Ms.Keidra the co manager informed me at 2:59 pm as I was trying to enter the store, that she was about to go on lunch & closing the store until 4:30. I feel like as the customer she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If I’m already standing at the door ready to spend money Ms Keidra shouldn’t have been rude and turned me around. So I waited the hour then when she returned she was still rude. I asked when she was opening she said she’s still on her break maybe 4:15 but definitely 4:30. Just rude

Sara the store manager is so professional and helpful. Today, (10/3/21) the store was randomly packed with people waiting to try on clothes and the phones ringing and she was there by herself and managed to politely and expeditiously handle everyone’s concerns. Corporate needs to pay attention to amazing personnel like this and move her up the food chain for her managerial and multi tasking skills not to mention pleasant disposition in spite of the chaos.

Store is a complete disaster and employee was extremely rude. Drive 30 minutes to stop for a last minute event. Store was so messy it was almost impossible to search for anything. I came with a list and asked about shorts. She pointed at a rack and said over there. After searching the whole store I pulled them up on my phone and asked about them again. She responded then I guess we just dont have them The employee was too lazy to stand up and clean he store and because there were only two employees- dressing rooms were closed. She said shrugged and said Its only me The entire time she had a terrible attitude. I dont blame her when half of the clothes arent on the racks and on the floor, but it doesnt bode well to be plain mean to someone who shops here so often. Guess Ill drive the hour away for someone with a better attitude

When closed, they never leave a sign or anything, have you waiting outside the store for them to never even open! I also was told I can make an exchange and drove an hour to the store to be told I couldn’t. Horrible customer service

Bought this dress for a trip just for it to have a hole in it..$30 down the drain & I’m nowhere near another Windsor so I can’t return it smh

This is my favorite store to go to in this mall. You can find some really nice outfits.

The store is nice but management is awful. I lost my mask while I was in the mall so I did not have one when I went into the store. No one said anything to me, while I was in there for the first 20 minutes and I saw others without a mask so I did not think there was an issue. I tried on clothes and then I was ready to purchase my items. The manager refused to sell me the items without a mask, but said I could buy a mask from the store. If you’re willing to sell me a mask to leave, you might as well sell me the items I had to leave. I felt that she was simply abusing power at that point because I would have left the store from the start if I knew my lack of a mask was an issue and I wouldn’t have spent all that time picking out clothes and trying them on.

Scrawny lady with the blocky eyebrows was being rude to customers.

If I could give this store 0 star I will. Bought some items that didn’t fit and had to return them but I lost the card that I paid with, even though I got a replacement card from my bank, this completely useless store manager was telling me the card number had to match with the one on the receipt to issue me a refund. Never heard of this nonsense happening anywhere. The refund would have gone into the same bank account, not only was she rude, by the way most of the staff in this store are rude and mannerless, she wasnt willing to hear my explanation and cut me off every time I tried to say something. Take your business elsewhere, these fools don’t deserve your hard earned money.

All their clothes are in huge mess, you cant really search for what you need easily. Also some of items are non-returnable. Only pro is prices

This Windsor has the rudest employees. They have no customer service skills. Every time you ask them a question they act like they dont want to assist you.The clothes are cute but thats about it for this location

One star is for the customer service these young ladies are just there for a job. They can careless about helping you or greeting you upon entrance. You gotta ask for help unless you are one of their friends that came to shop.

Had a plethora of beautiful, cost-efficient dresses to choose from. Snagged my daughters prom dress for less tga. 200.00. Unbeatable! And she looked gorgeous!

I found the perfect prom dress here. The employees were helpful with helping me find the perfect jewelry for my dress. However, there should be a variety of shoe widths, not just for small and narrow feet.

Always a great place to get my special occasion dresses at the last minute. Helpful and down to earth sales people.

Despite the website saying that they carry plus size dresses this store does not. When I walked in I was immediately told I’d have to shop online. Not good customer service.

My daughter found her prom dress here and the sales staff was very helpful. Jewelry isnt refundable. I was offered store credit.

Associates are not very customer friendly. I asked the associate for a particular size of a dress that was way too high for anyone to reach without the given tools and she said “we only have whatever size is there” without asking me which dress, where it was located, or even looking up from what she was doing. I then walked off to find another associate for assistance and wish I had her name but she was very friendly, she kindly introduced herself, got me the dress and let me into a fitting room. After placing the dress on, I walked out of the fitting room to get a view of myself in better lightening and asked the same rude associate if she could take a picture so I can send my fiancé for his opinion she then stated “you can’t take it in the mirrors”. This was a chance for her to redeem herself but yet again I was disappointed. I gladly changed back into my clothes and left without making a purchase. I will take my business to Douglasville or Perimeter’s Windsor!

A particular employee brown skin with brown/hazel color eye was pregnant last year when I came. Very rude! I came again this year and still had the same attitude. She never want to speak or greet anyone! Because of her I’m not coming back!
