My wife had an incident on the first leg of our journey. She tore a hole in her jeans and the rest of her clothing was in checked luggage. Wanda at ExOfficio at Concourse A ATL went above and beyond. She was the first person who offered true sympathy for the situation, she offered solutions. While ExOfficio didn’t carry anything in stock at the ATL location that would fit, Wanda came up with a fix that helped get us through to our destination. She has made an ExOfficio customer for life.
