The girl who with the blue hair (I think her name is kaitlyn) made my whole experience so great! She is really sweet and has a very bubbly personality. If you see her at check out I would 100% recommend you go to her.

They could’ve easily told me they didn’t have it and sent me on my way but they found it for me and she was sooo happy. I wanted to highlight them in this review as a thank you!

Shift Lead Teresa and blonde tall white cashier on 7/17/21 highly disrespectful yelling and talking about child in store. Have video for manager to review would like Bonita S. store manager to contact. Hostile and disrespectful employees Mayport or not are unacceptable and extremely crossed the line when they included my child.

I have been a customer at this particular Walgreens for a couple months, but not anymore. The girl with the multicolored hair is just plain rude. I came in for milk this morning and when I approached the register she sighed angrily and was fairly rude mannered. I have not seen her in a happy mood any of the times Ive been there. She needs training and Walgreens needs better standards for employment.

I have been a customer here for years. In addition to my own 6 Rx a month, I also got my cats’ 300.00 a vile insulin for over five yrs. On Oct. 1, I picked up a box of syringes as usual. Unfortunately my cat died in his sleep that night. He wasn’t even sick. Anyway, the syringes, still in the stapled closed Walgreens bag was refused to take back. It’s only 20.00 but it’s the heartlessness. I wrote to corporate and was ignored. Transferring elsewhere and donating the syringes to my vet.

There was a 2 limit policy in place for paper towels. My wife grabbed 2 and I grabbed 2. The attendant, Sherry, was very disrespectful as she attempted to stop my wife and I from purchasing 2 Paper towels apiece as if we werent 2 separate ppl. She literally called a manager as if we were cheating the system! Thank God the manager appreciated our business and came to help the poor older woman who was distraught over a husband and wife over riding the 2 limit system. The manager deserves 5 stars, but Sherry, you only deserve 1. In this case the customer was right!

My mother was discharged from the hospital. Medications were sent to Walgreens. One of the meds was insulin. Insulin was added because my mother is also prescribed prednisone (a sugar increasing med). This was the first time my mother was prescribed insulin. My mother picked up the med and asked me to help administer. When I pull the contents she had 3 insulin pens and no needles. my mother’s sugar at 320, over 399 requires an ER visit. I immediately called Walgreens but it had just closed. We were about to go to the ER when my mother called her friend and luckily he had the needles required. When I went to Walgreens in the morning they washed there hands of any wrong “the doctor had to order the needles” they said, but I can be sold the needles without a prescription....They should know with insulin it must me injected so needles ARE REQUIRED. Walgreens is a pharmacy and insulin needing needles is common knowledge. The doctor may have been an oversight and Walgreens also but the way they handled the situation when I presented the problem just tells me that Walgreens is all about speed of getting to the next customers and profits. They refused to call the doctor to get an prescription for the needles so insurance can cover the cost. I asked for the manager the three times, got the pharmacy, asked for manager the fourth time the pharmacist told me the manager will be in later tonight, this was at 10:25 am on Monday 7/20/2020.End of story they make the quick sale of insulin but do not care if have needles to get the life saving drug in your body. When confronted they wash their hands of the problem and DO NOT offer any assistance.

Your girl- with maroonish hair- working the register on Wednesday May 20th at 845 needs customer service classes. She did not greet me nor say thank you, goodbye- nothing. She was extremely rude when handing me the receipt. Teach her how to be nice to all that come in your store.

I know y’all need to clean and I appreciate that during this crisis but not opening until 9 means as a healthcare worker I can’t get the supplies I need to be healthy. Pay your people more to come in early and clean. Your community is supporting you and still coming out to purchase items. Support us.

Everyone is great, store well kept. Only exception is Sherry. Every time I go in and check out with her, she has to teach me how to do everything in her order. She is weirdly passive aggressive and controlling. Whenever any of the other cashiers are up, youll see a long line to them, and youll hear other people talking about how much they dislike her. Im surprised she still works there.

Travis found my drivers license & debit card outside in my parking place when they closed @ the end of May. I am forever grateful to him & am calling his district manager to report his good deed...Alvin was very kind when I went in, to retrieve them & checked my ID, to be sure I was me... Great move & much appreciated!I love Walgreens!

Pharmacy customer service sucks from the lady with long dark hair, short and rude. I went in there hardly breathing with my daughter laying in the truck so weak she couldnt walk and was having trouble breathing. We both have bronchitis and this lady has no care in the world. I was trying to be so nice to get but she just kept talking to me sarcastically. She wanted me to call another pharmacy instead of her and my phone died. I can hardly speak because Im so sick. They said it would be three hours to give my daughter her meds. It almost made that ladys day. Every nice word I gave to her she returned with a cut off nasty eye rolling comment. I left the store in tears and talked to the manager on the way out. I warned shoppers of the attitudes these heartless people have when they are dealing with sick people. Disgusted!

Small store. Staff got a little annoyed with my questions. Other than that, pretty typical Walgreens.

As far as Walgreens go it’s pretty standard although the pharmacist is very friendly and helpful. They even call to see how you are after starting new medications.

I was just looking at the Phamacies hours and noticed the reviews, I go into that Walgreens every other day for Years. I was surprised to see all the bad reviews about Sherri the cashier. See has never been rude to me I asked my BF he said shes never been rude to him. I have never seen her be rude to anyone. Its true that if a customer has a negative experience they will go out their way to tell their story or experience. But I want it to be known, she has been my cashier many times 100s of times Ive been with my 11 year old son, my BF, my mom, my friends, roommates and Neighbors shes never been rude to any of us, Ive had people in front of me in line Ive never seen her rude in anyway. Maybe she was rude because they were.To be 100% truthful about her customer service I think she is by the books and has great customer service skills.

I will not ever shop at that Walgreens ever again, I have had enough of that front cashier sherry. So beyond rude and has the worst customer service. She is always inpatient with me and rushing me. I understand its rude to be on the phone coming though the line to check out, but u dont need to get pushy and huff your breathe because I was taken too long to take out my card from the pin pad. Im fed up! I love the rest of the staff they are always so friendly and store is very clean! Thank you, I just will not deal with that old lady anymore.

Please get rid of sherry working the cash register! VERY RUDE everytime I go in there! Someone needs to remind her how to use her manners!

Service is decent but bought products that were 3 months past sell by date. I participated in their buy 5 for $5 slim jim sale and had Slim Jims on Feb 3rd that expired in Nov 22 2014.

I use this Walgreens about once a month to get some things to make it until pay day. Every time I go in people are courteous and nice, except of the cashier, she is a elderly lady with grey hair and an attitude that I do NOT care for. One incident in particular happened today. As Im standing in line behind two other customers Im reading the label on the ZZZ-Quil i am about to purchase when she taps on the counter to rush my purchase, as she is scanning she asked to see my Walgreens card, I showed her, She then asked me to scan it, I didnt know how to, gives me a nasty look, SNATCHES the card from my hand and scans it... I like this walgreens because of its location to my house but If need be I will go into town to get friendlier customer service. Walgreens needs to do something about this. This has happened on more than one occasion with this woman.

Had an issue with Sherrie (cashier) when I took a receipt from her hand only to have her yell at me that I didnt have to jerk it and I gave her a paper cut. Her attitude is bad and she has a penchant for embarrassing customers when she feels like it. Ive seen other such behavior with other customers. NOT good customer service, doesnt endear me to that store 3min from my house.

Good staff and nice prices

Slow service. No hand sanitizer. Dont call you when your RX is ready. I want my insurance to go back to CVS.
