GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!Very rude, if the manager is rude and not helpful you cant expect the employees to be. I came across one nice and helpful employee on my first & second visit she even remembered me, by the third visit she was gone. The employees have no knowledge of products, so since I cant trust them I have to Google all my questions while Im there. The manager just stands by the door staring at me as if Im up to no good. I only went to this location because its really close, but I am now willing to drive further just for better service.

I had a horrible experience two days in a row. I applied for a open position and I figured since i was going there for hair dye, I might as well inquire about my application. Well, I asked the associate for the manager whom was just stocking a shelf, the associate told me that she was busy. Me being who I am, I walked up and politely asked the manager about my application. This woman was so rude that she never even looked away from the shelf the whole time we were talking. Basically she told me she had not even looked at the application yet and she doeskin know when she will get to them. After talking with her I decided to just checkout and leave. The next day, myself and a friend came back to get a refund for the dye that did not do what it was supposed to well.. really it did nothing to be honest. When we walked in we saw the same manager and tried to explain what the issue was, and before we could get more than a few words in she cuts off abruptly and states she will accept it to be returned. Then as we look around we continue to talk among ourselves. When we get to the check out, the manager is there giving us judgmental glares. My friend and I both said, that we dont mean to be a burden its just that the product did not work. Then the woman replies, I dont care, you guys just keep on making excuses and saying how my product doesnt work and I already said how I would let you get a refund. I was so frustrated and told her we are allow to talk about the dye did not do what it was supposed to. We are entitled to free speech. After that I got my money back and told the manager she was the worst manager and person who works in retail I have ever ran into. She then laughed and shrug as we walked out of the store. Just do yourself a solid and drive a little further and buy from and better sallys this one is hell.

I Had horrible service. The employee working was horrible. Her piercings and appearance was very unprofessional. While we were shopping she was in the corner with earbuds in, zoning everybody out. She was rude, didn’t know anything, and attempted to cheat me out my money. I would not go here.

Absolutely terrible. Manager (or so she claimed to be) was awful.Spoke to employees terrible and was clueless what needed to be used for certain things to very done with hairIf you dont like being asked questions and working with people, then dont work costumer service.

I will not be returning to this location again. The owner kept rudely glaring at my husband while he played pokemon go quietly in her store once she knew what he was doing. He felt so uncomfortable he left while I made my purchase of $37.00 and they continued to talk badly of the game and she kept glancing at him when he was outdoors in front of her building. If you want returning customers please do not treat them so rudely.

TERRIBLE service and no product selection... Would rather drive out of my way to go to a different sallys than return to this location!
