Great local security company. They have local operators that call as soon as an alarm is triggered, or if the power goes out. Great customer service and quick to answer questions about the equipment and upgrades.

In 2004, A Hoffman salesperson sat at our kitchen table and explained what wasavailable and what might work for us.We have been extremely pleased with their service and appreciate that they are locally owned and operated.Everyone, from the technician to the alarm monitor, is knowledgeable and personable.They all take good care of our needs and are prompt in responding when we have a problem.We are so glad we chose Hoffman.

Excellent service and follow-up. Everything you would want from a high level security firm. We have three offices in the central valley and entrust all of them (as well as our family homes) to Hoffman Electronics.

First, service is fine, however, I have paid bill yearly with no percent reduction online for 6 years {2013-2019}, but I have received two increases thus far. From 2019 til at present May 30, 2020 when I chose to have bills sent for monthly payment, guess what? Increased again stating a moderate increase has occurred. Also, not long after the increase I receive a notice to pay $150-$250 for a network upgrade after they did one a couple years ago. Give people a little break, not just keep taking. There is always another competitor willing to be more sympathetic, hint hint, especially paying $500 yearly for?

This is a very warm and friendly company, I would highly recommend these folks.

Im so happy we found them for home security we had tried with adt and they wanted to charge us an arm and a leg for home security they had even charge me the installation before someone had arrived to my house who was just giving me a free quote. I was very disappointed but then my husband had hoffman come over and the lady who arrived was very kind and helpful she didnt try to upsale us she explained to us in detail for the things we wanted and we paid nothing for installation and will only be paying 40 bucks a month to me thats a great deal!
