I am able to find what I need most of the time. The staff Ive asked assistance from normally can help and are knowledgeable. One star deducted due to the lower number of employees working on registers. Not impressed with self checkout when you have a cart full of items.

I hate shopping, but On Thursday 10/7/21, went into Target in Atwater looking for Lego books. Two employees directed me to the back of the store. But it was an employee named Benjamin working in the book section that was so wonderful. He looked up the books and found them for me . Saw that they were going to have some Pokemon cards. Literally walked into the store and saw that they were going to cart them out I asked the lady if we can just take it off the card she said no you have to wait till its on the shelf there was about five other people waiting in line the vendor saw the people waiting and pushed the cart back. The manager said she didnt want to stock because she didnt feel comfortable with the five people waiting there. We told her that we would go wait outside till she stocks. The manager said shes not going to stock at all because were waiting there for some cards. She could have easily just told us to wait outside while she stalked and then we could have had a good time my son could have had some Pokemon cards. But no the manager said that they dont want to be carrying these Pokemon cards anymore because theyve been causing too much problems and they dont make any money off of it. Its funny that Target shut down selling sports cards and Pokemon cards but no other retailer did. All the other retail stores can handle the demand for cards but not Target they will go to any lengths to make sure that you dont get what you want. Their online is no better no bot protection and they usually release the cards at 3:00 in the morning when nobody is awake. The easiest solution to Targets problem is to set a day when theyre going to stock and have whoevers is going to buy cards to be put on a list and randomize the list this will keep people from camping out. But Target doesnt care because they dont make enough money off these cards to justify the extra effort its all about the money to them they dont care about the consumer they dont care about the people buying their stuff they only care about money. The store manager could have easily had us wait outside while the vendor stocked.

Good store that stocks everything but always has long lines at billing section. Known problem that the store should work on. Maybe add more self check out lines

Clean organized and what not but this has got to be one of the most uninviting targets I’ve shopped at. The employees also uninviting they won’t even look at you even if you look like you need help. Very unfriendly and ignoring staff.

Every time I come in, I am always greeted. I want to recognize one of the employee which I believe his name is Kaleb. Very social guy filled with laughters, enthusiasm and I really enjoy running into him in a check lane or whenever I see him working around the store. Above all, all the employees Ive met are great and friendly! Come on in!

Atwater Target Optical dept is a really great place to go .. Employee, Eduardo was such a big help as myself, husband and son got glasses. From helping us decide which frames, lenses, to helping out with our insurance coverage. Great place to get glasses and awesome customer service. I highly recommend this Target Optical dept.

This is how my family will be doing the bulk of our shopping. This is an easy way to reduce exposure, and its free for 6 months if you have a red card (which is also free). We ordered everything on the app, received cartwheel discounts, and picked it up within a couple of hours (which is probably less time than I spend in the actual store shopping). Also, I dont have to deal with the crowds and long lines! Highly recommend.

I just want to say the staff is amazing. I purchased a shirt in Turlock, for some reason I thought atwater, there was a security sensor on it which I didnt realize until I tried it on at home. Tried to ask the merced target to take it off and they told me Id have to go to the place I purchased it. Well when I pulled up to the atwater target I realized I got this in Turlock. Called Turlock they offered to talk to them and the one working, I wish I got her name but she over heard and did it for me. I appreciate her so much she didnt put me through bunch of trouble

Typical Target. This is a super Target, so it has a grocery section. I can usually find what I need here. They also have a food court and a Starbucks. No photo center anymore, so I have to develop prints at Walmart next door. Service is usually pretty quick also.

The eye center in Atwater CA is very cozy. Dont let this stop you from making an appointment to have your eyes checked. Friendly staff and a professional optometrist made the experience wonderful. I dont have vision insurance and they worked with me to receive a discount. Highly recommend.

Great service, and super helpful staff. Good quality items, so no complaints here. Also this store is always very clean and if there is an issue with something they seem to try and fix it right away.

It is convenient and now they seem to have more staff available now. It’s not so crowded as other shopping stores.

The store personnel were very helpful. I was approached by 3 different employees, in 3 different areas, asking me if I was finding everything okay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. My wait time to checkout was quick and efficient as well!

PRICES ON SHELF LOWER THAN WHAT RANG UP AT THE REGISTER. Ice cream, Tillamook, and Edwards Pie. Really disappointed. Also too many employees walking around so difficult to maintain 6 foot distance and they walk around in 2, 3,n 4s.

Target is one of my favorite stores I go shop at. Either its food, clothes, gifts, etc. My local store is neat and all employees are so kind. Plus, I never get to wait too long in line.

The Target pharmacy staff are GREAT. They have been a great help with figuring our insurance problems.The front $1-$3 area is a gold mine of things for the classroom.The photo machines are easy it use. The staff was great teaching me to how to get my pictures printed.

Received product quickly did not have to wait long for them to bring it out to me.

This staff is usually very helpful.The ladies in the photo department are awesome.Sometimes the stock in the clothing department is low. That is something they could improve on.The popcorn is so good we take extra home.It is nice to have so much shopping so close to home.

Customer Service is made a priority here. I never dread shopping because Target makes it so easy. With their cartwheel app shopping is as easy as search, select, checkout! Then it’s waiting for me at he store entrance or shipped directly to my home. Plus, they give all of their card holders an extra 5% every time they shop! My daughters are treated well, even if they have a melt down due to autism. They give them free cookies or fruit and pay when I bring in reusable shopping bags.

Really like this Super Target, lots of items, clean and stocked. The Optical department staff is very polite and helpful for upgrading your glasses. I like the fact that this store has items that others dont have...

For the most part, Target staff are amazing and well-trained in client relations, but there are a couple of items that the Atwater store used to carry that suddenly they dont anymore. Quality rotisserie chickens (they used to be good and now they are awful) and Litehouse Organic Ranch Dressing. :-(

Love this particular store. Everyone working is helpful and approachable. Cashiers tend to suggest deals and offer to swap products for you (instead of having to get out of line or just not buy it) if your items dont comply with a sale or WIC. Some of their prices are even better than its neighbor, Wal-Mart. Love this Target!

I bought a pretzel with cheese there, usually I dont buy them but my kids wanted some, so why not? Well it was awful. My 4 year old couldnt take a bite out of it. It was hard and stale. Disgusting. Wont be buying food from there again.

This is my regular store, its ok. I get there on Sat mornings while the staff is stocking shelves.The store manager Ali is an absolute pain. There was an issue with the doors one morning and I had to knock to get one of the 3 store personnels attention. That didnt work and I was able to get in while someone was leaving. I told a member of staff and they told the store manager who lied to me and said they didnt hear me knock because they were busy cleaning. When she learned that I was right there the entire time and realized she was caught in a lie she said she was going to have store security throw me out. I dont need thatWith service like this it is easy to see why people move to services like Amazon for their shopping.
