Between Christina, Rosie, Cynthia, and Nic- I was introduced to one of the most professional management staffs I’ve ever come across in my time doing retail security.The love, passion, and enthusiasm behind their job is truly something to be admired. I hated the attitude of most of the staff. (This is Michael Kors not Christian Dior) they acted as if I dont belong shopping there. I was also seriously offended that they didnt not even off a Veterans discount, even though all other shops in the mall do. At this point vet discounts should be a national norm. Also respect and appreciation for every customer is also completely necessary.. the staff had almost ZERO knowledge about neither the products they sell nor the company they represent. I will not be visiting again. I only bought the bag because it was a request from my girl and her birthday is tomorrow.. lol I swear I wanted to leave without purchasing anything. Plenty of other stores sell handbags. Bye

Nice selection good prices

I was ther a couple days ago and usally I am not a person to write a bad review on anyone but the level of disrespect I felt was unacceptable, especially for a brand like Michael kors. I dont know what it is but its sad to see that people still judge people based on the color of there skin, just because Im on the darker side doesnt mean I want to rob anything from you! I had one girl follow me around the store and it wasnt to help me (never asked to help me one). I will not be visiting again and advise people with my completion to do the same. Also I read the reviews on google now and it seems like this is not the first time this happened, our community has already known this store specificaly has a reputation of discriminating. Im sorry to say but, Michael Kors you need to hire more women with some sense of basic human respect. Looked up the store manger I found out her name is christina and if you are reading this my any chance consider some diversity training.

Yes I finally got a Michael Kors smart watch

Bought a couple of bags, and a watch on this store. The beautiful staff who assisted me is so accommodating to adjust the watch strap that I bought there as a travel gift for my mom back home. She asked for a photo of my mother so that she can estimate her measurement. I just showed her a photo of my mom, and she adjusted it perfectly for her wrist.

I love Micheal Kors! I couldn’t get to the store and needed to know if something was in stock. The sales lady Cynthia had me email a picture of my purse and she sent me pictures of the wallets that matched! She was great. I thought it was so nice of her to go out of her way to help me, when she was working in a busy store! She’s was such a big help! I really appreciated it and will be buying the wallet tomorrow when they reopen!!!!

I brought a pair of shoes one day decided to go back the next day and buy another pair I asked for a 10 and Kevin brought me back an eight inside of a 10 box luckily the cashier caught the mistake before I came all the way back to the city with shoes I could not use would have gotten a five if that mistake had not happened

Excellent sales were pointed out that i was not aware of by the salesman They were not pushy but were very courteous. Jordan was exceptional. I love the items i bought. I really appreciate his friendlinees, advice and gentle suggestions when things didnt look good. It made me totally comfortable and Both salesmen were patient when my card played up.
