Nice staff, I came in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help! Unfortunately I didn’t find what I needed, this store is pretty small compared to other aces

What a great store! Bigger than most Ace Hardwares, this location has a huge selection. I was warmly greeted as I walked in and someone helped me find what i was looking for. My checkout experience was equally pleasant. If you grill or are a BBQ enthusiast, you definitely want to check them out. A whole section dedicated to Weber, Traeger and other outdoor grill products. This is 10 minutes further away than the big box stores, but Ill pass them by to shop here.

This was my first visit and I was really pleased at how helpful the Employees are. The store was clean and very welled stocked. I found everything that I was looking for and more. I will continue to shop their.

They had what I was looking for. It was convenient, easy in easy out!.

Came at 8:45am and the store is closed, the store has a posted business hours of 8am to 7pm M-F, online says the same but guess they open when they feel like it.

Loved going here instead of one of the big stores. The customer service was also great. The guy with the locs didnt even mind my numerous questions

Very courteous and helpful staff. This business is conveniently located. The parking is plentiful. My stop at Ace helped me to avoid the bigger stores because they stock quite a variety of items. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

I love it they are a Stihl dealer which is the only thing I go there for. The staff are very nice and helpful.

Always good service here. If they dont have it they will get it, just ask. Get your paint, keys made, shelving hardware, drill bits - anything here 1st. No need to drive across town anymore.

Well Jordan was the worst Salesman ever.. I purchased a Stihl KM 131.. He gave me no information about my product.. He allowed me to leave without the handle and instructions book that I asked about but he told me that system didnt have instructions.. Thank God for the shift change.. I came back after 4pm and the young lady and man helped me.. I got a handle and a instruction book.. Jordan may need to go to another department..

Probably the best service Ive ever received at a hardware store...ever. Im a novice, so having help the moment I walked into the store was everything to me. I was helped by Gabby and although it took us a while to find the screws I needed, she did everything she could to ensure I left with what I needed! And the best part of all is ITS BLACK OWNED!

This store is AMAZING! Very helpful staff, always asking if you need help, the store is also VERY organised and everything is easy to find. I stoped there for some screws that I tried to get at another hardware about 2 months ago and I was running around in the store for 20mins and couldn’t get anyone to help no matter how much I asked. This store is the entire opposite where I got help and had the screws in my hand within 2 minutes. Only downfall it doesn’t have EVERYTHING like larger stores but it’s a good start and definitely a convenient go to in the community.

Ive been shopping at the East Point, West End, Peachtree, West Paces and Lithia Springs locations for the last 15 years with EXCEPTIONAL customer service, so I WAS excited to see this new store closer to home. The product variety and prices are everything Ive come to expect from Ace/True Value so according to other reviewers apparently this was perhaps just a bad day:When I walked into the Old National location staff all gathered in the front office could clearly be heard engaged in a personal conversation. I was 1/4 of the way inside the store when one stepped out and yelled a greeting at me :-/ which I silently dismissed and heard them muttering about my attitude.There was no one on the floor. When I finally walked back to the check out 15 minutes later and while waiting to be acknowledged by anyone seated in the office I opted to simply buy some corner braces instead of the Traeger since they never once asked if they could help or had i found what i was looking for or did i have any questions.If Im standing with no one ahead of me and no one at the register and the register lights off, when an employee seated in the office finally stuck her head out and asked if I was ready to check out. My RBF might have clearly displayed my displeasure as I remained mute and silently presented my card for payment and silently dismissed the cursory dismissive have a nice day. I opted to calm down before I wrote this review and decided not shop that location ever again.

Great store: friendly staff, well organized and clean. They have a good selection for outdoor entertaining - grills, chairs, accessories, etc. Staff willing to help with questions.

My initial review of not being pleased by an item not being available was tempered by a response from ACE stating they could order items if needed. I appreciate your customer service. Customer service was not in question on the day I stopped by. I must have arrived during a shift change. I am not saying the item was there because the rep stated it was not. I am just adding more context and my Thank you.

Better customer service here than any big box hardware store such as home Depot and Lowes!! The icing on the cake is that they are a black owned business!!

The store seems very clean and well merchandise.they have a nice selection of merchandise everything from big Green egg and barbecue accessories to paint two other things you would expect in a hardware store. Pricing seems fair not super cheap but not overly priced either.

Sooo....I went here looking for antibacterial wipes and the staff (and owner) were all so pleasant and helpful! They were able to quickly show me some wipes and when they werent exactly what I was looking for, they were able to offer some decent alternatives! The store was clean and extremely easy to navigate. I definitely recommend this store a thousand times!

I loved my first visit.

New, clean, friendly staff and competitive prices, without the big box store feel. Got some stuff here that I could find at the other place.

Made a purchase online. Expected it to take a few weeks to arrive. Got a call the next day saying it was ready. More than enough time for fathers day! Got there and they loaded it into my car. Great service! I will be back!

Good to see a small business in the area. Their customer service is pretty good and so is the product selection. All new store and employees so a few bumps here and there, but thats to be expected.

The local hardware store is making a comeback. Convenient location; well organized; quick in and out; friendly and helpful staff.

They are always great. This is what were needed on this side of town. A very personable staff that is knowledgeable and the story is well stocked with merchandise.
