Excellent service. Owner was extremely helpful, delivered the boxes on time, and picked them up on time. Saved a bunch of time, money, and hassle compared to purchasing cardboard boxes. Made movers way more efficient, compounding the savings. Boxes were clean and in good shape. Will definitely be a repeat customer next time we move.

This service was a lifesaver during our recent move! Unfortunately, there were some complications and I had to change the delivery date- BorrowBoxes was so flexible and delivered a few days later without any charge. The boxes were clean and so much easier to work with than cardboard- you can stack everything securely on top of each other and roll it out! Staff and management were helpful and friendly. Don’t want to move again anytime soon- but I will be using borrowboxes for sure!

Helped make a bad situation with another company into a good one. Owner was prompt - made sure I got all my totes, provided me labels, and was even going to leave a dolley. Dont even waste your time with the other company. Thankful for borrow boxes for helping me move. Dont have to worry about taping cardboard boxes. Despite a rough start in getting my boxes a day late, this service was really smart, helpful and totally worth it. The management was friendly and accommodating. I would totally recommend to friends or use again.

It seems like this place is out of business. After paying for my order in full, I have attempted to contact this company by phone (disconnected) and by email (returned). However, they still charged me for the order. The delivery date has not come up yet, but very concerned that I have been charged and cannot contact the company.

I paid for boxes to be delivered for a move. They called me at 8 am the day of to tell me that they didnt have any boxes for me. Apparently someone decided to keep the boxes an extra week. No inventory to cover this kind of problem? Sorry was the answer I got. Yeah, well, Im really sorry that I went with BorrowBoxes!

UNRELIABLE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE . COMPANY MANAGER CALLED 30 BEFORE SCHEDULED DELIVERY TO SAY THEIR DELIVERY TRUCK WOULDNT START. HE THEN GAVE 2 OPTIONS, EITHER THEY COULD DELIVER BOXERS ON THE BACK OF A PICKUP TRUCK IN THE RAIN, ON TIME, OR THEY COULD DELIVER THE BOXES THE NEXT DAY. I THOUGHT, WHOS TO SAY IF ITS STILL RAINING AND THEIR DELIVERY TRUCK IS STILL OUT OF ORDER. I SUGGESTED TO HIM THAT THEY USE A BLANKET OR PLASTIC TO COVER THE BOXES. I CANT DO ANYTHING WITH WET BOXES. I PAID $200 FOR DRY BOXES AND PLANNED ON PACKING AS SOON AS THE BOXES ARRIVED. HE SAID THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING TO COVER THE BOXES TO PREVENT THEM FROM GETTING WET. WHAT A BAD FIRST IMPRESSION. SEEMS LIKE THEY COULD USE $20 OUT OF THE MONEY I PAID FOR THEIR SERVICES TO BUY A BLANKET TO COVER THE BOXES BUT INSTEAD HE OFFERED ME A REFUND WITHOUT PUTTING REAL EFFORT INTO FIXING THE ISSUE AND STILL IM OUT OF BOXES. WHO OFFERS A REFUND IF THE CUSTOMER IS PLEASANT AND TRYING TO COME UP WITH SIMPLE SOLUTIONS FOR THEM TO UPHOLD THEIR END OF THE AGREEMENT/SERVICE? SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER BOX RENTAL COMPANY NOW.
