak, took it home and when we unwrapped the bubble wrap, it was completely scratched like it had been dropped. I had to return it because it didnt have the weight capacity that the sales person told me it had. Then they didnt want to take it back and they were so rude. Check your merchandise if you must shop there.

Bad customer service. When they make a mistake they don’t own up to it. They don’t even say sorry. Staff and the manager are rude. Don’t go here go to other ones. The one in Merced are nicer. No wonder why many complaint about this location

Before I went to this store I had a nightmare experience trying to get my non resident hunting license from the Walmart down the street. They basically told me that I could not get one even though I had all the information they needed for me to obtain one I left and luckily this store was still open. The lady that helped me get my license added all the necessary information and a few minutes later I walked out with my license great experience and helpful staff. Thank you

I would say the manager at the merced store is on point the products the merchandising and the staff is is very friendly on the same page pretty much. Kyle you are great manager I hope you get this review.

Im sitting in the parking lot writing this review so I dont forget to do it.I came to this store after searching, and finding, on line several items in store that I wanted to purchase. I wish I had of been greeted as I came in, the clerk did look at me. Several employees walked past me while I was searching for my items however none spoke to me much less asked if they could help me.So I walked out without making a purchase and will probably make a purchase from the Merced store where I have always been greeted as soon as I walk in and asked how I can be helped.

Store was super dead, not sure if its like that on a regular basis [being Sunday;15mins-close] or not... *~Whatever the reason, it definitely works 4 me!.. Better yet, the floor associates didnt follow me around like a bad shadow.... {I cant stand those 1s}

Went in looking for a 12 gauge shotgun. Store staff was rude and stated the didnt have any. I asked when they would get any. They replied they didnt know because Big 5 just randomly ships them.Went to Stage Stop Gun Shop and bought my gun.

If I could give a zero star, I would. This place has the most rude staff, Trust me if you want sporting goods equipment, try Amazon. The people here will ruin your day, we are we’re paying customers buying lots of money worth of snow equipment, and the two store clerk girls were very rude and only talked to give attitude. Couple of mexican girl, but they kinda white. Don’t go here.
