***always get them to test your product before purchasing*** I just left this location on 10/25/21at around 9PM. I got to my car and realized that the toy I bought had not been tested, so I walked back in. The lady working had a terrible attitude and told me that she didn’t test the toy because I was on the phone. So it was my fault that she didn’t do her job. Not only was the toy defective, the second one she opened also did not work properly. She tried to get me to take the second one, and I had to show her that it too did not work and would not go to the other speeds. Of course she knew this as she struggled to get it to even turn on. Why would you intentionally try to screw your customer? UNBELIEVABLE!! I have visited multiple locations around metro Atlanta and ALWAYS receive good customer service. I tried to call the store to get her name, but she hung up on me. I will be submitting a formal complaint. I will gladly go to Fulton Industrial or South Cobb to never have to deal with her again.

I was here about a week ago and the store is so clean the music was great and Richard was such an amazing help! He knew exactly what to recommend, he was so knowledgeable about the products and how to use them. My partner and I will definitely be back to see him when it comes to something new in the bedroom! Will be recommending to friends!

Love this place. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist. Offering suggestions, and truly advising you on great products. Music is always nice, things are pretty organized and it usually smells like incense in there. Very happy with each purchase I’ve made 5+.

Visited the smoke shop portion today after a bad experience at the xHale smoke shop nearby and thoroughly enjoyed it. Picked out a few new toys in time for 4/20 with the help of the cashier with the dreads and face tats, really nice guy, super helpful, good experience.

Hello, this was our first time visiting an adult entertainment store. We just so just so happened to be passing by it and decided to stop. I just want to say that the homie named Logan provided the best customer service I have ever recieved. He made my girlfriend & I feel like we had known him for a long time. He was extremely knowledgeable. In fact, he was so knowledgeable that I was taken aback by his creativity and golden advice when it came to making a selection. My girlfriend and I were able to make the best purchase we felt possible thanks to Logan’s help. He was also very funny and honest which helped us feel more comfortable. Very inviting atmosphere. Logan was hardworking and helping all customers who came through the store, not forgetting one single person without introducing himself. He treated other with the same respect and with kindness. I appreciated Logan’s personality, he is really cool peoples. I think he deserves a raise for his efforts honestly. Def will come back.

Quinn was helpful listening to everything I needed to buy but I bought $200 worth of stuff (I drove a little over an hour to get there so I made sure to buy everything I needed, also these things I won’t need to replace). He tells me after I paid that next time I come in, if I check in with yelp I’d get 15% off... which would have saved me $30. If he would have said that while I was paying, I would return to this location. Thirty dollars is the gas I drove to Atlanta with in my truck and I would have been ecstatic when I left. I was only irritated after that. I would have done it right then and that would have been double reviews. I would have done one right there. Decent selection, just make sure you yelp first I guess.

I’ve been going to starships all over Georgia for five+ years. Let me just say this is one of their smaller stores but that doesn’t matter. They have great products and a great employee. The employee Logan helped my wife and i get a couple of toys (happily spent $250 roughly). Logan had some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a starship he handled us quickly professionally and cordially while balancing other customers and giving everyone equal attention I will certainly be coming back to spend money because of logan. I HIGHLY recommend asking for logan if you shop here. He is very polite and extremely knowledgeable with most of the toys in store and will drop everything to assist you with any issue. I’ve always loved starship but nowi just love starship a little more!
