Worst place ever dont take it to this 1 in Atwater I had to take my car back 4 times and they didnt do the job right

Went in for a transmission top up. No charge and they found that Firestone Modesto had not latched my air filter. Glad I stopped in. Will be getting my oil changed there next time.

I bring a 69 C10 pickup in for just a basic oil change they had no clue what to do with an older vehicle. The lady said it has no barcode we cant give any information on it I said its a 427 aftermarket anyway and they didnt have barcodes in 1969. Then they couldnt find a oil filter . After about an hour I finally left in disgust without getting my oil changed.

Took the car for an oil change. The engine was smoking so bad by the time I got home. When I opened the hood, I found white residue all over the engine. I called and they said they over filled the oil and cleaned it also not to work about the smoking. Its really bad service and unprofessional that they did not even notify me about their mistake. They just closed the hood and hoped we would not notice. I will never use their services ever again.

They did not fill fluids! Break fluid low, power steering low, coolant low. They told my wife 79 bucks for a new serpintine belt plus labor, she called me I said no I will buy one for 20bucks and do it. So I bought one. Old serp belt was just fine and the invoice said it was ok too. Deception? Said fluids ok and they are dangerously low. Bad business. Dont go there. Photos attached. 1 power steering, 2 coolant, 3 break fluid, 4 serp belt, 5 oil spilled all over engine. All fluids extremely low.Read the invoice they state the fluids were ok, wife told them my family was going on a long trip and they dont even do there job. Dont trust your families safety here.

Really good place to go for routine maintenance. They are good about not taking advantage of you, they run through everything with you, have good prices and discounts. If they cant do a job they are good at recommending who can do a service they dont do. They made the extra effort on changing my brakes. I go to them for practically all my oil changes.

The guys went above and beyond during my last visit. My engine was covered in oil and they took the initiative and cleaned everything up for me. They also made sure that I got the best possible price, were extremely friendly, and completed my services much faster than I had expected. All around great service from start to finish!

I like this Jiffy lube. Im a regular here and havent had any bad experiences. Today, I did an oil change and got my headlights buffed. It came out really good! I was surprised with the results and will definitely recommend their services. Very good employees across the board.

Went to Jiffy Lube in Atwater. The customer service was good, but I left with the passenger mirror detached, which it wasnt when I showed up. Also the censor kicked on and seems lose, which to my knowledge, I know for a fact it wasnt. Also they didnt know what the knocking was coming from when they turn on and off the car. It was the car antenna. Come on. At least I fixed the mirror under a minute, which probably would take them 30 minutes.

They put wrong oil in my trasmssion

First time there and I can say I left happy. They were very friendly and informed me about everything that needs to be done on my car, whats recommended, and why. They even cleaned the outside of my window which was very unexpected but appreciated. (Unless they were trying to say I need to wash my car.LOL) They were fast and did a good job. Pleased Customer and will return again :)

Jonathan and Steven were very helpful, they explained everything very clearly to me and gave me a pretty damn good discount on a transmission service, oil hange and brake job. Compared to the dealership or other mechanics it was a great deal. And they had me in and out in under an hour! For front brakes and a transmission flush! Car runs smoothly now, thinking about getting my spark plugs done their. New management really shows.

Everytime I bring my cars in, the service is great and the mechanics are straightforward.

Best oil change in town!!

Been coming here for a few years and never had an issue until today.Went in for an oil change, $39.99 guy was really nice and suggested I replace the cabin air filter as well. (Another 39.99) when I declined he said hed give me $20 off plus the $13 off coupon I already had, around $50ish total. So I was like, okay, sure. When it came time to pay, a different guy came in, took my coupon and then charged me $76.22. When I asked about the $20 off, he said he wasnt sure and that the other guy wasnt there. Instead of arguing I just paid and left, it would have been 5 stars if I hadnt been misled.

Unless you are just getting a basic oil change, I do not recommend coming here. The prices advertised dont match what you are are charged. Anything over 5 quarts isYou pay for convenience but get ready to pay. I wont be coming back.

Currently waiting in front of the store, Its 850am. The place is supposed to open at 830am. Zero stars for being closed when you should be open (forced to put one star).

My wife took our car to get an oil change they kept insisting on Full synthetic and they told her our car was going to have problems if we didnt put full synthetic in....$$$$. They also told her that once you use synthetic you cant switch back to conventional, which anyone that knows about cars knows that is not true. These guys are either lairs or not knowledgeable, will not be going back.

Had my oil changed, theyre very thoughtful found my cabin air filter and the engine air filter needed to be changed

Everytime I have my car serviced at Jeffy Lube in Atwater, Ca they are always very professional, customer service is great and the wait is not long at all. I appreciate them not upselling me and making sure my cars are running at its best. All the staff there are knowledgeable and very helpful.
