Perfect place to shop for some Indian stuff. The outlet is pretty spacious. The staff is very friendly. Service is quick. They have plenty of varities of products. Ample parking space. Reasonable price. Would surely recommend.

Good store to get indian vegetables, spices and other grocery items. Most of the items are available that are needed on a daily basis. The prices are a bit high though when compared to other stores.

Reading the responses from this business’ owner, it seems this person actually cares about the business. One response especially stuck out where the business owner replied to a review and said the customer should “try calling the store” before writing a review. Well, I did just call the store to mention an issue with a recent purchase. The lady that answered the phone said she was going to put the shop owner on the phone, who was apparently right there. She “puts me on hold” and says to the owner - “there’s someone speaking in English asking for the manager.” He asks her what is it about, to which she replies that she doesn’t know. Then she comes back with - “the owner is busy, can you call tomorrow.” Unprofessional to say the least! And not expected from this store because we just started going here and have had nothing but nice things to say about it. Not anymore.

One thing I did not like was the guy sweeping that kept sweeping the same aisle I was shopping from. He put me off and made me cut my shoppong short. That is bad customer experience. When see customer give them space to shop mostly that we are in a covid environment. Social distance.

All the items are good and fresh. Spacious store with good staff. I am able to find all the items I need 99% of the times which is great.

On 11/22, purchased a Chole Masala ( Shan) pack from Krishna Grocery and when I opened the pack, it had bugs in it all over . So disgusting. This was my first purchase and I think this will be the last one too.
