Best lighting place in Atlanta. A hidden treasure.

I’m am not from Atlanta but I came in town to visit some friends . I was helping pick out lighting for my best friend . I am so happy we came across this lighting showroom . Unique designs, excellent customer service and lighting design experts ! I highly recommend the Lighting Loft!

I had a great experience at Lighting Loft. They came out to view my site, listened carefully to what I wanted and respected my budget. The installation was in an older quirky house and there were some issues that were no fault of theirs. They worked with me to resolve my issues and the result was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Was really hoping to purchase an plethora of lighting fixtures for my home and business this past Wednesday but after entering this establishment and walking around for almost 15 minutes without a single Hello or Well be right with you - that didnt happen. There were three staff members casually positioned behind the reception desk and even when passing the desk the first time- They carried on their conversation with the one customer that was seated in front of them. YES. all three employees. It wasnt until I then made my way back past the desk when the one lady stated she Felt bad that I was being ignored and pointed me to the direction to where I could find what I was potentially looking for. WOW. I left the store shortly afterwards once I realized that they really had not intentions on assisting me.

Since I work in residential construction, I have to go into Lighting Loft often to pick up client orders. They have a great staff who are knowledgeable and kind. Since I’ve been going in, I starting browsing their fixtures and have found some great items for my home as well. I always enjoy when I have to stop in!

I experienced the greatest customer service today at the Lighting Loft. I was greeted by multiple staff persons as I entered and walked through the store. Ron Swanson assisted me in finding the perfect lighting for my kitchen. He displayed patient and knowledge while showing and explaining multiple lighting options. I will return as a customer. What a wonderful experience I had with The Lighting Loft. I had a custom LED light fixture created by the design team to go over my dining room table. As well as lighting to go in my walk in closet. Yaacov, his sales team, and the design team were there every step of the way to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled with the professionalism of this company; from the design to installation everyone was wonderful.

I encourage you to continue along with me as this is a fantastic review of the Lighting Loft.I began purchasing products from C Lighting on East Paces Ferry back in 2003. I then followed them to their next location on Buckhead Avenue. Finally I am continuing to work with them at their Miami Circle location in 2015. Yes, I am a repeat customer. I am not a designer, but rather your average Joe.Whether I am spending 10 dollars on a lightbulb or substantially more on custom lighting fixtures, I receive the same warm welcome and care and attention. I have had the great fortune of getting to know the staff from Kristen to Sebastien, to Joe, to Gabrielle and many others over the years. They all have listened to my needs, offered suggestions and even gone the extra mile in working with vendors on customizing pieces for me.I receive a warm welcome and a remembrance of name even if it has been several years between visits.I recently made a purchase that required partnering with a vendor who was requested to make a custom piece. Gabriella was on top of this throughout the process following up with me even if she had not received an update from the vendors. I consider this the routine and not the exception with the Lighting Loft. My wife and I embarked on a big home renovation and we luckily found our way to the Lighting Loft. These folks are absolutely terrific! Incredible insight and design taste. Victor and Yakov shepherded us through the entire process with patience and sensitivity. And there was no pressure to buy. On the contrary, their only interest was that wed be happy with our decisions. And we are !!!!! We entertain quite a bit and our guests are always dazzled by the beautiful and varied lighting styles in our home. On a scale of 1 to 10, our experience with the folks at the Lighting Loft was an 11 ! (And . . . no . . .we are not related to anyone who works there. We are simply really happy customers.) Very cool lighting options for specialized fixtures. Personally didnt have a whole lot of use for their services due to my situation but employees were friendly and easy to deal with
