I used DLG for the first time for a remodeling project in my home. It was a very smooth process and the advice given was very helpful and saved me from making mistakes that I’d regret later. The selection was huge and their showroom is a must-see! Their electrician installed them all for us as well. Their expertise is top-notch and their staff is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them for any size project.

My wife felt so uncomfortable being ignored and not taken seriously that she felt compelled to leave after trying to find help for a few minutes. Taking our project elsewhere. Such a pity considering that we operate in the same neighborhood.

I have used Design Lighting Group for years. Everything from a quick fixture update until most recently in an entire kitchen/office/living room remodel. The team at Design Lighting Group has been nothing but exceptional. Helped to design a lightening plan that works for me. I unfortunately have very low ceiling, not something that can be changed in the reno, but they still helped me design a plan that looks great and I love!

During the building process of our home we received duplicate orders and also lights we could not use. We were told we could return these for a refund with a small restocking fee. We returned the lights but we never received a refund even after numerous attempts and promises made that we would be refunded and would also receive some of the lights(ceilings fans) back . This is not a reliable company and not one you would want to do business with.

Design Lighting did a great job laying out my home Lighitng plan and also made recommendations on decorative lighting. They also helped with my audio and TV enhancement with Sonos. We used Lutron and they were incredible in designing and implementing that system. Very high end and very professional. Chuck Spiers is wonderful.

This business is Untrustworthy and unorganized. I only give them a 1 star because there isnt a negative option. Truly one of the worst experiences ever.
