The store in atwater california double charged me for my product s I purchased of 34.51 never got a refund or got my money back ..I even called cooperate office told them what happened...that store is a joke

The lady was so helpful!!she have me pointers and explained what i needed to do to get my hair the desired color!!!

Entered the store and was followed around, quite obviously, there were 5 plus other people in the store, but I was being stopped and followed by both of the only employees on staff, when I mentioned that it was bothering me the customer associate was quite smug and acted as if she didnt care. It was clear that I was being racially profiled so I went back in to quickly take a photo of the employees so I could have it for my records, one of the employees felt it was okay to physically touch me and tried to grab my phone from my hand. While I know people may be bothered by having their photo taken, its a side effect of bad customer service culture and the importance of proof now, they could have easily asked me to not take pictures, which there were no posted signs disallowing, but she shouldnt have ever touched. I will be escalating this too the proper, the employees need to be fired.
